Independent safety report

Is KLASFX a scam?

Confirmed scamHIGH confidence
Unlicensed broker / withdrawal fraud (false regulation claims)

Yes. We assess KlasFX (Klas Trading Ltd) as a scam: an unlicensed offshore operation that Turkey's Capital Markets Board has ordered blocked, that falsely presents itself as licensed, and whose clients report deposits taken and withdrawals then refused.

  • No regulator is named and no licence number is published anywhere on its own site; a claimed Vanuatu VFSC licence does not appear on the VFSC register.
  • Turkey's SPK ordered access to klasfx.com blocked for running unauthorized leveraged trading with Turkish residents, and blocked its successor domain and social accounts in a bulletin dated 4 December 2025.
  • Clients across several platforms report the same pattern: profitable accounts zeroed or closed, balances seized, and withdrawal requests blocked.
  • The site claims the firm was 'founded in 2006', but the brand domain was only registered in 2016 (and elsewhere the operation claims 'since 2021').
  • The operation rotates client-facing domains (klasfx271.com, klasfx24.com, klasinvesting.co) to keep operating after each block.

Regulation

10/10 · Critical

Takes deposits with no licence on any register, falsely claims to be licensed, and has been access-blocked by Turkey's SPK.

Identity & transparency

8/10 · Critical

A named entity and addresses are shown, but it is a British Virgin Islands shell at a mass-incorporation address with a Dubai virtual office, no named owners, and rotating domains.

Withdrawals & conduct

9/10 · Critical

Fund-integrity pattern across several platforms: profitable accounts zeroed or closed, balances seized, withdrawals blocked, with specific losses reported.

Reputation

9/10 · Critical

Overwhelmingly negative across Turkish complaint sites and forex reviews, reinforced by a regulator block and legal advisories.

Website claims

9/10 · Critical

False 'licensed investment institution' claim with no regulator named, a 2006 founding on a 2016 domain, unverifiable awards, and baseless VFSC and AFS licence claims.

Operational history

6/10 · High

The brand domain is genuine since 2016, but the advertised 2006 history is unverified and the current client-facing domains are freshly registered to evade blocks.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: KlasFX
  • Legal entity: Klas Trading Ltd
  • Registered: 'Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands' (a mass-incorporation agent address); a Dubai office is also listed
  • Website: klasfx.com, with current aliases klasinvesting.co and (until it was blocked) klasfx271.com
  • Only licence: None. No regulator is named and no licence number is published; a claimed Vanuatu VFSC licence is not on the VFSC register, and a claimed 'AFS' licence is unverifiable
  • Offers: Forex, CFDs, global stocks and cryptocurrencies, leverage up to 1:500, Islamic accounts
  • Not accepted: USA, Japan, Malaysia and others by its own terms, yet it actively serves Turkey, where its sites are banned
  • Age claim: 'Founded in 2006' (the brand domain dates to 2016; a separate review records a 'since 2021' claim)
KlasFX 'Institutional' page: it claims the firm was 'founded in 2006' and is 'a licensed investment institution' reviewed by international supervisory authorities, while naming no regulator and no licence number.

Licences the broker publishes

Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC)

UnverifiedTier 4 (offshore)
A claimed Vanuatu offshore financial dealer licence. The VFSC Financial Dealers Licensee list has no entry for Klas Trading Ltd or KlasFX, so no such licence exists for this operation.
Protection: NoneOfficial register

AFS licence (claimed)

UnverifiedNot a forex licence
The operation's marketing has claimed an 'AFS' licence, described variously as Australian or European. No licence number is published and no such authorisation could be found; independent checks treat it as baseless.
Protection: None
Vanuatu VFSC Financial Dealers Licensee list, filtered for 'Klas', returns no records, confirming Klas Trading Ltd holds no Vanuatu licence.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

The evidence points one way, and it is consistent across the regulator, the register and client reports.

  • A national regulator has acted against it. Turkey's Capital Markets Board (SPK), the country's statutory securities regulator, ordered access to klasfx.com blocked as an unlicensed leveraged-trading operation aimed at residents of Turkey, and a later SPK bulletin dated 4 December 2025 blocked its successor address klasfx271.com together with its account pages, social media accounts and apps.
  • It holds no licence, yet claims it is licensed. The homepage names no regulator and shows no licence number, while the 'Institutional' page states the firm is 'a licensed investment institution' that is 'regularly reviewed by international supervisory authorities'. No such authority is identified, and no licence exists.
  • The Vanuatu claim is baseless. The operation has been marketed as VFSC (Vanuatu) regulated, but the VFSC Financial Dealers Licensee list has no entry for Klas Trading Ltd or KlasFX. That is why our own record shows 'Vanuatu', a country the evidence does not support.
  • Clients report their money did not come back. Across Turkish complaint platforms and forex review sites, users describe the same mechanism: accounts that become profitable are zeroed or closed, balances are seized, and withdrawal requests are blocked or ignored. One documented case reports a loss of about 3,836 dollars after being steered by an 'investment expert'.
  • It overstates its history and its reach. It advertises a 2006 founding on a 2016 domain, lists self-styled awards including 'Most Transparent FX Broker' while hiding all regulatory detail, and claims to serve investors in many countries when it operates almost entirely in the Turkish market.
  • It behaves like an operation evading enforcement. As each domain is blocked it spins up a new one; klasinvesting.co was first seen in August 2026, and klasfx22.com is no longer registered.

Note on operating history: the 10.1-year track record rests on domain registration alone. No company incorporation date could be established, so this is an upper bound rather than a confirmed age.

Evidence ledger

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

10 against0 in favour
  • E1Turkey's Capital Markets Board (SPK), the statutory securities regulator, ordered access to klasfx.com blocked as one of 17 forex sites running unauthorized leveraged trading aimed at residents of Turkey.

  • E2The broker solicits deposits for forex, CFDs and crypto with leverage up to 1:500, yet its own site names no regulator and publishes no licence number; the disclaimer only says it is 'prepared in accordance with applicable regulations'.

  • E3The 'Institutional' page states KlasFX is 'a licensed investment institution' that is 'regularly reviewed by international supervisory authorities', while identifying no authority and holding no verifiable licence. This is a false regulatory claim by the operator itself.

  • E4Searching the Vanuatu VFSC Financial Dealers Licensee list for 'Klas' returns no matching records (from 66 total licensees), so the claimed Vanuatu licence does not exist for this operation.

  • E5Independent reviews and Turkish complaint platforms report a consistent fund-integrity pattern: accounts that become profitable are zeroed or closed, balances are seized, and withdrawals are blocked or ignored, with the operator taking no remedial action.

  • E6The site advertises the firm as 'founded in 2006', but the brand domain klasfx.com was registered on 23 July 2016, and a separate review records a 'since 2021' claim. The founding history is overstated by roughly a decade with no predecessor domain.

  • E7The operation rotates client-facing domains to survive regulator blocks: klasfx.com and later klasfx271.com were blocked, and klasinvesting.co is a fresh front whose first certificate appears on 8 August 2026.

  • E8The site displays self-styled trophies including 'Most Transparent FX Broker' and 'Global Forex Broker of the Year' from unverifiable award programmes, while disclosing no regulator at all.

  • E9The stated registered address is Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, a well-known mass-incorporation agent address, alongside a Dubai office, and no beneficial owners are named.

  • E10Despite claiming to serve investors across many countries, the operation works almost entirely in the Turkish market, allows withdrawals only in Turkish lira with a daily cap, and pushes aggressive deposit bonuses including a bonus to redeposit after an account is stopped out.

  • E11The main brand domain klasfx.com has existed since 2016 and the website is live and functional, indicating a multi-year operating presence rather than a brand-new shell.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

In fairness, we tested the innocent explanations before reaching this verdict.

  • Could it be a genuine offshore broker that is merely unlicensed in Turkey? The SPK block by itself is shared with well-known offshore brokers that appeared on the same list, so it is not proof of a scam on its own. But those firms hold real licences elsewhere; KlasFX holds none on any register, falsely claims to be licensed, and carries a fund-integrity complaint pattern, so this explanation does not hold.
  • Could the licence be new and not yet on the register? No. The Vanuatu register is searchable and returns no entry under 'Klas', and the firm publishes no number to check anywhere.
  • Could the complaints be planted by a competitor? The reports are specific, span more than one platform, describe the same mechanism, and are consistent with a regulator's own finding of unauthorized activity, which is not the profile of a smear campaign.
  • Genuine points in its favour: the brand domain has existed since 2016, the website is live and technically functional, and it discloses a named legal entity and addresses. These raise the transparency score slightly but do not offset the deception and the blocked-withdrawal reports.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

We would revisit this verdict if the facts changed in specific ways.

  • A current licence for Klas Trading Ltd appearing on a real regulator's own register, tied to this exact entity and to klasfx.com, and covering retail deposit-taking.
  • Turkey's SPK lifting the access block and confirming the operation is authorized to serve Turkish residents.
  • A sustained, verifiable record of clients receiving full and timely withdrawals, replacing the current pattern of seized balances and blocked payouts.
  • Independent proof that the 'founded in 2006' history and the advertised awards are real.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

13 questions
Is KlasFX a scam?

Yes, we assess KlasFX as a scam. It takes deposits for leveraged trading without any verifiable licence, falsely presents itself as licensed, has been blocked by Turkey's regulator, and its clients report blocked withdrawals and seized balances.

Is KlasFX a fraud?

We did not find a criminal fraud conviction against KlasFX. However, Turkey's Capital Markets Board has blocked its websites for unauthorized activity, the firm has no verifiable licence, and many clients report deposits taken and withdrawals then refused. On that record we assess the risk of fraud as high and would not deposit.

Is KlasFX regulated or licensed?

No. Its own website names no regulator and shows no licence number. A claimed Vanuatu VFSC licence is not on the VFSC register, and a claimed 'AFS' licence could not be verified. It holds no recognised regulation.

Can I withdraw my money from KlasFX?

Many users report they cannot. The common pattern is that accounts which become profitable are zeroed or closed, balances are seized, and withdrawal requests are blocked or ignored. Treat access to your funds as unreliable.

Is my money safe with KlasFX?

No. There is no regulator, no client-money protection and no compensation scheme behind it. If the operator stops paying out or disappears, there is no authority to help you recover funds.

Who owns and operates KlasFX?

The site says it is owned and operated by Klas Trading Ltd, with a registered address at Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands and an office in Dubai. No individual owners or directors are disclosed.

How old is KlasFX really?

The brand domain klasfx.com was registered in 2016. The site nonetheless advertises a 2006 founding, and a separate review records a 'since 2021' claim. The 2006 figure is not supported by any evidence we found.

Is the Vanuatu VFSC licence real?

No. The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission's own Financial Dealers Licensee list returns no entry for Klas Trading Ltd or KlasFX, so the Vanuatu licence claim is baseless.

Why is KlasFX blocked in Turkey?

Turkey's Capital Markets Board (SPK) ordered access to klasfx.com and its successor domains blocked because it offers leveraged trading to residents of Turkey without the required Turkish licence. That is unauthorized activity under Turkish capital markets law.

Why does KlasFX keep changing its web address?

As each domain is blocked, the operation launches a new one, such as klasfx271.com and then klasinvesting.co. This domain rotation lets it keep taking clients after enforcement, and is itself a warning sign.

Is KlasFX a clone of another broker?

No. It is not impersonating a well-known regulated brand. It is its own operation that rotates domains, though reviewers report its Vanuatu licence claim copies a number belonging to a different, similarly named company.

What should I check before depositing with any broker like this?

Confirm a licence number on the regulator's own register, check the exact company name and address match, search for withdrawal complaints, and be wary of large deposit bonuses, high-profit promises and pressure from an 'account manager'. KlasFX fails these checks.

I was scammed by KlasFX. What can I do?

Stop sending money, especially any 'fee' or 'tax' to unlock funds. Gather all evidence, request a chargeback or bank recall quickly, and report to your regulator and police. Be cautious of 'recovery' services that ask for an upfront fee, as many are follow-up scams.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat this operation as high risk and act to protect funds.

  • Do not deposit money with KlasFX or any of its domains (klasfx.com, klasinvesting.co, klasfx271.com and similar).
  • If you already have funds there, request a full withdrawal in writing, keep every receipt, screenshot and chat log, and do not send any further 'fee', 'tax' or 'verification' payment to release money.
  • Report the case to your national regulator; in Turkey that is the SPK, which has already ordered these sites blocked.
  • If you paid by card or bank transfer, ask your bank about a chargeback or recall as soon as possible, and consider a police complaint.
