Every clause below is published by LOYAL PRIMUS itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: Loyal Primus LTD

sole discretionwithdrawalsbonus lockcounterpartydeemed acceptanceforced closureforum waiverhidden feekyc freezemarketing gap

Loyal Primus sells itself as FSCA regulated in South Africa. Its contract makes an International Business Company in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines your counterparty, and sends complaints and court claims there. Profit on any trade you close inside three minutes is void. An account left alone for three months pays $25 a month until the balance is gone.

What the documents say

20 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from LOYAL PRIMUS's own files

01

Loyal Primus advertises that it is fully regulated by the FSCA in South Africa. Its contract says something else: clause 2 makes an International Business Company in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines the company you deal with.

Why this matters

You would be contracting with a Saint Vincent company, not a South African one. The FSCA rulebook and its complaints route are not yours to use. Clause 19.1 points you to an ombudsman in Saint Vincent instead.

Exhibit 1CriticalRarely seen

The company is authorized as an International Business Company under the International Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act 15 of 2016 and registered as Loyal Primus LTD.

Set against a regulated standard: FSCA (South Africa)

Firms the FSCA licenses in South Africa deal with clients through the licensed entity, and the licence covers that entity's business. Every legal document here names a company incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

LOYAL PRIMUS is not licensed by this regulator, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingBrokers that run two entities normally say so and tell you which one you are signing with. Here no legal document mentions the FSCA or South Africa at all, so nothing in the contract connects the advertised licence to the company taking your money.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 9The advertised regulator is in South Africa while the clause that decides disputes sends you to courts in Saint Vincent.
02

Close a trade less than three minutes after opening it and Loyal Primus can wipe the profit. Clause 7.15 makes profit from trades held under three minutes null and void.

Why this matters

Fast trading is not unusual, and nothing on the platform warns you. A profitable trade closed at two minutes earns you nothing. Clause 7.11 limits what comes back to your original deposit.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen3

If the user runs this type of Arbitrage EA or Scalping EA, the profit will be null and void. Similarly, scalping trades below 3 minutes will result in profits being null and void.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC have to set out the terms a retail client trades on before they trade, including any rule that would cancel a gain. This one sits in sub-clause 7.15 of a folded clause on unauthorized activities.

LOYAL PRIMUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingAgreements that restrict scalping usually describe the behaviour and leave the firm to judge whether a client crossed the line. A fixed three minute threshold voids the profit automatically, with no test of what you intended.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 11One clause voids profit on a clock, the other on a definition of arbitrage broad enough to cover ordinary risk management.
03

Leave your account alone for three months and Loyal Primus starts taking $25 a month out of it. If less than $25 is left, clause 34.1 takes the rest of your balance instead.

Why this matters

A small balance you meant to come back to disappears. $25 a month empties a $100 account in four months. Clause 34.2 then removes the account for good, and nothing can restore it.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual$25

Dormant accounts will incur a maintenance fee of US$25 per month, or, if the available balance is less than US$25, the remaining account balance.

What it costsAn account holding $100 loses $25 a month. After four months the balance is gone.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC have to put all charges, inactivity charges included, in the costs information a retail client gets before trading. This one sits under heading 34, the last of 34, and the payments page never mentions it.

LOYAL PRIMUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

04

Loyal Primus can end your agreement at any time, with immediate effect, and without giving a reason. Clause 31 then lets it decide for itself what happens to your open positions.

Why this matters

Your open trades stop being yours to manage. The firm chooses how they close, and the same clause says it carries no liability for the outcome.

The bonus page offers 20% on every deposit and says there are no limits. Clause 5.5 of the bonus terms caps the credit you can ever collect at $2,000.

Why this matters

Deposits made after you hit the cap earn you no bonus at all. The page that made the offer never mentions a ceiling, and clause 4.1 confirms the credit stops at one.

What it costsA $10,000 deposit at 20% would be $2,000 of credit. Clause 5.5 puts the highest cumulative credit at $2,000, so every later deposit adds nothing.

The firm rules on the dispute and caps what it can owe

Loyal Primus decides bonus disputes itself, and clause 6.5 makes its decision final. Clause 11.2 caps anything the firm might owe you at the money in your own account for that transaction. Clause 10.4 excludes lost profits altogether.

Challenging a decision2 clauses flagged

Loyal Primus settles any bonus dispute itself, and clause 6.5 makes its own decision final. No appeal, no outside reviewer, and no test the firm has to meet.

Why this matters

If your bonus credit or the profit made with it disappears, the firm that took it rules on whether that was right. Clause 11.2 then caps anything it could owe you.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 8The firm rules on the dispute, and a separate clause caps what it could ever have to pay you at money already in your account.

Whatever Loyal Primus does, clause 11.2 caps what it owes you at the money you already hold in your account for that transaction. Clause 10.4 rules out lost profits entirely.

Why this matters

You cannot recover more than your own money, so the firm's worst case is handing back what is already yours. A loss caused by its own systems is capped the same way.

Exhibit 8WarningHarder than usual

Our indemnification to you or any third party concerned, in any proven circumstances, is limited to the amount of money you maintain deposited in your account with us, relating to the transaction where such liability arose.
Clause 11.2 in Terms of Business

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC cannot sign away the duties those regimes place on them, whatever the agreement says. This contract sets the ceiling at the client's own deposited balance.

LOYAL PRIMUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

No hidden charges, and no numbers either

Loyal Primus deducts processing fees, bank charges and administrative costs from any refund, and its Refund Policy names no amount for any of them. The payments page promises deposits and withdrawals with no hidden charges. Every withdrawal fee on that same page is given as a rate somebody else sets.

Cost disclosure1 clause flagged

The payments page promises deposits and withdrawals with no hidden charges. The Refund Policy takes processing fees, bank charges and administrative costs out of any refund, and names no figure for any of them.

Why this matters

You cannot work out what a refund will cost you before you ask for one. Clause 4 of the Terms also credits your account with the net amount received, so charges taken on the way in come out of your deposit.

Exhibit 13WarningHarder than usual

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC have to disclose costs and charges to a retail client before they trade, in cash terms where they can. Neither the refund deductions nor the withdrawal fees here carry a number anywhere on the site.

LOYAL PRIMUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3The page promising no hidden charges is the same page that never mentions the $25 monthly dormancy fee.

Instant in Spanish, one to three working days in the contract

1 to 3 working days is what the Loyal Primus contract allows for a bank withdrawal, while its Spanish homepage advertises instant withdrawals. The AML policy gives the firm an absolute right to refuse, delay or cancel any transaction at any stage. Refunds run on their own clock: 7 days from the deposit to ask, then up to 14 business days to be paid.

Getting paid2 clauses flagged

The Spanish homepage sells instant withdrawals and access to your money anytime. The contract gives Loyal Primus 1 to 3 working days for a bank withdrawal, and the AML policy lets it delay any transaction on top of that.

Why this matters

You plan around same day access and the contract does not promise it. Clause 4 also lets the firm decide, at its discretion, whether a card or e-wallet deposit can be paid back to your bank.

Exhibit 6WarningHarder than usual3 working days

You get 7 days from the deposit to ask Loyal Primus for a refund, and only if the money has not been traded. Clause 3 then lets the firm send it back by any payment method available, without telling you first.

Why this matters

Miss the seven days and the deposit is not refundable at all. You also do not choose where the money lands, which matters if the account it arrives in is not the one you funded from.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the deposit.

A three minute trade can end with no profit at all

Close a trade inside three minutes and clause 7.15 of the Loyal Primus terms makes the profit null and void. Clause 7.3 defines arbitrage as any trading that removes risk, which is broad enough to reach ordinary hedging. Where the firm finds an unauthorized activity, clause 7.11 limits what comes back to your original deposit.

Voided gains1 clause flagged

Clause 7.3 treats any trading result that removes risk, wholly or largely, as arbitrage, and arbitrage is an unauthorized activity. Loyal Primus can then void the profit and hand back only what you deposited.

Why this matters

Reducing risk is what hedging is for, and clause 7.5 lists hedging separately as bad faith. The wording is broad enough to reach trading you would call careful.

Exhibit 11WarningHarder than usual

Describes any trading result that is the outcome of actions that either eliminate the risk totally or significantly, usually abusing features provided by the Company.
Clause 7.3 in Terms of Business

Taking money out takes your bonus margin with it

Every withdrawal from a Loyal Primus bonus account removes bonus credit in proportion, so taking out half your money takes half your margin. Clause 4.7 wipes the credit entirely at a margin call or stop out. Profit made with the credit is withdrawable with no turnover requirement, which is better than most bonus schemes.

Credit strings1 clause flagged

Take money out of a Loyal Primus bonus account and the bonus credit shrinks by the same percentage. Withdraw half your funds and clause 5.8 removes half the credit holding your positions up.

Why this matters

Your open trades lose margin at the moment you withdraw, which can push you into a stop out. Clause 6.4 says the firm is not liable for what that closure costs you.

Exhibit 10WarningStandard wording

Withdrawals from the Bonus Account will result in a proportional removal of the bonus credit. For instance, if a client withdraws 50% of the available funds, 50% of the bonus credit will also be deducted accordingly.
Clause 5.8 in Deposit Bonus and Bonus Account Terms and Conditions
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsWithdraw 50% of your funds and 50% of the credit goes with it. On the $40 of credit in the firm's own table, that is $20 less margin.

  • Only applies after Exhibit 5The clawback only reaches credit you were actually granted, which clause 5.5 caps well below what the bonus page implies.

Loyal Primus can end the relationship and decide what happens to your trades

Clause 31 lets Loyal Primus end the agreement at any time, with immediate effect, without giving a reason, and then set what happens to your open positions itself. Clause 18.1 lets it rewrite the terms without notice, and your next trade counts as agreement. Two accounts on one IP address can cost you both accounts and every position in them.

Exit conditions3 clauses flagged

Loyal Primus can rewrite any part of this agreement at any time, without telling you first. Your next trade after a change counts as your acceptance of it, under clause 18.1.

Why this matters

You can agree to a new fee or a new restriction by placing an ordinary order. Nothing obliges the firm to send you the new wording.

Exhibit 12WarningStandard wording

We may, at our discretion, change any or all of the terms of this Agreement, at any time and without prior notice. If you make any transaction on or after the amendments to this Agreement have come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
Clause 18.1 in Terms of Business
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Loyal Primus allows one active trading account per client. Where it finds accounts sharing an address, an IP or a trading pattern, clause 7.10 lets it close the accounts and every open position in them.

Why this matters

Two people trading from one home connection can meet this test without doing anything wrong. Clause 26 does soften it: extra accounts are allowed in different currencies or classifications, and you are normally left with your original one.

Exhibit 16WarningStandard wording1

Where this activity is discovered, the Company reserves the right to close the affected accounts and all related open trading positions.
Clause 7.10 in Terms of Business
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Loyal Primus advertises leverage up to 1:3000 on small accounts. Clause 25.3 lets it cut that up to an hour before the market opens or closes and during major news, which is when you would be using it.

In plain words

Liquidity providers are outside banks and brokers.

Why this matters

Leverage means borrowed size: at 1:3000, $200 supports a $600,000 position. Clause 7.6 also treats opening a position that uses nearly all your free balance as an unauthorized activity.

Exhibit 17WarningRarely seen

Loyal Primus may, at its discretion, reduce leverage up to one hour before market opening or closing, as well as during periods of major news announcements.
Clause 25.3 in Terms of Business
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsAt 1:3000, $200 of your own money supports a position of $600,000.

Set against a regulated standard: ESMA (EU), FCA (UK)

Under ESMA rules, and the FCA rules that follow them, retail leverage on major currency pairs is capped at 1:30. This contract offers up to 1:3000 on accounts under $200.

LOYAL PRIMUS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingLeverage at 1:3000 is far above what most jurisdictions allow retail clients. The unusual part is the pairing: the same contract sells the leverage and then classifies using most of your balance as margin as prohibited conduct.

Any claim ends in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Disputes with Loyal Primus end in the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under clause 26.1, after an arbitrator both sides have to agree on. Clause 19.1 sends complaints to the Financial Ombudsman of the Republic of SVG. Neither route is the South African one a reader of the FSCA page would expect.

Where a claim goes1 clause flagged

A dispute you cannot settle with Loyal Primus goes to an arbitrator you both have to agree on, then to the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Clause 19.1 sends complaints to an ombudsman there too.

Why this matters

Neither route is in South Africa, whatever the FSCA page says. If the firm will not agree on an arbitrator with you, what is left is a court on a Caribbean island.

Exhibit 9WarningStandard wording

If we still cannot reach an agreement with you, the issue will be resolved before the Courts in the St. Vincent and the Grenadines as governing law.

The documents this reading is based on

5 files, all published by LOYAL PRIMUS. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording LOYAL PRIMUS publishes.

Who the contract is with

Loyal Primus LTD

Your contract is with Loyal Primus LTD, an International Business Company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under company number 26626 BC 2022. The AML policy and the bonus terms both print that number. The Refund Policy names a different company, Loyal Primus PTY LTD, and settles refunds at its sole discretion. No legal document on the site mentions South Africa or the FSCA anywhere.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

Client money sits in separate client bank accounts, which clause 4 states plainly. Clause 7.9 says Loyal Primus offers negative balance protection, so a losing position should not leave you owing money. Clause 25 publishes the whole leverage table by account size, and clause 27 publishes the 35% stop out level, which many brokers bury in a help page. The bonus terms beat most: clause 5.7 lets you withdraw profit made with bonus credit with no turnover requirement, and clause 5.8 works the removal through with real numbers.

Every clause on these policy pages stays folded until you tap its heading, so each page opens showing only a list of numbered titles. We opened all of them and read every clause, and each quotation here comes from those pages on loyalprimus.com. No earlier version of any of these documents is available, so this is a first reading with nothing to compare against. The Conflicts of Interest Policy and the Order of Execution Policy that clause 24.1 and clause 4 say you have already agreed to are not published anywhere on the site, so we could not read either one. Clause 32 carries a heading about loyalty points and no text at all. We did not see the client portal or anything shown during registration.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the LOYAL PRIMUS file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document LOYAL PRIMUS publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge LOYAL PRIMUS on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 16, 2026.

If you represent LOYAL PRIMUS and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on LOYAL PRIMUS. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
