LQH Markets advertises a fully regulated environment. Its own Risk Disclaimer says no financial regulator authorises it and no compensation scheme covers you. It can void profit on criteria it refuses to disclose, and restore a negative balance as a debt. Its registration form accepts residents of the United Arab Emirates, whom the contract bars.

01

The website sells you a fully regulated environment, and the about page is titled a true regulated ECN broker. The Risk Disclaimer inside your contract says no financial regulator authorises LQH Integrated Ltd.

Why this matters

No regulator supervises your money and no compensation scheme stands behind it. The same notice says you may lose some or all of your funds if LQH Markets fails, and no ombudsman will hear you.

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client access to an independent complaints scheme and a statutory compensation fund. This contract says neither one covers you.

LQH MARKETS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

02

LQH Markets bars residents of the United Arab Emirates, and makes you promise you are not one. Its registration form still offers the United Arab Emirates as your country of residence. The funded site leaves the country off the same barred list.

Why this matters

Open the account from Dubai and you have broken the promise in clause 18.8 on your first day. That lets LQH Markets void your trades, close your accounts and recover losses from you under clause 19.3.

03

LQH Markets promises a fast payout, then keeps four ways to hold it. It can decline a withdrawal where it suspects abuse of its loss protection, or ask you for more documents. Its execution policy also lets it suspend your withdrawal rights while it reviews your account.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

Nothing in these documents puts a deadline on that review. Your money stays with LQH Markets until it decides, and the promise you read before depositing is not the one in the contract.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual

Our financial team operates 24/7 to ensure withdrawals are processed and approved typically within 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of our Negative Balance Protection Policy ('NBP').

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK)

Firms licensed by the FCA must pay a retail client's withdrawal promptly, and must not make payment wait on an open ended internal review. This contract sets no outer limit on the review.

LQH MARKETS is not licensed by this regulator, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4A review that suspends withdrawals and a power to void profit can run at the same time, on the same suspicion.
04

LQH Markets can void or reverse your profit where its monitoring flags prohibited activity. The same policy says it will not tell you the detection methods or the thresholds behind that decision.

Why this matters

You cannot check whether your trading breaks a rule, because the rule is a pattern LQH Markets will not describe. Profit it removes is gone from your balance, and clause 19.3 lets it recover losses from you as well.

Our readingMost agreements void profit for conduct a client could avoid, such as trading on a mispriced quote. This policy also allows closure for order flow that LQH Markets finds unprofitable to service, which is not a rule you can comply with.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 5The same finding of abuse that removes your profit also removes the protection that stops your balance falling below zero.
05

LQH Markets writes your balance back up to zero after a bad loss, but not always. Where it decides the protection was abused, it can reinstate the negative balance and recover it from you.

Why this matters

You can end up owing LQH Markets money after a stop out, on top of losing your deposit. LQH Markets makes the finding that your trading was abusive, and the policy gives you no appeal.

Exhibit 5CriticalHarder than usualNew

This protection applies to accounts operated in good faith. It does not apply to (a) adjustments arising from the restricted trading practices described in Section 3 of this policy, or (b) circumstances where we determine the protection is being abused, including hedged or coordinated exposure across multiple accounts or profiles designed to exploit it, in which case we reserve the right to reinstate and recover negative balances.

06

LQH Funded sells challenges from $35 and says all purchases are final with no refunds. Its refund policy explains that access cannot be revoked once granted. Its terms of use let it revoke that access at any time without notice.

Why this matters

You can pay, and LQH Funded can then deny you access at its sole discretion, with no refund and no claim. Any dispute goes to arbitration in Dallas, Texas, and damages stop at what you paid or $1,000, whichever is less.

Exhibit 6CriticalHarder than usual$35

What it costsA $35 challenge that LQH Funded declines leaves you with nothing back. If you sued, clause 12.1 caps its liability at the $35 you paid, because that is less than $1,000.

Decisions are final and the forum is far away

A new clause lets LQH Markets close your open positions over how you speak to its staff, with compliance deciding alone and no further correspondence. No complaints procedure sits among the published documents, only a compliance address and a two business day target for a reply. Buyers of the funded challenge arbitrate in Dallas, Texas, with damages capped at the fee they paid or $1,000.

If it goes wrong1 clause flagged

A new clause lets LQH Markets judge how you speak to it on live chat, social media or a review platform. Where it decides you crossed the line, it can close your open positions at market and end your agreement without notice.

Why this matters

LQH Markets can liquidate your positions over a conversation, and its compliance team makes that call alone. The clause says the decision is final and that LQH Markets need not write to you about it again.

Exhibit 8CriticalRarely seenNew

An inactivity charge with no figure attached

LQH Markets can apply administration charges to an account it considers inactive, and clause 12.5 names neither the amount nor the period. The same clause debits the balance to zero once it falls below the fee. After 12 months LQH Markets can close the account and move what is left to a suspense account.

Leaving money behind1 clause flagged

LQH Markets can charge administration fees on an account it considers inactive. The contract names no amount and no period, and says it will empty the balance once that balance cannot cover the fee.

In plain words

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Why this matters

LQH Markets can reduce a balance you left behind to nothing, without ever showing you a figure. The charge outlives the account too, and only a withdrawal request or an empty balance ends it.

Exhibit 7CriticalHarder than usual

If your account remains inactive for a period we consider to be significant, we may apply reasonable administration charges.

LQH Markets advertises regulation its own risk notice denies

LQH Markets sells a fully regulated environment on its homepage, and its about page is titled a true regulated ECN broker. The Risk Disclaimer inside the contract says no financial regulator authorises LQH Integrated Ltd, and that no compensation scheme or ombudsman covers you. The same homepage advertises a platform built for high frequency strategies that its website terms prohibit.

Regulated status1 clause flagged

The homepage offers X9 Trader for high frequency strategies. The website terms list high frequency trading among the transactions you must not instruct, and the client agreement treats it as prohibited conduct.

Why this matters

Trade the way LQH Markets advertises that platform, and it can void your trades and close your account. The client agreement softens its own ban with a fair use test that it never defines.

The advertised commission is half the contract rate

The LQH Markets homepage prices commission at $3 a lot. Clause 12.2 charges $3.00 per side of a standard lot, so a round turn costs $6. The account types the contract prices are not the ones the website sells, and clause 5.5 says there is no minimum deposit while clause 11.8 sets one at USD 10.

The homepage prices commission at $3 a lot. The contract charges $3.00 per side of a standard lot on its Raw Spread account, so a round turn costs twice the advertised figure.

What it costsA round turn on one standard lot costs $6 in commission, not $3. Ten lots in and out is $60.

A withdrawal is a request LQH Markets may hold

LQH Markets advertises withdrawals approved within 24 to 48 hours. Clause 11.6 makes that the typical case and reserves the right to delay or decline, and its execution policy lets it suspend withdrawal rights during a review with no deadline attached. Its own documents also disagree on whether you fund by card or only in cryptocurrency.

Getting paid1 clause flagged

The client agreement now accepts credit card deposits. The Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of the same contract, says deposits and withdrawals are made in cryptocurrency.

Why this matters

LQH Markets sends withdrawals back to the source you funded from wherever it can. If your payout arrives as crypto, a wrong wallet address is your loss alone, because nobody can reverse a blockchain transfer.

Bonus credit can be withdrawn while it supports your trades

LQH Markets can remove bonus credit from any account at any time, and clause 11.12 names the credit holding open positions as one ground for doing it. No bonus terms are published on the site, so the volume rules and trade qualification criteria sit outside anything you can read. Its execution policy also reserves the right to change those criteria at any time.

Bonus credit1 clause flagged

LQH Markets can remove bonus credit from any account at any time. One ground it lists is that the credit is holding open positions that normal margin rules would close.

Why this matters

Pulling that credit at that moment closes your trades and turns a paper loss into a real one. No bonus terms are published anywhere on the site, so the rules you would be judged against are not written down for you.

The privacy policy describes a business LQH Markets does not run

The privacy policy the agreement points to describes a social trading platform, an e money debit card and a crypto wallet. It breaks off before retention, sharing or your rights, and it names an unidentified group entity as the controller of your data. Clause 18.9 lets LQH Markets withhold funds while it investigates, with no deadline on the investigation.

Your documents and data1 clause flagged

The policy your agreement points to for data handling describes a social trading platform, an e money debit card and a crypto wallet. LQH Markets offers none of those, and the document stops before it reaches retention, sharing or your rights.

Why this matters

You cannot find out how long LQH Markets keeps your identity documents or who it sends them to. The agreement says only that it keeps your data while you hold an account and for as long as the law requires.

Every trade has LQH Markets on the other side of it

LQH Markets is the counterparty to every position you open, and its execution policy says so. Its homepage calls it a true ECN brokerage whose trades go straight to liquidity providers. Clause 10.2 promises conflict of interest policies that the site does not publish.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Liquidity providers are outside banks and brokers.

Who you trade against1 clause flagged

LQH Markets calls itself a true ECN brokerage whose every trade goes straight to its liquidity providers. Its own execution policy says you trade with LQH Markets, not on an exchange, and that hedging is its choice.

Why this matters

Your loss is LQH Markets' gain, because it takes the other side of your trade itself. Acting as counterparty is normal for a CFD broker, and calling that ECN execution is not.

Who you contract with2 clauses flagged

The about page tells you your funds sit in segregated client accounts. The contract says LQH Markets takes reasonable steps to keep them separate, and pools them with other clients' money. Money backing an open position stops counting as client money at all.

Why this matters

Most of your balance stops being protected the moment you trade, which is what a trading account is for. The Risk Disclaimer adds that you may lose some or all of it if LQH Markets fails.

What changed quietly

First review of LQH Markets, so no earlier review exists for comparison.

  • ADDEDClause 4.5

Section 4 ended at clause 4.4 in June, so the power to close your positions over how you communicate is new.

Where we reasonably consider that you have engaged in conduct described in clause 4.5(b), we may, without prior notice and without liability to you: restrict the channels through which you may contact us; suspend your access to the platform and to your account; close any open positions at the prevailing market price; and terminate this Agreement with immediate effect.
  • REWRITTENClause 11.8

Card deposits, a USD 10 minimum and a right to return small deposits net of network fees all arrived since June.

LQH Markets currently accepts deposits by credit card, and via Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit for each account type is set out on our Website and may change from time to time; the current minimum for the Standard account is USD 10. Deposits below the applicable minimum may be declined and, where declined, may at our discretion be returned to the originating wallet net of network fees or credited to the account.
  • ADDEDClause Our Regulatory Status · 2026-06-01 to July 2026

The June risk page had no statement of regulatory status, so this admission is a new disclosure in the broker's favour.

We are not authorised or regulated by a financial services regulator in your jurisdiction. Your dealings with us are not covered by any statutory investor compensation scheme, deposit guarantee arrangement, or financial services ombudsman.
  • ADDEDClause Funding and Cryptocurrency Transfer Risk · 2026-06-01 to July 2026

The crypto only funding statement is new, and it arrived in the same cycle as the clause permitting card deposits.

Deposits to and withdrawals from your account are made in cryptocurrency.
  • ADDEDClause Negative Balance Protection · 2026-06-01 to July 2026

The Order Execution Policy was absent from the June document list, so the carve out from negative balance protection is new.

The documents this reading is based on

12 files, all published by LQH MARKETS. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording LQH MARKETS publishes.

Who the contract is with

LQH Integrated Ltd

A client contracts with LQH Integrated Ltd, a Saint Lucia International Business Company with registration number 2023-00570, at Ground Floor, Rodney Court Building, Rodney Bay, Gros Islet. Its website terms and its privacy policy instead name LQH Integrated Operating as LQH Markets Ltd, and the funded programme's terms name LQH Funded as the company, with no registration number, address or country. The Risk Disclaimer says no financial regulator authorises LQH Integrated Ltd. The only licence claim we found sits in the footer of the funded site, which says the company holds a Comoros licence numbered L15833/LIL.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The Risk Disclaimer published in July 2026 is unusually direct. It states that no regulator authorises LQH Integrated Ltd, that no compensation scheme or ombudsman covers you, that insolvency could cost you your balance, and that acting as your counterparty is a conflict of interest. The June version of that page said none of this. Clause 3.2 gives you 14 calendar days to cancel and take your deposit back in full if you have not traded. No clause anywhere sets a deadline for complaining, which many agreements do, and clauses 12.7 and 23.2 let you leave without penalty if fees or terms move against you. The new Order Execution Policy explains slippage, gapping and stop outs in plain language, and clause 15.5 warns you that LQH Markets will never ask you to move funds to a managed account.

We did not find the inactivity fee amount anywhere on the site, so we cannot tell you what a dormant account costs. The margin call and stop out levels sit inside the trading platform, which needs a funded account, so they are not covered. No bonus terms are published, so the rules behind the Deposit Bonus Account are unknown. This review covers five legal documents on the main site and two on the funded site, and every quotation comes from the page named beside it. The Order Execution Policy has no earlier copy, because LQH Markets published it after June. We have not reported how far down each page a clause sits: these pages repeat the same footer several times over, which makes a position count unreliable. The review does not cover the Help Centre articles or the funded programme's privacy policy.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the LQH MARKETS file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document LQH MARKETS publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge LQH MARKETS on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 3, 2026.

If you represent LQH MARKETS and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on LQH MARKETS. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
