One licence is on record for Luna Wealth. None has been checked against an official register yet.
Back to Luna WealthCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
Luna Wealth has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. One of them was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority — the regimes with the strictest capital, reporting and client-money rules. None has yet been located on an issuing authority’s own register, so every entry here should be read as claimed rather than confirmed.
The registers print these licences under LUNA WEALTH ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD. Searching a register for the trading brand alone may return nothing — use the name above.
Every licence on record for Luna Wealth, strongest authority first.
CySEC's own rules for the firms it authorises.
Answered from the register entries on this page.
The firm's terms of use place disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts. As a regulated Cyprus firm it also falls within the remit of the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman, and the Investor Compensation Fund covers eligible investors if the firm fails to return client money or instruments. Because the firm is authorised in an EU member state, a complaint can be escalated to the Cyprus regulator, which is a materially better position than a client of an offshore registered operator would be in.
Under a managed mandate the firm can deal in securities, bonds, collective investment schemes and mutual funds, structured products and structured notes, futures, options on indices, foreign exchange and other derivatives. Its published key information documents are almost entirely express certificates and autocallable phoenix notes linked to large listed companies, which indicates structured products are a core part of the offering.
By telephone on +357 22 007111 or by email at accountmanagement@lunawealth.com. The published office is 4 Fotti Pitta Street, 9th Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus, which matches the company's registered office on the official Cyprus register. There is no live chat and no published support hours.
The firm states on its About page that it was established in 2014, initially as a family run consulting boutique, before becoming a licensed Cyprus Investment Firm. The operating company itself was incorporated on 6 December 2017 according to the official Cyprus register, and its CySEC licence took effect in August 2019, giving roughly six years of licensed operation.
The firm does not publish a list. Its terms of use, its terms and conditions page and its discretionary investment management agreement name no restricted or prohibited jurisdiction, and there is no restricted countries page on the site. Because no policy is published, you cannot establish from the firm's own materials whether your jurisdiction is served, and you would need to ask before applying.
The operating company is Luna Wealth Asset Management Ltd, Cyprus company number HE 377224, incorporated on 6 December 2017 and active on the official Cyprus register. Its register entry lists four individual directors: Nikolas Lambrou, who is also company secretary, Antonis Stavrou, Chrysostomos Kalos and Martha Lamprianou. A second Cyprus company, Luna Wealth Holding Limited (HE 399373), is registered at the same office, but the firm does not describe the group relationship on its website.
Two protections are documented. The firm states that client assets are held in segregated accounts kept separate from its own funds at all times, and it is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund, which pays eligible investors the lesser of 90 per cent of the net claim or EUR 20,000 if the firm fails to meet its obligations. Neither protects you against investment losses, and the agreement states plainly that capital is at substantial risk and may be lost entirely.
The firm does not publish a processing time. Its client agreement commits it to arrange delivery of a client's financial instruments as soon as practically possible after written notice, with transfer costs borne by the client, and allows it to withhold a transfer until the client's own obligations under the agreement are settled. A redemption fee applies to assets withdrawn within the first year.
Through the banking system. The client agreement provides for funds to be held with a regulated credit institution, either in an account in your own name or in a pooled client account held in the firm's name and reconciled to its records. No cards, e-wallets or cryptocurrency are published as funding channels.
There is no third party trading terminal, so no MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader. Luna Wealth provides its own online reporting system hosted on its website plus a client mobile application, and a client can request the ability to issue portfolio instructions through either. Reporting is quarterly, issued within one calendar month of each quarter end.
None is published, because Luna Wealth does not offer a leveraged retail trading product. The firm undertakes in its client agreement not to borrow on a client's behalf without prior consent, though it notes that temporary overdrafts can arise from settlement mismatches.
Luna Wealth charges an asset management fee schedule rather than trading spreads. The published components are a portfolio management fee with a minimum of USD 500 per calendar quarter, a custody fee charged quarterly on the daily value of the portfolio, a success fee on a high water mark basis subject to a hurdle rate, and a redemption fee if assets are withdrawn within the first 365 days. The actual rates sit in a schedule to the client agreement and are not published on the open site, so you cannot price the service before requesting documents.
The minimum investment is USD 200,000 per portfolio, set out in the firm's discretionary investment management agreement. That is a minimum investable amount for a managed mandate, not a trading account funding minimum. The firm does not publish minimums for its external asset management or brokerage mandates.
No. Luna Wealth is an asset manager, not a retail forex or CFD broker. It publishes no trading accounts, no trading platform, no leverage and no spreads. Its products are discretionary managed portfolios and structured notes, and the firm may use foreign exchange transactions inside a portfolio at its own discretion rather than offering you a currency trading account.
Nothing found in this review supports that. The operating company is active on the official Cyprus register at the same address it publishes, it has four named individual directors, it holds a licence whose record is consistent across its own documents, and it publishes the regulatory filings a licensed European investment firm is required to make. The genuine caution is different: this is not a retail brokerage, so anyone expecting a trading account has come to the wrong kind of firm.
