The firm dates its founding to 2008, when the partnership adopted the Market Securities name. UK Companies House shows the same partnership incorporated on 10 February 2007 under its earlier name, Kyte Equity Derivatives LLP, and renamed on 23 March 2009. Its principal firm, Kyte Broking Limited, has been registered since 20 January 1993. The claimed age is therefore supported rather than inflated.

The firm names no accepted or restricted countries anywhere on its site. Its disclaimer says only that the website is not intended for use by anyone in a jurisdiction where that would be contrary to local law or regulatory requirements, which names no country. Because there is no onboarding form, there is also no country selector to indicate which jurisdictions it will take on.

The question does not arise in the retail sense, because the firm publishes no deposit or withdrawal channel and holds no retail client accounts. In the United States, group company Market Securities, LLC states that client accounts are carried by its clearing firm, RBC Clearing and Custody, on a fully disclosed basis rather than by Market Securities itself.

The firm publishes no leverage figure, and no retail leverage applies because it offers no retail accounts. Its disclaimer does warn generally that investments in securities and financial instruments, including futures, options and contracts for difference, can lose value and may create additional liabilities.

Its published capabilities span equities, including cash equities, derivatives, convertibles and risk arbitrage; rates, with futures and options focused on short term rates, interest rate swaps and repo; credit, covering distressed and investment grade with emerging market and corporate bond repo; foreign exchange from vanilla to exotics; commodities across exchange traded and OTC oil, softs, metals and minerals, plus digital asset derivatives; and structured products. These are institutional execution services, not a retail instrument list.

None is published. The site names no MetaTrader, cTrader or proprietary platform, and offers no download or web terminal. Execution is described as a service delivered by trading teams to institutional counterparties rather than through a self-service platform.

The firm publishes none, because it does not take retail deposits. There is no client account, no funding page and no deposit channel of any kind on the site. Any figure quoted elsewhere as a Market Securities minimum deposit does not come from the firm.

No. There is no account opening flow anywhere on the site and no retail product is offered. Market Securities describes itself as serving banks, hedge funds, institutional investors and proprietary trading firms, and its Dubai regulatory disclosure states expressly that its services are for Professional Clients and Market Counterparties only and must not be relied upon by Retail Clients.

The website is operated by Market Securities LLP, a UK limited liability partnership registered under number OC325844 at 55 Baker Street, London W1U 8EW. The Global LEI record places it and the group's UK principal firm, Kyte Broking Limited, under a common parent, Market Securities Group Limited, a Hong Kong company formed in 2018.

Nothing we found points that way. Every legal entity the firm names exists, is currently active on an official register, and sits at the address the firm publishes: the operating partnership Market Securities LLP has been on the UK register since February 2007, and its principal firm Kyte Broking Limited since January 1993. The honest caveat is that its regulatory permissions were not confirmed against the authorities that granted them, so the position is well evidenced on the corporate side and unconfirmed on the regulatory side.

It operates under named regulatory permissions, but the company behind the website does not hold one in its own right. Its own disclaimer states that Market Securities LLP, FCA register number 519097, is an appointed representative of Kyte Broking Limited, FCA register number 174863, which it describes as authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Group companies in Dubai, France and the United States are described as authorised by the DFSA, the ACPR and FINRA respectively. None of these permissions was confirmed against the issuing authority's own record in our research, so they are claimed rather than confirmed.
