Maxco Futures: BAPPEBTI licence 1220/BAPPEBTI/SE/5/2007

Two contact points are published: the telephone number +62 21 720-1018 and the email address cs@maxcofutures.co.id. The office address given is Panin Bank Centre, Ground Floor, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kav-1, Senayan, Jakarta Selatan 10270, Indonesia. We found no live chat, no support portal and no official social media accounts we could confirm.

We could not determine this. The restricted-jurisdictions clause, the terms and conditions, the risk disclosure, the help pages and the signup form's own country list all sit on the website that did not respond, so this profile records no accepted and no blocked country. The absence of a recorded restriction is not evidence that your country is accepted.

Not disclosed to us. We have no list of funding channels, no fee schedule, no processing times and no minimum or maximum limits, because the funding pages were unreachable. Withdrawal terms are the single most important thing to test with a small first deposit at any broker whose conditions you cannot read in advance, and here they are entirely unread.

We could not establish this. No platform information was available from the sources we are permitted to use, so no platform is recorded on the profile, including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. Do not assume a platform is supported because it is common in the industry.

Unknown. No trading conditions page was reachable, so this profile carries no maximum leverage, no spread type, no average spread, no commission structure and no execution model. Any figure quoted for this broker elsewhere is not something WIKILIX has verified.

Not disclosed to us. The broker publishes no account or pricing page we could reach, so we have no minimum deposit figure. Ask the firm in writing and get the answer confirmed in its client agreement before you transfer anything.

We have no evidence that it is, and no evidence that it is not. There is nothing in what we could reach that shows fraud, a cloned licence, a fabricated authority or a fake address, and the firm publishes an ordinary Jakarta landline and a named company at a real commercial building. What is missing is any confirmable regulation and any working website. That combination means the risk cannot be assessed, which is a different thing from a scam finding and should be treated as a reason to wait rather than a reason to deposit.

Because the broker's own website did not respond. Every address it publishes, on both the www and apex hosts and over both http and https, either returned an empty document or a server refusal, on every path and language prefix we tried. WIKILIX only publishes facts read off a page during the review, so rather than fill the gaps with plausible figures we have left them empty. Trading conditions, account types, platforms, funding methods and country restrictions are all missing for that reason alone.

The operating company is named as PT Maxco Futures, an Indonesian company. The address published for it is Panin Bank Centre, Ground Floor, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman Kav-1, Senayan, Jakarta Selatan 10270, Indonesia. We were not able to confirm the company in an official Indonesian corporate record during this review, so its registration number, incorporation date and current status are not published on this profile.

We could not verify any licence for Maxco Futures during this review. The company's own website did not serve any page to us, so we were unable to read a regulation page, a licence number or the name of a licensed entity from the operator. No licence certificate was obtainable from any other source we are permitted to rely on. WIKILIX therefore records no licence for this broker. Read that as unverified rather than as proven unlicensed, and treat the absence of confirmable supervision as a serious risk until the firm supplies a licence number you can check with the issuing authority yourself.
