What Wikilix has recorded about Maxrich Group: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
Maxrich Group LTD, which also trades as MRG, is a retail forex and CFD broker operating from mrg.ltd. The site gives its registered address as Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-islet, Saint Lucia, and names Maxrich Group LTD as the operating company with registration number 2023-00526. Trading is offered on MetaTrader 4, with a second MetaTrader server selectable in the client portal, across four account tiers from a 50 USD minimum deposit and leverage up to 1:500. The broker describes itself as a straight-through processing house that does not run a dealing desk.
Maxrich Group LTD publishes no regulator, no licence number and no verification link anywhere on its website. What it does publish is a claim, on its Why Choose Us page and in the site metadata, that the company is incorporated and regulated in New Zealand.
That claim does not survive a check of the New Zealand registers. A company named MAXRICH GROUP LIMITED exists on the New Zealand Companies Register under number 5660408 and NZBN 9429041684832, incorporated on 1 April 2015 at Level 3, 148-152 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington. Its status is Removed and its last filing was an annual return in March 2017. Separately, a search of the New Zealand Financial Service Providers Register returns no Maxrich entity at all, registered or deregistered, so no New Zealand financial service registration has existed for this name.
The Saint Lucia entity the site names fares no better. Neither the name Maxrich Group LTD nor the number 2023-00526 returns a record on Saint Lucia's public company registry, and that registry numbers its companies in a different format entirely. The site footer also carries the seal of an offshore company registrar in the Comoros, linked without an entity name, a number or any accompanying text. A company registrar is not a financial regulator and such a registration, even where it exists, authorises no financial services activity.
No. No financial regulator supervises Maxrich Group LTD on any evidence the company itself provides or that the relevant public registers hold. Clients trading here deal with a firm that no authority oversees, which means there is no compensation scheme, no client money rulebook and no ombudsman to appeal to.
The absence of regulation is compounded here by the absence of a verifiable counterparty. The site names three different jurisdictions across its own pages: Saint Lucia in the footer, the About page and the contact page, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on its report-a-problem page, and New Zealand in its regulation claim. None of the corporate identities behind those addresses could be confirmed as an active company. The About page states that client funds are held in segregated bank accounts at a named bank in Bulgaria, and nothing on the site substantiates that arrangement.
Practical warning signs sit alongside this. The site's Open Live Account links redirect to an empty login page, the terms and conditions document the account-opening form asks clients to accept is not retrievable, and the domain the About page gives as the company website and as the route for reporting problems is a parked domain offered for sale.
Four tiers are published. Basic opens at 50 USD with leverage of 1:500, spreads from 2 pips and no commission. Premium opens at 300 USD with leverage of 1:200, spreads from 0.5 pips and 10 USD per lot. Sharia opens at 3,000 USD on the same spread and leverage terms at 20 USD per lot and carries no swap. Infinite opens at 50,000 USD, also swap free, at 15 USD per lot. Basic is capped at one lot per trade and three open lots; the other three tiers scale to 100 open lots across three internal tiers.
Spreads are floating and quoted from 0.5 pips on EURUSD and USDCHF, from 0.8 on most other majors and from 0.3 on gold, with the Basic tier starting at 2 pips instead. Commission runs from 10 to 20 USD per lot depending on tier, with Basic alone commission free. The broker publishes no deposit fee, withdrawal fee, inactivity fee or any other fee schedule, and states that it sets no minimum trading volume and does not close dormant accounts.
Leverage reaches 1:500 on the Basic account and is capped at 1:200 on Premium, Sharia and Infinite. Leverage at this level is not permitted to retail clients in most supervised markets.
MetaTrader 4 is the platform the broker documents and distributes, through a branded Windows installer and iOS and Android builds tied to its own demo and live servers. A second live MetaTrader server appears in the client portal login, but the broker publishes no installer or documentation for it. Around 29 instruments are offered in total: 24 currency pairs, gold and oil, and three US index contracts. No cryptocurrency is offered.
The company FAQ lists bank wire transfer, credit card deposit, Skrill, FASAPAY and Indonesian local bank transfer through BCA, BRI and Mandiri. The account-opening form widens the bank list and also collects a PayPal address for payouts. Withdrawals are said to be processed within one business day on submission of a withdrawal form. Deposits are credited only where the sending bank account matches the name registered with the broker. No fees, minimums or maximums are published for any channel, and the site has no deposits and withdrawals page of its own.
Support is by email at support@mrg.ltd and by live chat in the client portal, stated as available 24 hours a day, five days a week, in English only. A Saint Lucia telephone number, +1 758 285 7447, appears on the About page. The broker maintains no social media presence that its own site links to.
On the positive side, the account terms are set out in unusual detail for a broker of this type, with per-instrument spreads and margin requirements published openly, a low 50 USD entry point, genuine swap free tiers, and a working client portal with live chat. The broker also states plainly that it offers no deposit bonuses.
Against that, there is no regulator and no licence; the New Zealand regulation the site claims is contradicted by both New Zealand registers; the operating company cannot be confirmed in Saint Lucia; three different jurisdictions appear across the site's own pages; the terms document clients are asked to accept cannot be retrieved; the live account route is broken; and the domain named for reporting problems is parked and for sale.
Maxrich Group LTD presents the surface of an established broker, with detailed trading conditions, branded MetaTrader servers and a functioning client area. Underneath it, the single fact that matters most to a depositor is missing: there is no authority supervising this firm, and the one regulatory claim it makes is demonstrably untrue. A client who is refused a withdrawal here would have no regulator to complain to and no confirmed legal entity to pursue. Anyone weighing an account should treat the regulatory position, not the spread table, as the decisive consideration.

Common questions about Maxrich Group
By email at support@mrg.ltd, by live chat inside the client portal, or on the Saint Lucia telephone number +1 758 285...
Its FAQ says no, and advises traders to be wary of firms offering free money. That sits awkwardly beside the homepage...

No. The broker refuses United States clients in three separate places on its own site, citing CFTC regulations. Note one inconsistency worth knowing about: the account-opening form still offers United States in its country list, so the refusal is stated in the text rather than enforced at signup.
Up to 1:500 on the Basic account, and 1:200 on Premium, Sharia and Infinite. Leverage at 1:500 is not permitted to retail clients in most supervised markets, which is a direct consequence of this firm operating outside any regulator's rules.
Around 29 instruments in total: 24 currency pairs, gold and oil, and three US index contracts covering the Nasdaq, S&P 500 and Dow Jones. No cryptocurrency, shares or bonds are offered.
MetaTrader 4 is the platform the broker documents and distributes, with a branded Windows installer and iOS and Android builds pointed at its own demo and live servers. A second live MetaTrader server is selectable in the client portal login, but the broker publishes no installer or documentation for it.
The broker states that withdrawals are processed within one business day once a withdrawal form is submitted. That is the only published figure; there is no deposits and withdrawals page, no fee schedule and no minimum or maximum withdrawal amount published for any channel, and no regulator to hold the firm to that timescale.
The company FAQ lists bank wire transfer, credit card, Skrill, FASAPAY and Indonesian local bank transfer through BCA, BRI and Mandiri. The account-opening form also collects a PayPal address for payouts. Deposits are only credited when the sending bank account matches the name registered with the broker.
It depends on the tier. Basic charges no commission but quotes spreads from 2 pips. Premium, Sharia and Infinite quote spreads from 0.5 pips and charge commission of 10, 20 and 15 USD per lot respectively. The broker publishes no deposit fee, withdrawal fee or inactivity fee schedule of any kind, so the full cost of holding and funding an account cannot be established before opening one.
50 USD, on the entry-level Basic account. The other tiers are considerably higher: Premium starts at 300 USD, Sharia at 3,000 USD and Infinite at 50,000 USD.
The site names Maxrich Group LTD, of Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-islet, Saint Lucia, with registration number 2023-00526. That name and number return no record on Saint Lucia's public company registry. A company called MAXRICH GROUP LIMITED does appear on the New Zealand Companies Register under number 5660408, incorporated in April 2015 with directors resident in Indonesia and New Zealand, but its status is Removed. No currently active operating company could be confirmed.
We rate it as likely to be one, and the reason is specific rather than general. The firm takes deposits while advertising New Zealand regulation that the New Zealand registers contradict, and the operating company it names in Saint Lucia returns no record on that country's public company registry. We found no confirmed evidence of client funds being taken, but a broker with no regulator and no verifiable legal entity leaves a client with no route to recover money if it is withheld.
No. Maxrich Group LTD names no regulator and publishes no licence number or verification link anywhere on its website. Its Why Choose Us page claims the company is incorporated and regulated in New Zealand, but the New Zealand Financial Service Providers Register holds no Maxrich entity at all, and the only New Zealand company of that name has been removed from the Companies Register. Trading here means trading with a firm no authority supervises.
