It is recorded on the regulator's register alongside the main licence. Client protection: Moderate. This is the permit that brings the firm's forex offering inside Indonesian regulation rather than leaving it unsupervised.. Effective: Mar 2022.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this licence

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

Check the exact domain letter by letter, ask for the licence number and confirm it directly with the regulator's own register rather than a link the broker sends you, and confirm that the company named on the deposit instructions is the same company named in the client agreement. A brand name on its own proves nothing.

None that can be verified. No support email, telephone number, live chat, office address or business hours is published by this operator.

No accepted or restricted country list is published, because nothing is served on the domain. Absence of a restriction list is not acceptance of any country, and it is not a licence to solicit clients in Indonesia or elsewhere.

Recovery is unlikely and there is no regulator to escalate to. Act quickly all the same: contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback or recall, keep every message, receipt and wallet address, and report the matter to your national financial-crime or consumer-protection authority. Refuse any offer to recover funds in exchange for an upfront fee, which is a common follow-on fraud.

WIKILIX rates it high risk and treats it as a brand impersonation. The combination of no licence, no identifiable company, a dead website and a name belonging to a licensed Indonesian broker is the profile of an operation set up to borrow another firm's credibility rather than of a going brokerage.

No operating company is disclosed. WIKILIX found no legal entity name, registration number or registered address that can be tied to this operator, so there is no company to check against a corporate registry and no party a client could pursue.

No deposit or withdrawal channel, fee, limit or processing time is published. Where an unlicensed operator handles funding through private bank details, personal accounts or crypto wallets supplied in chat, a transfer is generally not reversible and there is no supervisor to appeal to.

None could be confirmed. No MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader or proprietary platform, and no server name or download link, is documented for this operator.

Neither is published anywhere reachable. No leverage cap, spread table, commission schedule or execution model exists for this operator, so nothing can be compared against a regulated broker's published conditions.

Unknown, and that is the problem. The operator publishes no account terms, so no minimum deposit, account tier or funding requirement can be quoted. A deposit figure quoted to you privately, by message or by a sales caller, has no published document behind it.

No. The domain does not resolve, so nothing is served on it at all. Any live page, application form or client portal presented to you under that address today did not come from this domain and should be treated as unsafe.

No. The licensed Indonesian futures brokerage that uses this brand operates from a different domain and holds a domestic futures brokerage licence. The operator profiled here shares only the name. If you meant to deal with the licensed firm, confirm the exact domain and licence number with that firm directly before sending money or identity documents.

No. WIKILIX found no licence, licence number or supervisory registration that can be attributed to the operator behind menaramas.co.id. There is no regulator standing behind money placed with it, no client-money segregation requirement and no statutory complaints route.
