MiTRADE: SCA licence 20200000397

On its EU site, MiTRADE offers two personal live accounts, Standard for retail clients and Professional for clients who qualify as elective professionals, and no corporate or joint accounts; EU accounts are held in EUR only. To be treated as professional, a client must meet two of three tests: on average 10 significant trades per quarter over the previous four quarters, a portfolio above 500,000 EUR, or at least a year in a relevant financial-sector role. Professional clients lose Investor Compensation Fund cover and may lose negative balance protection.

MiTRADE offers only its own trading platform, and its EU site names no MetaTrader, cTrader or TradingView platform. The EU versions are a WebTrader in the browser, desktop apps for Windows and macOS, and apps for iPhone/iPad and Android, with indicators such as MACD, RSI and CCI, price alerts, split charts and stop-loss orders; trades start from 0.01 lot.

MiTRADE charges no trading commission: Mitrade EU Limited's client agreement says the spread is the only trading cost when a position is opened or closed, and positions held past 5:00 pm New York time pay an overnight fee. The EU site charges no deposit or withdrawal fee, but Mitrade Global Pty Ltd's client agreement (August 2026) gives clients in Australia four free withdrawals a month and then charges AUD 5 for each further one, and gives clients elsewhere one free withdrawal a month, or two once they have deposited more than USD 10,000, and then charges USD 5 for each further one. On inactive accounts, the EU help centre mentions a fee of up to USD 10 per 30 days after 180 days without use while Mitrade EU Limited's client agreement says it charges none, and Mitrade Holding Ltd's client agreement (September 2026) allows USD 10 a month once an account has had no trading or open positions for more than six months.

MiTRADE's EU help centre says withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, and Mitrade EU Limited's client agreement commits to the same or the next business day; Mitrade Holding Ltd's client agreement (September 2026) instead allows one to three business days, with further delays possible during a security review. The money then takes the payment channel's own time: on the EU site, up to 5 business days to a card (up to 10 at some banks), up to 5 to a bank account and 2 to 3 to an e-wallet, although another help-centre answer says withdrawals can take up to 7 business days. Withdrawals go back to the methods used to deposit, cards first up to the amount deposited with them.

No. MiTRADE does not accept clients from the United States, the United Kingdom or Belgium, and Mitrade EU Limited's client agreement bars US residents and US citizens. Its sign-up form also refuses applications from, among others, Hong Kong, Iceland, Mauritius, the Cayman Islands, Cuba, Syria, North Korea and Afghanistan.

MiTRADE is the brand of a group of Mitrade companies, and which one holds an account depends on where the client lives. MiTRADE's sign-up form assigns Australia to Mitrade Global Pty Ltd (ASIC); the EEA apart from Belgium, plus Liechtenstein and Norway, to Mitrade EU Limited in Cyprus (CySEC); Brazil, India and the UAE to Mitrade International Ltd in Mauritius (FSC); Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam to Mitrade Holding Ltd in the Cayman Islands (CIMA); and most other countries to Mitrade Markets (Pty) Ltd in South Africa (FSCA). Mitrade Global Pty Ltd is listed on the ASIC company register under ACN 149 011 361, incorporated on 28 January 2011 and based at Level 11, 350 Collins Street, Melbourne.

MiTRADE offers trading in contracts for difference (CFDs). On its EU site, the CFD markets are forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, shares, indices and ETFs, including extended-hours trading in US shares and ETFs, and Mitrade EU Limited says its CySEC licence covers CFDs on various underlying products.

On its EU site, MiTRADE offers 24/5 customer support by live chat and by email at cs.eu@mitrade.com. Mitrade EU Limited's contact page gives its office as 79 Spyrou Kyprianou Ave., MGO Protopapas Building, 1st Floor, 3076 Limassol, Cyprus, lists business@mitrade.com for business collaboration and lists no phone number. MiTRADE's general support address is cs@mitrade.com.

Yes. MiTRADE's headline maximum leverage is 1:200, but the limit depends on the Mitrade company that holds the account and on the product. On its EU site, Mitrade EU Limited limits retail clients to between 1:30 and 1:2 depending on the underlying asset; elective professional clients are not bound by those retail limits, and no figure is published for them.

MiTRADE's headline minimum deposit is 50 USD. On its EU site, www.mitrade.eu, which serves clients in the EEA, the minimum deposit is 50 EUR and is not tied to a payment method, although each method may set its own minimum, which the site does not publish. The minimum withdrawal on the EU site is also 50 EUR.

On its EU site, MiTRADE accepts Visa and Mastercard cards, bank transfers, SEPA and SWIFT wire transfers, the Skrill and Neteller e-wallets and Pay by Bank App, and also shows Apple Pay and Google Pay among its payment methods; its help centre also lists PayID for clients in Australia. Not every method is available in every country, and payments must come from an account in the client's own name. The EU site charges no deposit or withdrawal fee, though banks and payment providers may charge their own, while Mitrade Global Pty Ltd's client agreement charges AUD 5 or USD 5 for each withdrawal beyond a monthly free allowance.

Yes, MiTRADE is regulated, but which regulator covers an account depends on the Mitrade company that holds it. On 22 October 2026, ASIC's register listed Mitrade Global Pty Ltd's Australian financial services licence 398528 as current, and CySEC's register listed Mitrade EU Limited's licence 438/23 as active. The companies that onboard most other countries are authorised by the FSCA in South Africa (FSP 54842, not on its list of approved OTC derivative providers under the Mitrade name), listed by the FSC Mauritius as an investment dealer, or named in CIMA's licensee list dated 31 October 2022. Regulation does not remove the risk: Mitrade EU Limited warns that 83% of retail investor accounts lose money trading CFDs with it, and Mitrade Holding Ltd's client agreement lets it cancel past transactions and recover profits if it suspects scalping or other prohibited trading.
