MTS Prime has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. One of them was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority — the regimes with the strictest capital, reporting and client-money rules. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.

The registers print these licences under MTS Prime Solutions Limited. Searching a register for the trading brand alone may return nothing — use the name above.

Most Popular Questions

MTS Prime Solutions Limited was incorporated on 13 September 2017, so the company is about eight years old. It has filed accounts and confirmation statements continuously since then, although it has filed micro entity accounts for the 2022, 2023 and 2024 financial years, and it received a first Gazette notice for compulsory strike off in November 2022 which was discontinued in January 2023.

MTS Prime publishes a London telephone number, +44 20 3287 9989, and the email address info@mtsprime.co.uk, together with an enquiry form on its home page. Its registered address is 2-8 Scrutton Street, London EC2A 4RT. There is no live chat, no ticket system, no help centre and no social media account linked from the site, and no business hours are published.

MTS Prime does not publish a list of accepted countries. Its Terms and Conditions state that the website is neither directed at nor intended for US investors and ask visitors to certify that they are not a US person, and add a general clause that the site is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where the firm is prohibited from making the information available. No other country is named in either direction.

There is no way to open an account through the MTS Prime website. It has no registration page, no live account application and no client login, and the paths a broker normally uses for those all return not found. The only route offered is a general enquiry form on the home page, alongside a telephone number and an email address.

MTS Prime does not publish any deposit or withdrawal method. There is no funding page, no payment methods list, no fee schedule and no stated processing time, and the site has no client portal through which a transfer could be made. Nothing on the site describes how client money would be held, segregated or returned.

MTS Prime publishes no leverage figures. No maximum leverage, margin requirement, margin call level or stop out level appears anywhere on its website, for any account or any asset class.

MTS Prime describes market access in four asset classes: precious metals, forex, energy and indices. It publishes no instrument list, no symbol counts and no contract specifications, so the exact range within those four classes is not stated anywhere on the site.

MTS Prime does not name a trading platform. Its group page describes access to real time tier one bank liquidity through a single aggregated platform and says connections via FIX API are available, along with VPS hosting and fund management and expert advisor solutions, but it never names the software itself and publishes no download link or web terminal.

The cost of trading with MTS Prime is not published. The site states no spreads, no commissions, no swap or financing charges and no account fees of any kind. Without a published schedule there is no documented basis on which a prospective client can compare it to any other firm.

MTS Prime does not publish a minimum deposit. Its website carries no account types, no pricing page and no funding page, so there is no stated figure for any account. Anyone told a minimum deposit figure by a representative should ask for it in writing and check it against a current, signed client agreement.

MTS Prime is operated by MTS Prime Solutions Limited, a private limited company registered in England. The UK register records Nuttapong Hirunyasiri, a Thai national, as the person with significant control, holding 75 per cent or more of the shares and voting rights and the right to appoint or remove directors. The two serving directors are Alan Michael Fletcher and Kite Bond Yik, both recorded as British.

There is no evidence that MTS Prime is a fraud, and the company behind it is real and verifiable. MTS Prime Solutions Limited is active on the UK register at Companies House under number 10959847, with named directors and a disclosed controlling shareholder. What it is not is a regulated broker, and it advertises an authorisation it no longer holds, so it should be treated as high risk and unverified rather than either clean or fraudulent.

Because the site has not been corrected. The footer of every page on mtsprime.co.uk, and the Terms and Conditions, still state that the firm is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under FRN 825163, and the home page links to an FCA register entry for it. That statement no longer reflects the recorded status of the permission. Open the register entry and read the status there rather than relying on the site.

MTS Prime has one licence record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. A licence on record means an authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement, and Wikilix does not issue authorisations.
MTS Prime holds licence records issued by FCA. Each authority’s own record — its tier, jurisdiction and client-protection rules — is linked from this page.
One of the licence records held by MTS Prime comes from tier-1 or tier-2 authorities (1 tier-1, 0 tier-2). Those regimes set the strictest capital, reporting and client-money requirements.
We located 1 of the 1 licence records held by MTS Prime on the issuing authority’s own register. Every entry has been looked up. An unchecked entry is a gap in our coverage, not a finding against the licence.
The registers print them under MTS Prime Solutions Limited. A licence is often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand name alone can return nothing.
MTS Prime has licence records in United Kingdom. A licence applies in the jurisdiction that issued it; it does not by itself cover clients elsewhere.
