Overview
NAMH Global is an online forex and CFD brand operated by NAMH Global Ltd, an International Business Company registered in Saint Lucia under number 2024-00372 and incorporated on 5 June 2024. The broker trades from and offers around 2,100 instruments on MetaTrader 5, split by its own count into 60 or more currency pairs, 10 or more commodities, 20 or more indices, 20 or more cryptocurrencies and 500 or more share CFDs. A separate UAE mainland company, NAMH Global Financial Consultancy L.L.C, is described on the site as a local liaison office in Dubai rather than as the contracting broker.
Regulation and licence
NAMH Global holds no financial services licence in any jurisdiction. Its own regulation page is unusually direct about this, describing the Saint Lucia number as "a company registration, not a financial licence", and its regulatory roadmap lists further frameworks only as planned for 2026 to 2027. The site also states that a UAE Securities and Commodities Authority licence application is pending; a pending application confers no supervision and no client protection today. WIKILIX verified the Saint Lucia entity on an authoritative record, but a company registration proves only that the company exists.
Safety of funds
The broker says client money is held in segregated accounts at top-tier banks, legally separated from company funds, and that negative balance protection applies. These are the broker's own undertakings. Because no regulator supervises the firm, there is no external audit of the segregation claim, no statutory client-money rules, no compensation scheme and no regulatory ombudsman. Disputes are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia and, if internal complaints fail within 30 days, go to arbitration in Saint Lucia.
Accounts
Four live tiers are published, all on MT5:
ECN - $10,000 minimum, spreads from 0.0 pips, $5 per standard lot round-turn, 1:500 leverage, free VPS and a dedicated account manager.
PRO - $5,000 minimum, spreads from 0.7 pips, no commission, 1:500 leverage.
STANDARD - $100 minimum, spreads from 1.2 pips, no commission, 1:500 leverage.
CENT - $100 minimum, spreads from 1.2 pips, no commission, balances denominated in US cents, 1:1000 leverage.
A free demo account is offered on the same platform.
Fees
Spreads are variable and streamed from an aggregated liquidity pool. The only trading commission is the ECN tier's $5 per standard lot round-turn. The client agreement also discloses a $10 monthly dormancy fee after twelve consecutive months of inactivity and a currency conversion charge of about 0.5% on cross-currency deposits. Swaps are as published in the MT5 instrument specifications; no swap-free account is advertised.
Leverage
Headline leverage is 1:500 on the ECN, Pro and Standard tiers and 1:1000 on the Cent account. The broker's own FAQ caps leverage lower by asset class: up to 1:200 on metals, 1:100 on indices and 1:50 on cryptocurrencies. Leverage at this level is well above what onshore regulators permit retail clients, and it is available here precisely because no such regulator applies.
Platforms
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform, offered as Windows and macOS desktop applications, a browser WebTrader and iOS and Android apps, with real-time synchronisation between them. Expert Advisors, the Strategy Tester, 80 or more indicators and 21 timeframes are supported, and hedging and netting modes are both available.
Funding
Eight channels are published, all with no broker-side fee: credit and debit cards ($10 to $50,000, instant in, one to three business days back to the card), bank wire ($100 to $250,000, one to three days in, one to two days out), Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum (network or gas fee only, minimums of $20, $20 and $50 equivalent, no stated maximum), and the Skrill, Neteller and Perfect Money wallets ($10 up to $10,000, $10,000 and $25,000 respectively, instant in and under 24 hours out). The broker promises same business day withdrawal processing and no minimum holding period.
Pros and cons
Pro: the site states its regulatory position honestly instead of dressing a registration up as a licence.
Pro: a clearly published fee schedule, per-channel funding limits and a $100 entry point.
Pro: the operating company and its registration number are disclosed and can be checked on an official record.
Con: no financial regulator anywhere, so no client-money rules, no compensation scheme and no supervisory recourse.
Con: the company is barely a year old and the registered office is a corporate service provider's address.
Con: the signup form accepts every country, including the ones the terms say are excluded.
Assessment
NAMH Global is a young, unlicensed offshore broker with a well-built platform offering and unusually candid disclosure about what it is. The candour does not change the substance: every protection a client would rely on here rests on the firm's own promise, enforceable only through arbitration in Saint Lucia. There is no evidence in the public record of client harm, and no evidence of supervision either. Traders who need regulatory protection for their deposits should choose a broker licensed by an onshore authority; anyone who does use NAMH Global should treat the money committed as fully at risk.

No regulation
We have not confirmed any regulation for NAMH Global. An unregulated broker is not supervised by a financial authority, and money you deposit is protected only by the company itself.
1Terms of Service, Section 12 Restricted Jurisdictions (namhglobal.com/terms, v2.4, 16 April 2026): 'NAMH does not offer services to residents or citizens of the following jurisdictions' — United States of America, India, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea (DPRK), Sudan.
2Regulation page (namhglobal.com/regulation), 'Territorial scope' block, and the About Us page both give a seven-country list that names Iran instead of India: United States, Iran, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan. Both India and Iran are therefore named as excluded by the broker's own published text, and both are recorded as confirmed; the inconsistency between the two documents is unresolved.
3Terms Section 12 adds that 'additional restrictions may apply under international sanctions regimes or local regulatory changes', so the published list is not exhaustive.
4The live signup form at member.namhglobal.com/register offers a plain 239-entry country list that includes the United States, India, Iran, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea and Sudan. Onboarding therefore does not enforce the published restrictions at the form level, and no country is explicitly whitelisted.
5Privacy Policy and Risk Warning were reviewed and carry no separate country-restriction clause.

Brokers worth comparing
3 other brokers on the record share what NAMH Global offers — its country, regulator, account types or platforms — set beside it on the same measures.
The operating company was incorporated on 5 June 2024, which an official record confirms, so at the time of this review it has roughly one year of trading history. That is short by any measure: there is no multi-year record of paying clients out through a stressed market, which is the main thing a track record is good for.
WIKILIX found no evidence that NAMH Global is a scam, and no evidence that it is supervised either. The company it names really exists and is disclosed accurately, and the site does not fake a licence, which is the single most common tell in this category. What it lacks is any external protection: an unlicensed broker means your deposit is safe only for as long as the firm chooses to honour its own promises. Our assessment is high risk and unverified rather than fraudulent, and the correct posture is caution rather than an accusation.
By email at support@namhglobal.com, by phone or WhatsApp on +1 758 461 4088, or through live chat. The broker advertises 24/7 multilingual cover across four rotating shifts, with offices in Bangkok (08:00 to 20:00 ICT), Hong Kong (09:00 to 21:00 HKT) and Dubai (09:00 to 21:00 GST). Complaints go to complaints@namhglobal.com and compliance questions to compliance@namhglobal.com.
The broker advertises more than 2,100 instruments, broken down in its own FAQ as 60 or more forex pairs, 10 or more commodities, 20 or more indices, 20 or more cryptocurrencies and 500 or more equity CFDs. All are traded as contracts for difference, so you do not own the underlying asset.
A free demo account on the same MT5 platform is offered and can be opened without a deposit. No swap-free or Islamic account is advertised anywhere on the site; swaps are charged as published in the MT5 instrument specifications.
The client agreement's restricted-jurisdictions clause names the United States, India, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea and Sudan. The regulation and about pages give a seven-country list naming Iran instead of India, so both countries appear in the broker's own published exclusions. The terms also warn that further restrictions may apply under sanctions regimes. In practice the online signup form presents a full 239-entry country list and blocks none of these at the form.
The broker says client money is held in segregated accounts at top-tier banks, separated from company funds, and that negative balance protection applies. These are its own undertakings and nothing more. There is no statutory client-money regime behind them, no investor compensation scheme, no external audit requirement and no regulatory ombudsman, because no financial authority licenses the firm.
The broker states that withdrawals are approved the same business day, with no minimum holding period. It quotes under one hour for Bitcoin, under 30 minutes for USDT, under 24 hours for e-wallets, one to two business days for bank wires and one to three business days for a refund back to a card. These are the broker's published targets. Because no regulator supervises the firm, there is no supervisory route to escalate a withdrawal that is not paid; the only recourse in the terms is internal complaints followed by arbitration in Saint Lucia.
Eight channels are published: Visa and Mastercard, bank wire over SWIFT or SEPA, Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum, and the Skrill, Neteller and Perfect Money wallets. NAMH Global states it charges no fee on any of them, though blockchain network fees and third-party wire charges still apply. Card and wallet deposits are instant, wires take one to three business days.
MetaTrader 5 only, across Windows and macOS desktop apps, a browser WebTrader and iOS and Android mobile apps, all synchronised to one account. Expert Advisors, the Strategy Tester, 80 or more indicators and 21 timeframes are supported, and both hedging and netting modes are available. MetaTrader 4 and cTrader are not offered.
Spreads are variable. The published starting points are 0.0 pips on ECN, 0.7 pips on Pro and 1.2 pips on Standard and Cent. Only the ECN account charges a trading commission, at $5 per standard lot round-turn. A $10 monthly dormancy fee applies after twelve consecutive months of inactivity, and cross-currency deposits are converted at a charge of roughly 0.5%.
Up to 1:500 on the ECN, Pro and Standard accounts and up to 1:1000 on the Cent account. The broker's FAQ caps it lower by asset class: up to 1:200 on metals, 1:100 on indices and 1:50 on cryptocurrencies. Leverage of this size is not permitted for retail clients by onshore regulators, and it is offered here because no such regulator supervises the firm.
$100 on the Standard and Cent accounts. The Pro account requires $5,000 and the ECN account $10,000. Individual funding channels carry their own per-transaction minimums, from $10 on cards and e-wallets to $100 on a bank wire.
The contracting broker is NAMH Global Ltd, an International Business Company incorporated in Saint Lucia on 5 June 2024 under registration number 2024-00372. Its registered office is care of Fortgate Offshore Investment and Legal Services Ltd in Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet. A second company, NAMH Global Financial Consultancy L.L.C in Dubai, is described in the terms as a local liaison entity only; the trading account, the client funds and the contract all sit with the Saint Lucia company. Ownership is reported at entity level as natural persons, and no individual directors are named on the site.
No. NAMH Global Ltd holds no financial services licence in any jurisdiction. The broker's own states this plainly, describing its Saint Lucia number 2024-00372 as "a company registration, not a financial licence". The site says a UAE Securities and Commodities Authority application is pending, but a pending application gives clients no protection today.
