You open an account by ticking four documents: a risk warning, a risk disclosure, a trading policy and a privacy policy. None of them says how a withdrawal works, what it costs, or when NeolinFX may close your account.
Why this matters
Your money sits with a company whose duties to you are not written down in public. If NeolinFX refuses a withdrawal or changes your balance, you have no published clause to point at.
Exhibit 1Every flagged clause gets its own number so you can point at this one. The number does not change, so a link to it keeps working.CriticalHow much this clause can cost you, in our reading. Critical can take your money or your profit. Warning can delay or limit it. Notice is simply worth knowing before you sign.Rarely seenHow ordinary this wording looks next to the contracts we read. This is our reading of the clause, not a count of other brokers.4The figure this clause puts a number on, taken from the broker's own words.
The Company executes Client instructions to buy or sell instruments according to its obligation for best execution, in line with the order execution policy and applicable Client Agreement.
Where it sits: section 34 of 70 in the Risk Acknowledgement and Disclosure, 49% of the way through. We counted the numbered sections in the Risk Acknowledgement and Disclosure. This clause sits in section 34 of 70, about 49% of the way through. A fee written on the first page and the same fee written near the end are not the same disclosure.
Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client the terms of business in writing before trading, covering costs, complaints handling and how client money is held. NeolinFX publishes no such agreement, and its own risk disclosure refers to a Client Agreement and an order execution policy that are not on its site.
NEOLINFX is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.
Our readingOur own comment on the clause, not the broker's words. Anything we quote is marked as a quotation.Brokers differ in how harsh their client agreement is. Publishing none at all leaves a client with nothing to read and nothing to enforce, and it is the document where withdrawals, fees and closure normally live.
- Worse together with Exhibit 7Read these two clauses together. Each one costs more because the other exists. No contract exists and no page states a withdrawal timeline, so neither the rule nor the remedy is written down.
