Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We reached High Risk (Unverified) for four reasons, and because the operation is too young to have a proven record.
- No oversight at all. The broker takes client deposits for live trading but holds no licence from any financial regulator. Saint Lucia does not license or supervise this kind of forex business, so no rulebook forces it to hold your money safely or to pay you out.
- Money went missing for one verified client. On an independent review platform, a trader of more than a year describes making an internal transfer, then having the account permanently blocked and profits from many months removed. The broker replied that it acted under a compliance review and its client agreement. Confiscating built-up profit through a broad contract clause is exactly the friction that leaves clients unable to get their money out.
- The age claim does not add up. The About page carries over-four-decades wording, but the company registration begins 2024 and the domain was created in 2023. The real track record is about two years.
- The public footprint is thin and negative. The only review-platform entry is a single one-star complaint, and independent review sites label the broker unregulated and high risk. No regulator has issued a warning yet, which for a broker this new means little.
- The score reflects a young, unproven profile. The evidence already points to the mid-60s in risk, and because the operation is under three years old we hold the figure at a minimum of 65 and mark our confidence as medium. This is a caution about the absence of a proven, regulated track record, not a finding that theft has been proven.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The broker takes client deposits for live trading but shows no licence from any financial regulator; it discloses only a Saint Lucia company registration (2024-00262) and a Dubai operations office.
E2The domain nolimitmarkets.com was created on 6 February 2023 (GoDaddy registrar, Cloudflare nameservers), giving the website roughly a two-and-a-half year history.
ModerateVerisign RDAP (domain record)E3Saint Lucia's public company register returns no record for the name or the number 2024-00262, consistent with an offshore International Business Company whose register is not public; the incorporation could not be independently confirmed.
E4A Trustpilot reviewer who traded for over a year reports that after an internal transfer the account was permanently blocked and profits from many months were removed; the broker replied citing a compliance review and its client agreement.
E5An independent broker-review summary rates No Limit Markets as unregulated and high risk and reports complaints about withdrawal delays and account closures.
E6The About Us page uses over-four-decades experience wording, which conflicts with a company registered in 2024 and a domain created in 2023.
E7The site names no regulator and states its service is not directed at EU, EEA, UK or US clients, while still displaying a UK (+44) phone number.
E8A genuine MetaTrader 5 server (NoLimitMarkets-Live), a client portal and Visa-card deposits indicate a real, if unregulated, trading operation rather than a pure fake platform.
ModerateNo Limit Markets websiteE9No regulator warning or alert naming the brand or the domain appears on the major warning lists; for a broker this new, absence is not clearance.
WeakRegulator warning-list checks (IOSCO, FCA, ASIC, CONSOB)
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness, several things point away from an outright scam, and we weighed them.
- It is a real trading operation. There is a genuine MetaTrader 5 server (NoLimitMarkets-Live), a working client portal and a web trader. The complaining client traded for over a year, which a pure fake platform rarely allows.
- It does not fake a licence. Unlike many scams, the site does not display a forged licence number or pretend to be a regulated brand. It openly shows a Saint Lucia registration and says it is aimed away from the EU, UK and US.
- It discloses an entity and address and answers complaints publicly, including the one against it. That is more openness than a boiler room usually offers.
- Deposits are by Visa card, not only untraceable crypto, so clients keep a card chargeback route that a pure exit scam avoids.
- No regulator or court has accused it of fraud. There is also a separate, similarly named broker called Limit Markets, and we were careful not to charge No Limit Markets with anything belonging to that different business.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Our view would move up or down on any of these.
- Worse: a regulator warning naming nolimitmarkets.com, or several more independent clients describing the same profit-removal or withdrawal-refusal pattern, would push this toward Likely Scam.
- Worse: a demand for an upfront fee, tax or deposit before releasing funds would be a decisive red flag.
- Better: a genuine licence from a real regulator, verifiable on that regulator's own register, would sharply cut the risk.
- Better: a longer, clean record with clients confirming they were paid out in full would ease the young-broker concern over time.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is No Limit Markets a scam?
We rate it high risk (65%). It is an unregulated offshore broker with a serious profit-removal complaint and only about two years of history. We cannot call it safe, and we advise strong caution before depositing.
Is No Limit Markets a fraud?
No court or regulator has found No Limit Markets guilty of fraud, so we do not state that as fact. What we can say is that it operates with no financial licence and that one client reports profits being confiscated after months of trading. We assess the risk as high.
Is No Limit Markets regulated?
No. It holds no licence from any financial regulator. It shows only a Saint Lucia company registration (2024-00262), which is a business registration and not a trading licence, plus a Dubai operations office.
Can I withdraw my money from No Limit Markets?
Some clients report problems. One trader says the account was blocked and months of profit were removed after an internal transfer. With no regulator to appeal to, recovering funds can be difficult.
Is my money safe with No Limit Markets?
Your money would sit outside any investor-protection scheme. There is no regulator, no compensation fund and no independent dispute service, so if the broker refuses to pay you have limited recourse.
Who owns No Limit Markets?
The site names the legal entity No Limit Markets Ltd. in Saint Lucia, but no directors, owners or managers are listed. Ownership is not disclosed.
How old is No Limit Markets?
The company was registered in Saint Lucia in 2024 and the website was created in 2023, so the real track record is about two years, despite over-four-decades wording on the About page.
Is No Limit Markets a clone of another broker?
We found no evidence that it impersonates a regulated firm, and it does not display another company's licence. Note there is a separate, similarly named broker called Limit Markets; do not confuse the two.
What does the Saint Lucia registration mean?
It means a company exists on paper in an offshore jurisdiction. Saint Lucia does not license or supervise retail forex brokers, so this registration gives you no financial protection.
Has a regulator issued a warning about No Limit Markets?
We found no warning naming the brand or the domain. That is common for a broker this new and should not be read as approval.
What platform and products does No Limit Markets offer?
It offers MetaTrader 5 with forex, metals, indices and crypto CFDs, leverage up to 1:300 and a 100 USD minimum deposit funded by Visa card.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Confirm a licence on the regulator's own register, read independent reviews for withdrawal complaints, and be wary of any broker that asks for extra fees to release your funds or claims decades of history it cannot prove.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
If you are considering No Limit Markets, treat it as high risk.
- Do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose. There is no regulator and no compensation scheme behind this broker.
- If you already have funds there, request a full withdrawal now and keep written records of every request and reply.
- Never pay any extra fee, tax or unlock charge to release your balance. Legitimate withdrawals do not work that way.
- If a withdrawal is blocked, contact your card issuer about a chargeback and report the matter to your local financial regulator.
- Prefer a broker licensed by a strong regulator, for example the FCA, ASIC or CySEC, that lists your account on its public register.
