The licences it claims have not been checked on any official register.
We checked OmegaPro on 2026-10-29 across its regulation, company record, client terms, trading offer and service, and could verify 58% of its record. It claims 1 licence on its site, but none has been checked on an official register yet. The score of 46 is what the checked record adds up to; nothing held it down. The rating stays provisional until a claimed licence is checked on an official register. What would move the score: licence held by the onboarding entity, verified age, transparency. No investigation has been published yet, so complaints and reputation are unknown. Its client terms have not been reviewed yet.

Overview Reports concerning Omega Pro
Omega Pro is an online trading platform affiliated with that promotes itself as offering investment opportunities in many financial services areas including but not limited to Forex, Cryptocurrency and Commodities, through the use of Automatic Trading Systems and Affiliate Marketing.
Business details about Omega Pro
Founded in 2019, Omega Pro advertised their service offerings within both Forex and Cryptocurrency trading segments along with promoting services using an MLM based compensation model. Within its first few years of operations, Omega Pro attracted a large global user base based on claims it could provide incredibly high returns on investments with minimal to no effort required by investors. Regulatory Compliance for Omega Pro
Unfortunately, one of the main reasons that Omega Pro has become widely known is that Omega Pro has not been licensed to conduct business as a financial institution by any financial regulatory authority including, but not limited to the, FCA, CySEC, ASIC or any other financial regulator that can provide these type of financial services to individual investors. Many countries have issued Public Warnings and or Blacklisted Omega Pro for conducting business unlawfully, which includes the FSMA in Belgium, AMF and ACPR in France and, CNMV in Spain.
Although Omega Pro has a business registration in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Vincent and the Grenadines do not effectively regulate or supervise financial and investment service providers, which means that even if Omega Pro's website states that an association exists with the registration, the registration does not represent a legitimate regulatory authority.
Types of Trading Services and Instruments Available
Although Omega Pro markets itself as providing access to multiple types of financial markets, including:
* Forex (foreign exchange market)
* Cryptocurrency
* Commodity and index
* Other leveraged Trading Instruments
There are no independent studies or government regulators that show any consideration of evidence to support Omega Pro being a legal brokerage with actual market access/trading execution. Omega Pro has not provided publicly verifiable sources, such as independent live Trading Platforms, independent Market Data, or substantial trade execution histories.
Types of Accounts and Trading Conditions
Historically, Omega Pro has marketed itself using several investment packages promising fixed return on an ongoing basis (for instance, between 200-300%) over set lengths of time (for example, months), rather than the traditional broker type accounts with defined spreads, levies, and margin terms. These structures indicate closer to Investment Return Schemes than to the traditional categorizations of Brokerage Accounts.
Trading Platforms and Technology
The website for Omega Pro does not provide any industry-standard Trading Platforms (like MetaTrader 4 or 5). There are no Order Execution Systems indicated in the public record. Independent reviewers have indicated that Omega Pro does not have an established transparent Trading System, nor is it supported by any third parties.
Advertisement and Independent Findings of the Primary Features of Omega Pro
* Access to Global Markets (claimed): Exposure to Forex, Cryptocurrency, Commodities and Indices.
* Automated Trading System: Any and all Automated Return Mechanisms advertised – but no proof.
* Affiliate-Based Structure: Built on a multi-level compensation and recruitment basis.
* Lack of Transparency of Trading Screens: There is nothing available publicly that provides users with live trading charts, nor interfaces used for execution.
Regulatory Disclosures and Warnings:
The regulatory status of Omega Pro is relatively unknown and unverified by the major financial regulatory authorities of different countries. Several different regulators have formally cautioned potential users of Omega Pro, based on the lack of necessary authorizations for offering investment services and/or trading services. Additionally, some regulators have expressed concerns, raised red flags regarding the potential for Omega Pro to be considered a Ponzi or Fraudulent Scheme, not a legitimate Broker.
Also, since Omega Pro does not currently have a valid/rational investment license, does not offer Investor Protection to its investors, or does not hold any segregated client funds or offer any form of compensation (in case of failure) or provide any regulated mechanism for the dispute relating to clients' investments or trading actions, The lack of regulatory support for Omega Pro is sufficient for multiple regulatory bodies and consumer reports to warn all individuals to not engage with Omega Pro, due to the risk of financial losses.
Every licence OmegaPro has in force is from an offshore regulator. Most carry no compensation scheme — each licence's record says what the issuing regulator actually requires.
