One licence is on record for Onys Kapital. One has been checked against an official register.
Back to Onys KapitalCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
Onys Kapital has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
Every licence on record for Onys Kapital, strongest authority first.
Each authority below publishes a register you can search. The name a register prints is often a separate legal entity, not the trading brand — search for the name given here.

By email at support@onyskapital.com or through the form on its contact page. The site advertises live chat and telephone assistance around the clock, but publishes no telephone number, so email and the form are the only channels a prospective client can actually reach before opening an account. The site is offered in English, Persian and Turkish.
Forex majors, minors and exotics, share CFDs, indices including the S&P 500, NASDAQ and FTSE, commodities such as gold, silver and oil, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. The broker describes these asset classes but publishes no instrument counts and no contract specifications, so the exact size of the offering cannot be stated.
Yes. The account comparison marks swap-free availability on both the Standard and the Pro account. The broker publishes no administration fee or holding-period condition for swap-free trading, so ask support for those terms in writing before relying on the feature.
There is no evidence that it is. The company exists on an official register, the licence number it quotes appears on a genuine certificate for this brand, the website functions, and the MT5 server is real. What can be said is that it is high risk and largely unverified: an offshore licence of the lowest tier, described in the broker's own words as a representative permission rather than a dealer licence, 1:1000 leverage, no published fee or withdrawal terms, and under a year of visible trading history. That is a different finding from fraud, and it should be read as one.
Very young. The site's copyright line reads 2026 and its legal documents are all dated June 2026. The Cypriot payment entity was incorporated in June 2024, and the Seychelles register confirms the trading company exists but publishes no incorporation date. On any reading this is a firm under a couple of years old, with no completed market cycle and no track record of handling client disputes.
The registration form offers a closed list of 165 countries, and that list is what actually decides onboarding. The broker states it does not serve residents of the United States, Sudan, Syria, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar or the European Union. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, South Africa, the UAE, India, Japan and most of Asia, Africa and Latin America are offered. If your country is not in the signup selector you cannot open an account, whatever the marketing pages say.
The broker states that client balances are held in segregated accounts with what it calls Tier-1 banking partners, reconciled daily. It names no bank, publishes no auditor and offers no negative balance protection guarantee or insurance. Crucially, its Seychelles licence carries no investor compensation scheme, so if the firm failed there is no statutory fund to repay clients. Treat the segregation claim as the broker's own undertaking, not as an externally guaranteed protection.
The broker does not say. No processing time is published for any funding channel and no withdrawal service standard appears anywhere on the site. Because the firm is also too new to have a public withdrawal record, there is no evidence either way. Anyone testing this broker should withdraw a small amount early, before committing a full balance.
The broker's contact page names Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. This is the weakest part of its disclosure: no fee schedule, no processing times and no minimum or maximum amounts are published for any of those channels. The homepage advertises moving funds "without transaction costs", but that is a marketing line rather than a fee table, so the actual cost and speed of a withdrawal are unknown until you try one.
Spreads are variable and quoted from 1.7 pips on Standard and from 0.8 pips on Pro. Neither account's published specification lists a commission, so the cost is presented as spread-only. Note that a from-figure is a best case, not an average: the broker publishes no typical or average spread, and no historical spread data, so real trading costs cannot be verified in advance.
MetaTrader 5, and nothing else. The broker publishes Windows, iOS and Android builds on its platform page and routes trading through its own MT5 server. There is no MT4, no cTrader and no proprietary web terminal. Account administration and funding are handled in a separate client dashboard rather than in MT5.
Up to 1:1000 on both the Standard and the Pro account. Understand what that number does: at 1:1000 a move of a tenth of a percent against a fully-sized position wipes out the margin behind it. Leverage of this size is available precisely because the broker is offshore, and no onshore regulator in the UK, EU or Australia permits anything close to it for retail clients.
1,000 USD for the Standard account and 5,000 USD for the Pro account, both quoted in US dollars on the broker's account comparison. That entry point is high by industry standards and it means a first deposit is a serious commitment rather than a trial.
The contracting company is Onys Kapital Ltd, a Seychelles company confirmed on the Seychelles Business Register under number C8427201 (the broker prints it as 8427201-1), with a registered office at IMAD Complex, 3rd floor, Office 12, Ile Du Port Mahe, Seychelles. A separate Cypriot company, FUNDEDZ LTD (HE 461416, Tefkrou 9, Larnaka), handles payment services as what the broker calls an independent representative. Neither company publishes the names of its owners or directors.
