Onys Kapital is the retail trading brand of Onys Kapital Ltd, a Seychelles company that WIKILIX confirmed on the Seychelles Business Register under registration number C8427201, the same number the broker publishes as 8427201-1. Its registered office is IMAD Complex, 3rd floor, Office 12, Ile Du Port Mahe, Seychelles. A second company, FUNDEDZ LTD of Tefkrou 9, Larnaka, Cyprus, handles payments as what the broker calls an independent representative; the Cyprus registrar shows it incorporated on 13 June 2024 under the earlier name EVA MARKETS FINTECH LTD.

Regulation. The broker's own regulation page names a single authorisation: the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, licence number SD128, under the category Securities Dealer Representative. This is an offshore, light-touch permission. It carries no investor compensation scheme, no statutory negative balance protection and no segregation guarantee a client could enforce, and the Seychelles authority sits well below onshore regulators such as the FCA or ASIC on supervisory depth. Two things a prospective client should weigh: the broker publishes no effective or expiry date for the licence and no link to the regulator's own register, and it describes itself as a representative rather than as the holder of a dealer licence, which is a materially different status from being licensed to deal on its own account. WIKILIX could not resolve that distinction against the regulator itself, so treat the licence as real but narrow and unconfirmed in scope.

What it offers. Trading is on MetaTrader 5 only, with Windows, iOS and Android builds and no MT4, cTrader or in-house web terminal. Markets advertised are forex, stocks, indices, commodities and crypto. There are two accounts: Standard, from 1.7 pips with a 1,000 USD minimum, and Pro, from 0.8 pips with a 5,000 USD minimum. Both quote USD, a 0.01 lot minimum trade size, market execution, swap-free availability and leverage of up to 1:1000. Neither account's page lists a commission.

Funding. The contact page names Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. The broker publishes no fee schedule, no processing times and no per-method minimums or maximums, so the real cost and speed of moving money cannot be established from what is disclosed.

Support. Email at support@onyskapital.com and a contact form. The site advertises live chat and phone assistance around the clock, but publishes no telephone number anywhere WIKILIX could find, so the phone channel is a claim rather than a contactable line.

Who it suits, and the caveats. A 1,000 USD entry point and 1:1000 leverage make this a high-stakes proposition, not a beginner's account. The honest caveats are the ones any offshore CFD broker carries, sharpened here by youth: the operating company was only recently registered, the site's copyright line reads 2026, and there is no track record of withdrawals, execution or dispute handling to weigh in either direction. Leverage at 1:1000 can erase a 1,000 USD balance on a small adverse move. Clients in the United States, Sudan, Syria, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar and the European Union are not accepted.
