Register says
Recorded against ORO CAPITAL GROUP LTD in the 2025 licence series. MISA's published brokerage list has not been extended past December 2024, so it could not be confirmed at the issuer.

Finding

A company and brokerage registrar on Mwali, an autonomous island of the Comoros with roughly 38,000 inhabitants. It issues paper licences for a fee. It does not supervise conduct, audit client money, impose capital requirements or operate any compensation scheme, and the Comoros central bank has publicly distanced itself from these licences. Client protection: Effectively none. No compensation scheme, no ombudsman, no capital or audit requirement, and no authority that will pursue a complaint on a client's behalf..

Verification note

Advertised on the broker's own regulation page (https://www.orocapitalgroup.com/legal) and repeated in the footer of every page and in the header of each legal document, as an International Brokerage Licence issued to ORO CAPITAL GROUP Ltd by the Mwali International Services Authority. The claim was not confirmed against the authority's own records in this check: the authority operates no public licence lookup. No effective or expiry date is published by the broker. The company's complaints policy names the same authority as the only escalation route beyond the firm, and no compensation or investor-protection scheme is named anywhere on the site.

MISA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

What this licence protects

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this licence

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

Yes, on request, on either the Standard or the VIP account. Overnight financing is removed, but a maximum swap-free period of five days applies and an administration fee may be charged. All other account conditions stay the same.

Possibly. The client agreement treats an account with no trading activity for 180 calendar days as inactive, and says a monthly inactivity fee may then be applied. The amount is not published, and the broker says it will notify clients in advance before the fee becomes payable.

The complaints policy asks you to write to support@orocapitalgroup.com, promises acknowledgement within about three business days and a final response within 40 working days. If you remain dissatisfied you may refer the matter to the Mwali International Services Authority within six months of the final response. There is no independent ombudsman and no other external route.

No compensation or investor protection scheme is named anywhere on the site. The client agreement says client money is held in trust in designated accounts, but clause 32.4 states those accounts are pooled, so a claimant has a claim only to a rateable proportion of the pool. Clause 32.3 disclaims responsibility for any shortfall caused by the failure of a third party bank or broker holding the money.

By email or the contact form on the website. The addresses published are info@orocapitalgroup.com for general enquiries, support@orocapitalgroup.com for accounts, funding and platform questions, and compliance@orocapitalgroup.com for compliance. Support is stated as 24/5. There is no telephone number and no live chat, and the Telegram and WhatsApp channels shown on the contact page are both marked as coming soon.

Its registration form offers a closed list of 241 jurisdictions. The United States, Canada, Belgium and Singapore are named on the legal page as jurisdictions the site is not intended for, and none of the four appears in that form. The United Arab Emirates is named in the same sentence but is still selectable on the form, so residents there appear able to register despite the disclaimer.

Up to 1:500 on both account types. It is applied on a tiered basis, so the leverage available falls as position size rises, and the broker says the full margin tiers are available on request rather than publishing them.

The published instrument tables list 56 forex pairs (7 majors, 21 minors and 28 exotics), four metals and two crude oil contracts. The products page also advertises indices and shares, but neither appears in the instrument tables, so those markets are not confirmed as available. There are no cryptocurrency instruments to trade, despite crypto being the funding method.

MetaTrader 5 only, on Windows, iOS and Android. One login works on desktop and mobile at the same time, and Expert Advisors are supported. There is no proprietary platform and no MetaTrader 4.

The broker states it charges no withdrawal fee, though crypto withdrawals still carry the blockchain network fee. It does not publish a withdrawal processing time, a minimum or a maximum. The client agreement provides that withdrawals are paid back to their source, so funds return by the route they arrived. Because deposits are made in cryptocurrency, there is no bank or card chargeback route if a withdrawal is refused.

Cryptocurrency is the only deposit method published. Funds go to a client wallet first and are then transferred to the trading account you want to use, normally crediting within the hour after network confirmation. The broker's own funding walkthrough says more methods are coming soon, so nothing else is available at present.

It depends on the account. The Standard account charges no commission and prices the cost into the spread, quoted as low as 1.4 pips on EURUSD. The VIP account charges 10 USD per standard lot and quotes EURUSD from 0.1 pips. Note that the broker's own instrument table gives a 1.9 pip average on EURUSD, which is wider than the Standard headline figure. Overnight financing applies to positions held at the daily close.

100 USD for the Standard account and 5,000 USD for the VIP account. All accounts are denominated in US dollars. The broker does not publish a separate per method minimum for deposits.

The operating company is ORO CAPITAL GROUP Ltd, stated to be registered in Mwali (Moheli) in the Union of the Comoros under number HT00225018. No director, shareholder or officer is named anywhere on the site, and no parent or group company is disclosed. The registered office given is the address of a company formation agent rather than premises of the broker.

Nothing found in this research shows Oro Capital Group to be a scam, and nothing confirms it is safe either. The company names itself openly, publishes a complete set of legal documents and runs a working platform. What could not be established is the part that protects a client: the licence is unverifiable, the operating company was not found in any register reached, and there is no trading history to judge. It should be treated as unverified rather than cleared.

Oro Capital Group claims regulation but it is not confirmed. The site states that ORO CAPITAL GROUP Ltd holds brokerage licence BFX2025031 from the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros. That authority runs no public licence lookup, so the licence could not be checked against its own records, and the broker publishes no certificate or verification link. It holds no licence from any authority that supervises retail forex in Europe, the Gulf, Asia or Australia.

Licence BFX2025031 was issued by Moroni International Services Authority (MISA), the financial authority for Comoros.
Oro Capital Group holds this MISA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the MISA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates MISA tier 4, the lowest band. A registration here says little on its own about client protection.
Yes, MISA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
This page links straight to the MISA register. Search it for BFX2025031, and for the name Oro Capital Group rather than the trading brand.
