Oro Capital Group Broker Overview
Oro Capital Group is the trading name of ORO CAPITAL GROUP Ltd, a company stating registration in Mwali (Moheli) in the Union of the Comoros under number HT00225018. The broker offers contracts for difference on forex, metals and energy through MetaTrader 5, with a 100 USD minimum deposit, leverage of up to 1:500 and accounts denominated in US dollars. It markets itself to traders across the Middle East and publishes its site in English, Arabic and Persian. Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only.
Oro Capital Group Regulation and License
The broker states on its legal documents page that ORO CAPITAL GROUP Ltd is regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) under brokerage licence number BFX2025031, with its registered office and agent at Moheli Corporate Services Ltd, P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros. The same wording appears in the footer of every page and in the header of each legal document. This is a claimed regulatory position: the authority operates no public licence lookup, so the licence could not be confirmed against its own records, and no effective or expiry date is published by the broker.
Is Oro Capital Group Regulated?
Oro Capital Group claims a single offshore licence and holds no confirmed regulation from any authority that supervises retail forex in the markets it sells into. MISA is an offshore authority in the Comoros, and a licence from it does not give a client in Europe, the Gulf or Asia any route to a regulator in their own country. The broker's own complaints policy names MISA as the only escalation route beyond the firm itself.
Oro Capital Group License BFX2025031
Licence BFX2025031 is presented as an International Brokerage Licence issued to ORO CAPITAL GROUP Ltd. The broker does not publish a certificate, a register entry or a verification link for it, and its scope is not described anywhere on the site. Its permitted activities should therefore be treated as unconfirmed rather than assumed.
Is Oro Capital Group Safe?
The material facts a client would use to judge safety are largely unconfirmed. The operating company could not be located in an official corporate register during this research, no founding or incorporation date is published, and the registered address is that of a company formation agent rather than an office of the broker. The client agreement does commit to holding client money in trust in designated accounts, but clause 32.4 states those are pooled accounts in which claimants have a claim only to a rateable proportion of the pool, and clause 32.3 disclaims responsibility for any shortfall caused by the failure of a third party bank or broker. No compensation or investor protection scheme is named anywhere on the site.
Oro Capital Group Account Types
Two live accounts are offered, both quoting ECN execution, a 0.01 lot minimum order, an 80 percent margin call and a 30 percent stop out.
- Standard Account: 100 USD minimum deposit, no commission, EURUSD quoted as low as 1.4 pips.
- VIP Account: 5,000 USD minimum deposit, 10 USD per standard lot commission, EURUSD from 0.1 pips, with priority support.
A swap-free (Islamic) option is available on either account on request, limited to a maximum of five days, and an administration fee may apply.
Oro Capital Group Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Spreads are variable. The headline figures on the accounts page are not the same as those in the broker's own instrument table, which quotes an average of 1.9 pips on EURUSD against the 1.4 pips advertised for the Standard account. Overnight financing applies to positions held at the daily close. An account with no trading activity for 180 calendar days is treated as inactive and a monthly inactivity fee may then be charged, though the amount is not published. The client agreement states that fees and charges are notified to clients from time to time rather than set out in a published schedule.
Oro Capital Group Leverage
Leverage is up to 1:500 on every instrument published. It is applied on a tiered basis, reducing as position size increases, and the full margin tiers are stated to be available on request rather than published.
Oro Capital Group Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform, offered on Windows, iOS and Android, with one login working on desktop and mobile at the same time. Expert Advisors are supported. The broker states that orders are filled without requotes and without dealing desk intervention.
Oro Capital Group Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding is by cryptocurrency only. The broker's own walkthrough states that more methods are coming soon. Deposits are made to a client wallet and then transferred to a trading account, usually crediting within the hour. The broker states that it charges no withdrawal fee, although crypto withdrawals carry the network fee. No per method minimum or maximum, and no deposit fee, is published. The client agreement provides that withdrawals are paid back to their source.
Oro Capital Group Support
Support is offered 24/5 by email at info@orocapitalgroup.com and support@orocapitalgroup.com, with a compliance address at compliance@orocapitalgroup.com, and through a contact form. No telephone number is published. The Telegram and WhatsApp channels shown on the contact page are both marked as coming soon, and there is no live chat.
Oro Capital Group Pros and Cons
- Full set of legal documents is published and readable, including the client agreement, order execution, AML, complaints, privacy and cookies policies.
- Low entry point at 100 USD, with a named commission model on each account tier.
- The operating company, its registration number and its regulator are all named rather than hidden.
- Regulation is claimed rather than confirmed, and the only authority named is an offshore one with no public licence lookup.
- Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only, which leaves a client without the chargeback route a card or bank transfer would give.
- Client money is held in pooled accounts, and no compensation scheme is named.
- No telephone number, no live chat and no working messaging channel.
- The instrument range is narrow at 56 forex pairs, four metals and two energy contracts, and the indices and shares advertised on the products page do not appear in the instrument tables.
Oro Capital Group Review and Assessment
Oro Capital Group presents a coherent and fully documented offering built on a single platform, but the parts a client would most want independently checked are the parts that could not be checked. The licence is claimed and unverifiable, the operating company is not confirmed in any register reached during this research, and the firm has no published trading history. The crypto-only funding route is the most consequential practical detail: money paid in cannot be reversed by a bank or card issuer, so a client is relying entirely on the firm's own willingness to pay withdrawals. Anyone considering an account should weigh that against the absence of an onshore regulator able to intervene.
