Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
Four findings drive this, and the first is the heaviest.
- A regulator has named this exact website. The Securities Commission of Malaysia lists Oroku Edge on its investor alert list, giving the reason as 'carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities'. There are two separate entries, and one of them lists orokuedgeglobal.com, orokuedge.com, orokuedgemarkets.com and cabinet-oe.com together as the same operation's sites. The cross-regulator alerts network records the same Malaysian warning under identifier 30967, published on 7 May 2024.
- A regulatory number it published does not exist. Until at least February 2024 the Oroku Edge footer read 'NFA: 0560216'. That is a United States National Futures Association member identifier. The NFA register returns no result for the number, and a search by name returns no registration either, which the register itself explains means a firm that is not and has not been registered with the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Publishing a regulatory number that belongs to nothing is not a clerical slip.
- Nothing licences the business that holds the money. The current site names only company registrations. A Saint Vincent limited liability company registration is not a brokerage permission, and the Saint Vincent authority has said repeatedly that it neither licences nor regulates forex trading or brokerage. Saint Lucia registration 2024-00238 is a company registration too. The Mwali brokerage licence BFX2024181 advertised on the earlier orokuedgemarkets.com site cannot be independently confirmed, because the Mwali registrar does not publish an openly accessible licensee list, and that registrar is in any case not a functioning financial supervisor.
- Clients report the same failure, and it is about the money. Six separate reports describe a withdrawal that stays pending with no reason, an account frozen or a login blocked while a balance sits on it, or profits cancelled after an unexplained abuse flag with the original deposit not returned. They come from Malaysia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam and Thailand, span 2023 to July 2026 and cluster between September and November 2025, and they appear on more than one platform. One names an exact deposit date of 1 September 2025. The broker does not answer them publicly.
- It is selling into the country that flagged it. Its banking page says it accepts clients from South East Asia 'except Malaysia'. Its promotions page runs a 'Merdeka 69 Lucky Draw' celebrating Malaysia's independence with a prize pool of RM 69,000, drawn live on Zoom. A Malaysian client's July 2026 complaint describes being steered in by an introducing broker. The written exclusion and the marketing cannot both be true.
Taken together that is one regulator finding of unlicensed dealing naming the site, plus a fabricated regulatory number, plus an unresolved fund access pattern, plus active solicitation of the jurisdiction that flagged it. We assess the risk of fraud as high. We stop short of calling this proven because only one regulator has acted, no court or enforcement record names the company, and the operation does run real trading servers and does pay some clients.
One limit on precision: the Saint Vincent registry has no public online search, so the age of Oroku Edge LLC rests on the registration number itself rather than a registry page, and the figures for company age are an upper bound.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The Securities Commission of Malaysia lists Oroku Edge on its investor alert list for 'carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities'. There are two entries for the brand, added in 2023, and one lists orokuedgeglobal.com, orokuedge.com, orokuedgemarkets.com and cabinet-oe.com together as the same operation's websites, which ties the alert to this exact site.
E2The cross-regulator alerts network carries the Malaysian warning as record 30967, naming Oroku Edge, published 7 May 2024, with the reason given as carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities.
E3The United States National Futures Association register returns no result for NFA identifier 0560216, and a search of the register by firm name returns no registration for Oroku. The register states that such a result means a firm that is not and has not been registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
StrongNFA BASIC registerE4An Oroku Edge website as it stood on 19 February 2024 displayed the line 'NFA: 0560216' in its footer, directly beneath the Saint Vincent company registration, while the same page said the company does not provide services to residents of the Americas.
E5The same Oroku Edge website as it stood on 22 March 2025 claimed that the Financial Services Authority registered in Mwali had issued an International Brokerage and Clearing House Licence numbered BFX2024181, with a registered address in Fomboni, Comoros. The NFA line had gone and a Malaysia exclusion had been added. That domain no longer resolves.
E6The live website's company information names only two company registrations, Oroku Edge Ltd in Saint Lucia with registration 2024-00238 and Oroku Edge LLC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with registration 1099 LLC 2021. No regulator and no licence number appears anywhere on the site, while it accepts deposits from 15 dollars with leverage advertised up to 1:3000.
E7The About page states that Oroku Edge offers a 'Regulated and licensed trading environment' and claims 100,000 or more expert traders and status as one of the largest and most reputable players in the industry, without naming any regulator or licence.
ModerateOroku Edge About pageE8The banking page states that Oroku Edge only accepts clients from South East Asia 'except Malaysia', and lists local payment agents, local currency deposits and USDT cryptocurrency as funding methods, with minimum deposit figures given inconsistently as 10 dollars and 15 dollars on the same page.
ModerateOroku Edge banking pageE9The promotions page runs a 'Merdeka 69 Lucky Draw' inviting clients to celebrate Malaysia's independence with a prize pool worth RM 69,000 and 69 winners drawn live on Zoom, alongside deposit bonuses and lot based credit rewards. This markets directly at the jurisdiction its own terms exclude and whose regulator has it on an alert list.
E10Six client reports describe the same fund integrity failure: a withdrawal left pending with no reason given, an account frozen or a login blocked while holding a balance, and profits voided after an unexplained abuse flag with the initial deposit not returned. They come from Malaysia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam and Thailand, run from August 2023 to July 2026 with a cluster between September and November 2025, and appear on more than one platform. One gives an exact deposit date of 1 September 2025. None has a public reply from the broker.
E11Trustpilot for orokuedgeglobal.com shows 9 reviews at 3.5 out of 5, split 78 percent five star and 22 percent one star with nothing in between, a pattern consistent with a managed review base on a very small sample. The one star reviews cite withdrawal delays and account lockouts, including one saying a withdrawal was still pending after more than two weeks, and the company has not responded to them.
ModerateTrustpilot, orokuedgeglobal.comE12Trustpilot for the alias domain orokuedgeinternational.com, which redirects to the main site, shows 8 reviews at 3.5 out of 5 including clients in Malaysia and Indonesia reporting fast withdrawals, one stating they had used the broker for almost three years without a failed withdrawal. The single negative review concerns a 2.50 dollar withdrawal fee and slow support rather than missing money.
E13Oroku Edge Ltd is confirmed as a real Saint Lucia company limited by shares, registration authority entity identifier 2024-00238, created on 10 April 2024, at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Gros-Islet, which matches the address published on the website. The global entity identifier record is lapsed, with renewal due on 11 June 2025, and is marked policy non-conforming.
E14Domain registration dates place the brand's start in mid 2021 and show repeated moves since: orokuedge.com 16 June 2021, orokuedgemarkets.com 10 November 2023, orokuedgeglobal.com 21 August 2024, cabinet-oe.com 25 November 2024 and oe-global.net 8 July 2026. The original brand domain orokuedge.com now carries a registrar client hold, and orokuedgemarkets.com no longer resolves.
ModerateVerisign RDAP domain recordsE15A keyword search of the cross-regulator alerts network, which aggregates warnings from more than 150 member authorities, returns exactly one result for Oroku. Only the Malaysian regulator has flagged the brand. No United Kingdom, Australian, United States, German or other authority warning appears, and we found no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming either company.

The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The fairest case for Oroku Edge, and it is not empty.
- This is a real brokerage, not a fake screen. Live MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 servers exist under the names OrokuEdge-Live and OrokuEdgeLtd-Live, registered to Oroku Edge LLC and Oroku Edge Ltd. Many pure frauds never get that far.
- The corporate identity is disclosed and partly verifiable. Oroku Edge Ltd is a genuine Saint Lucia company, registration 2024-00238, incorporated on 10 April 2024, and the address on the global entity identifier record matches the address on the website. The company does not hide behind an unnamed operator.
- The age claim is honest. 'Since 2021' checks out. The brand's original domain, orokuedge.com, was registered on 16 June 2021, so this is not a new operation pretending to have a past.
- Some clients are paid. Reviewers in Malaysia and Indonesia report fast withdrawals, and one says they used the broker for almost three years without a failed withdrawal. A broker that never paid anybody would not collect those.
- Only one regulator has acted. There is no entry naming this brand from the United Kingdom, Australian, United States, German or any other authority in the cross-regulator alerts network, and we found no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming either company.
- Offshore registration is not itself dishonest. Hundreds of real brokers operate from Saint Vincent or Saint Lucia. The problem here is not the jurisdiction, it is the absence of any licence plus a number that was invented.
Against that: a disclosed company and a working platform do not answer the alert list, and they do not answer clients whose money did not come back.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Concrete things that would move this verdict.
- The Securities Commission of Malaysia removing Oroku Edge from its investor alert list, or confirming the entry was resolved. That alone would remove the single heaviest finding.
- A current, checkable licence from a real financial regulator, published on the site with a working link to that regulator's own register, showing the licensed entity is the one that holds client money.
- The Mwali registrar publishing an accessible record showing BFX2024181 is held by Oroku Edge LLC and is in force. That would still be a weak permission, but it would be something.
- A credible explanation for the 'NFA: 0560216' line that once appeared on its footer, and evidence it was corrected rather than quietly deleted.
- A visible pattern of the fund access complaints being answered and settled, with clients confirming payment, instead of going unanswered.
- Its terms and its marketing agreeing on whether Malaysian clients are accepted.
Things that would harden the verdict further: a second regulator naming the brand or the domain, an enforcement action, or a credible, documented demand for an extra payment before a withdrawal is released.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Oroku Edge a scam?
We rate it a likely scam at 78 percent risk. It takes client deposits with no financial licence we could confirm, Malaysia's Securities Commission lists it for unlicensed capital market activity, and an earlier version of its site displayed a United States registration number that does not exist. Several clients report deposits accepted and withdrawals then left pending or refused.
Is Oroku Edge a fraud?
No regulator or court has made a finding of fraud against it, so we do not state that as fact. What is on the record is that the Securities Commission of Malaysia lists Oroku Edge for carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities. On the evidence we gathered, including a published regulatory number that does not exist and a pattern of clients not getting money back, we assess the risk of fraud as high.
Is Oroku Edge regulated?
No. We found no financial licence for it anywhere. The site shows two company registrations, 1099 LLC 2021 in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and 2024-00238 in Saint Lucia. A company registration is not permission to run a brokerage, and the Saint Vincent authority states that it does not licence or regulate forex trading or brokerage.
What about the Mwali or MISA licence number BFX2024181?
An earlier Oroku Edge site advertised a Mwali International Brokerage and Clearing House Licence numbered BFX2024181 for Oroku Edge LLC. We could not independently confirm it, because the Mwali registrar does not publish an openly accessible licensee list. Even if it is genuine, Mwali is an autonomous island registrar rather than a working financial supervisor, its licences are not recognised by major regulators, and it would give you no practical protection.
Can I withdraw my money from Oroku Edge?
Some clients say yes and report fast payouts. Others say no. Six reports from Malaysia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam and Thailand describe withdrawals left pending without explanation, accounts frozen or logins blocked while a balance was held, and profits cancelled with the original deposit not returned. If you hold a balance, request it now and keep full records.
Is my money safe with Oroku Edge?
No. The site promises fully segregated client accounts, but with no licensed entity behind the business there is no regulator checking that promise, no audit of client money and no compensation scheme. If the funds are not returned you have no financial ombudsman or investor protection fund to approach.
Who owns Oroku Edge?
Two companies are named: Oroku Edge LLC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Oroku Edge Ltd in Saint Lucia. The Saint Lucia company is real and was incorporated on 10 April 2024. No directors, owners or managers are named anywhere on the website, and the only contact channel published is an email address.
How old is Oroku Edge?
The brand has been trading since at least mid 2021. Its original domain, orokuedge.com, was registered on 16 June 2021, so the 'since 2021' claim holds. The current website dates from August 2024, the Saint Lucia company from April 2024 and the client portal domain from July 2026, so the specific company and site that handle your money today are much newer than the brand.
Why is Oroku Edge on Malaysia's investor alert list?
The Securities Commission of Malaysia lists it for 'carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities', meaning it was offering regulated investment services to Malaysians without the required licence. There are two entries for the brand, and one lists orokuedgeglobal.com, orokuedge.com, orokuedgemarkets.com and cabinet-oe.com together as the same operation.
Does Oroku Edge accept Malaysian clients?
Its banking page says it accepts clients from South East Asia except Malaysia. In practice it advertises a 'Merdeka 69 Lucky Draw' celebrating Malaysia's independence with an RM 69,000 prize pool, Malaysia is where the brand is most visible, and a Malaysian client complained in July 2026 about a frozen account. The written exclusion and the marketing do not match.
Is Oroku Edge a clone of another broker?
No. It does not copy another firm's name, licence number or branding. The companies and registration numbers it publishes are its own. The problem is that it published a United States NFA number, 0560216, which belongs to no registered firm at all, and that it holds no licence we could verify.
What should I do if I lost money with Oroku Edge?
Gather your evidence first: deposit receipts, withdrawal requests, ticket numbers, account statements and chat or email records. Contact your bank or card issuer at once, since some payments can be reversed. Report it to your national financial regulator, and in Malaysia to the Securities Commission, which already lists the brand. Never pay an upfront fee to anyone promising to recover your funds.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Find the licence number on the broker's site, then look it up on the regulator's own register rather than trusting a badge or a logo. Check that the licensed entity is the same company that will hold your money, that the licence covers trading rather than only advice, and that it has not expired. If the site only shows a company registration number, it is not regulated.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Our advice for anyone considering Oroku Edge, or already holding an account.
- Do not send new money. There is no licence behind this operation that we could confirm, so there is no regulator to complain to and no compensation scheme if the money does not come back.
- If you hold a balance, try to withdraw it now, in full, and keep every record: ticket numbers, dates, amounts, chat logs and screenshots of the withdrawal screen.
- Do not pay any further amount to release a withdrawal. No legitimate broker needs a tax, fee, insurance or verification payment before returning your own funds.
- If you are in Malaysia, report it to the Securities Commission, which already lists this brand, and tell your bank or card issuer immediately. Card and some local transfers may be reversible if you act quickly.
- Ignore anyone who contacts you offering to recover your money for an upfront fee. Victims of unlicensed brokers are routinely approached a second time by recovery scams.
- Be sceptical of the prize draws and deposit bonuses. Bonus and credit schemes commonly carry trading volume conditions that keep a balance locked.
