Verification note

Offshore Comoros authorisation held by OTG GROUP Ltd, in force from 15 July 2026 to 15 July 2027, covering forex, futures, derivatives and options trading. The authority operates no public licence lookup, maintains no compensation scheme or complaints mechanism, and does not require segregation of client money. The broker's own website publishes no regulation page and does not name this authority or licence anywhere; the identifier BFX2026049 is presented there as the company's Comoros registration number.

MISA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this licence

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

The company states it was incorporated on 15 July 2026, which is roughly two and a half months of trading history. That date could not be confirmed on any official registry.

Its legal documents are all dated January 2026, about six months before the incorporation date the company gives for itself.

There is no evidence of protection beyond the company's own marketing. The homepage displays badges for segregated funds and negative balance protection, but neither commitment appears in the client agreement, the order execution policy or any other legal document on the site.

The Comoros authority behind the licence does not require client money to be segregated and operates no compensation scheme, so there is no external backstop if the company fails.

Spreads are advertised from 0.0 pips on a variable basis, with zero commission on the Standard account and a stated no requote policy under normal market conditions.

No fee schedule is published. The client agreement names commissions on certain account types, swap and rollover charges on overnight positions, an inactivity fee on dormant accounts and a currency conversion fee, but gives no amount for any of them.

By email. The site publishes support@otggroup.net for accounts, deposits and platform questions, compliance@otggroup.net for compliance and anti-money-laundering matters, privacy@otggroup.net for data questions and legal@otggroup.net for legal ones.

Support hours are 24 hours a day, five days a week, from Monday 00:00 UTC to Friday 23:59 UTC. The contact page states that no public telephone line is published and offers a callback by email, although a Bangkok number does appear in the site footer.

Not through the website at present. The Register button, the Open Live Account buttons and the free demo link all lead to a placeholder page stating that the page is not available yet.

Because there is no registration form, the country list that would decide who is actually accepted cannot be seen either.

The site states it does not provide services in the United States, Haiti, Iran, Suriname, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Puerto Rico, the Occupied Area of Cyprus, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Sudan, Australia, the European Union member countries, the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

The clause is published in both the English and Thai editions of the site in identical terms. No list of accepted countries is published anywhere.

The site names four channels: bank wire transfer, credit and debit cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrency. It does not identify which wallet providers, card schemes, coins or networks are supported.

Deposits must come from a payment source in the client's own name, and third party deposits are not accepted. No deposit fee, minimum or maximum is published, and the deposits and withdrawals page has not been built.

The refund and return policy gives 3 to 5 business days for bank wire transfers, 5 to 10 business days for credit and debit cards depending on the issuer, and 1 to 3 business days for e-wallets and cryptocurrency. The company undertakes to process a request within two business days of receiving the documents it asks for.

Withdrawals go back to the payment method used for the original deposit, and identity verification must be complete first. No withdrawal fee, minimum or maximum is published.

MetaTrader 5 is the only platform the site presents, and one MetaTrader 5 server runs under the OTGGroup-MT5 name. The platform page and the download button both lead to an unbuilt page, so no installer can be obtained from the site.

The client agreement and the order execution policy additionally name MetaTrader 4 and an OTG Trading App, but neither is offered anywhere on the site.

The advertised maximum is 1:1000. The broker's dynamic leverage terms describe something different: a tiered schedule reaching 1:2000 on the first tier of forex majors, falling to 1:500 between 20 and 50 lots and to 1:100 above 100 lots.

The same document sets a margin call at 80 per cent and a stop out at 30 per cent, and says both levels may vary by account type. The two leverage figures are not reconciled anywhere on the site.

The site does not publish a minimum deposit. The client agreement states that minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the company's website, but the page that would carry them has not been built.

Anyone considering an account should ask support in writing for the figure and keep the reply, since it cannot currently be read before depositing.

Nothing establishes OTG GROUP as a scam, and nothing establishes it as safe either. Its trading permission is genuine and in force, the operating company is named openly, and no complaint record exists against it.

It should still be treated as unverified rather than clean. The company is roughly two and a half months old, its accounts, pricing, funding and registration pages are unbuilt, and three of its legal documents name a governing law jurisdiction that does not exist.

OTG GROUP Ltd, an International Business Company that the site states was incorporated in the Comoros on 15 July 2026 under number BFX2026049, with a registered address at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Mohéli. The site names it as the owner and operator of the website and the processor of all payments.

A second company, OTG LIMITED, at a Saint Lucia address, holds the United States money services registration. It is not mentioned anywhere on the broker's website. Neither company could be confirmed on an official registry, because the Comoros register is not publicly searchable and the Saint Lucia register requires a login.

OTG GROUP operates under one offshore authorisation and no onshore regulation. A Forex Trading License (EP) numbered BFX2026049 is recorded for OTG GROUP Ltd with the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros, running from 15 July 2026 to 15 July 2027.

That authority publishes no searchable licence register, so a client cannot confirm the entry independently. It runs no compensation scheme and no complaints mechanism, and it does not require client money to be held separately from the company's own funds. The broker's website itself publishes no regulation page and names no authority.

Licence BFX2026049 was issued by Moroni International Services Authority (MISA), the financial authority for Comoros.
OTG GROUP holds this MISA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the MISA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
The MISA register prints it under OTG GROUP Ltd, not OTG GROUP. Licences are often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand alone can return nothing.
Wikilix rates MISA tier 4, the lowest band. A registration here says little on its own about client protection.
Yes, MISA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
This page links straight to the MISA register. Search it for BFX2026049, and for the name OTG GROUP Ltd rather than the trading brand.
OTG GROUP has one other licence on record with Wikilix, across one jurisdiction. They are listed further down this page.
