What PEMAXX GLOBAL legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by PEMAXX GLOBAL itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: PeMaxx Global Limited

PeMaxx Global Limited publishes two legal documents: a website terms template and a privacy policy last updated in 2024. Neither covers deposits, withdrawals or your trading balance. The terms cap everything PeMaxx can owe you at 100 USD. At registration you tick one box for four policies, and three of those four links open the same page.

What the documents say

14 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from PEMAXX GLOBAL's own files

01

You tick one box at registration to accept four policies. Three of the four links open the same page, and PeMaxx publishes only two legal documents in total.

Why this matters

There is no KYC policy, no transaction policy and no risk warning document for you to read before you deposit. What you accept is a website terms template that never mentions trading, deposits or withdrawals.

Exhibit 1CriticalRarely seen2

Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service. This Terms and Conditions agreement has been created with the help of the Terms and Conditions Generator.

Where it sits: section 10 of 56 in the Terms and Conditions, near the start.

Our readingA client agreement is where a broker sets out what it may do with your money. PeMaxx has none. Its only contract is a website use template, and the document names the generator that produced it.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3The one document you accept at registration is also the one capping everything PeMaxx can owe you at 100 USD.
02

PeMaxx takes a card deposit from $10 and lists no card payout at all. The smallest withdrawal on its list is $50 by PayPal and $100 by bank transfer. It also tells you to withdraw to the payment details you deposited with.

Why this matters

Deposit $10 or $30 by card and no route on PeMaxx's own list pays it back to you. No published document gives you a right to a withdrawal, a deadline, or an appeal if PeMaxx says no.

What it costsDeposit $30 into a DIAMOND account and your balance is $30. The smallest withdrawal PeMaxx lists is $50 by PayPal, which is $20 more than everything you have.

TriggerWhat the broker may then doClause
PayPalThe smallest withdrawal PeMaxx lists by PayPal is $50.
Bank transferThe smallest withdrawal PeMaxx lists by bank transfer is $100.
CashThe smallest withdrawal PeMaxx lists in cash is $200.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 7PeMaxx can switch off the account holding your balance at any time, and no document sets a route or a deadline for paying out what is left.
03

The terms limit PeMaxx's entire liability to what you paid through the service, or 100 USD if you have not purchased anything. Nothing in them says whether a trading deposit counts as a purchase.

Why this matters

A mistake by PeMaxx that costs you your balance leaves you a claim the contract caps at 100 USD. Your only stated route is to raise it with PeMaxx informally. No document names a complaints deadline or an independent scheme.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual$100

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
Clause Limitation of Liability in Terms and Conditions
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Where it sits: section 29 of 56 in the Terms and Conditions, 52% of the way through.

What it costsDeposit $1,000 and the contract caps what you can recover at $100 where nothing was purchased. That is one tenth of what you paid in.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must run a written complaints procedure with set response times, and must give retail clients access to an independent ombudsman. PeMaxx asks you to settle it informally with PeMaxx.

PEMAXX GLOBAL is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

04

PeMaxx adds 50% to any deposit over 50 USD, then locks the bonus until you trade. Releasing a $100 bonus needs 50 lots traded. That rule sits in a question on the account page, not in any legal document.

Why this matters

No bonus terms document exists, so nothing holds PeMaxx to the turnover rule it published today. The same site advertises a flat $50 bonus on every deposit, which is a different offer from 50%.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usual50

However, you cannot withdraw these bonus funds right away. To cash out, trade half of that sum in lots: for example, to take a bonus of 100 USD, you need to trade at least 50 lots.
Clause FAQ: How does the PeMaxx deposit bonus work? in Account Type
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsDeposit $200 and PeMaxx adds $100, which is the 50% it advertises. To withdraw that $100 you must first trade 50 lots.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC may not offer trading bonuses or similar incentives to retail clients at all, under rules in force across the UK and the EU since 2018. PeMaxx offers one and sets the release condition on a marketing page.

PEMAXX GLOBAL is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2Bonus money released after 50 lots still has to clear a withdrawal list whose smallest payout is $50.
05

Hold a position longer than six (6) months and PeMaxx charges swap, which is interest. The rate is whatever PeMaxx calls the prevailing platform rate, and it is published nowhere.

Why this matters

You cannot work this cost out before you trade, because no fee schedule exists. PeMaxx advertises every account as swap free and halal, which is the opposite of what this clause allows.

06

PeMaxx promises to lift your account back to zero if your balance goes negative. The terms never mention that promise, and they disclaim every warranty about the service.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

With leverage up to 1:1000, where $100 controls $100,000, one fast move can take your account below zero. The promise to absorb it sits on a web page, and the only contract caps what PeMaxx can owe you at 100 USD.

Exhibit 6WarningStandard wording

Clause AS IS and AS AVAILABLE Disclaimer in Terms and Conditions

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC, and firms under ESMA's rules, must give retail CFD clients negative balance protection on a per account basis as a matter of law. PeMaxx states it on a web page and in no document.

PEMAXX GLOBAL is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Same clause as Exhibit 3The guarantee and the 100 USD cap on enforcing it rest on the same contract.

PeMaxx can switch off your access at any time, for any reason

The PeMaxx terms allow immediate suspension or termination, with no notice, no reason and no liability. PeMaxx can also replace the terms, and decides for itself what counts as a material change. Its signup form offers China, North Korea and the United States, which its own risk warning excludes.

Account control3 clauses flagged

The terms let PeMaxx suspend or end your access immediately, for any reason, with no notice and no liability. Nothing in them says what happens to the money in your account.

Why this matters

Your balance sits inside the account PeMaxx can switch off. No published document gives you a right to be paid out after that, or a time limit for it.

Why this matters

Carry on using the site after a change and you have accepted it. The one document you agreed to at registration can be swapped for a different one.

PeMaxx states it does not serve residents of China, North Korea, the United States or FATF blacklisted countries. The country list on its account opening form offers all of them, including Iran.

Why this matters

Register from an excluded country and you hold an account PeMaxx says it will not serve. That gives PeMaxx a ground to refuse your withdrawal that its own form never warned you about.

Who the contract is with

PeMaxx Global Limited

The terms name your counterparty as PeMaxx Global Limited at an office in Dubai Business Bay, and set the law of the United Arab Emirates as the governing law. The footer of every page gives a registered office in Port Louis, Mauritius. No document names a regulator, a licence number, or a bank holding client money. The risk warning on every page names a different company, Easy way global limited, as the one that is not a financial advisor.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

PeMaxx commits to at least 30 days' notice before a material change to the terms, which many offshore brokers do not. Nothing in the terms lets PeMaxx cancel your trades after the event, void your profit, or treat several accounts as one. Those clauses are common in offshore contracts and absent here. The privacy policy gives you a deletion right and charges nothing for it. Both documents are short, in plain English, and readable without an account.

Only two of the pages PeMaxx publishes are legal documents: the terms and conditions, and the privacy policy. We read both in full. The other pages quoted here are PeMaxx's own marketing and account pages, read on the site. That is where PeMaxx states its fees, its bonus rules and its payment limits. No earlier copy of the terms or the privacy policy exists, so we cannot say when the swap paragraph was added. The one earlier copy we had was of the Spreads and Conditions page, from March 2026. PeMaxx publishes in English only, so there was no second language version to hold against the contract. There is no client agreement, no payment terms document, no bonus terms and no complaints procedure to read.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the PEMAXX GLOBAL file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document PEMAXX GLOBAL publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge PEMAXX GLOBAL on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 6, 2026.
