A full Cyprus Investment Firm licence held by WGM Services Limited, permitting reception and transmission of orders, execution of orders on behalf of clients and dealing on own account, passported across the EEA. The regulator's record lists eu.ezinvest.com, www.ezinvest.com, www.phoenixmarkets.com and www.phoenixmarkets.fr as approved websites for this licence, which is what ties the licence to this exact site. The same licence was suspended from 20 November to 22 December 2014 and the firm was penalised twice in 2015. Client protection: Meaningful. MiFID II conduct rules, segregated client money, leverage limits and negative balance protection for retail clients, plus Investor Compensation Fund cover up to 20,000 euros for eligible retail clients of the Cyprus entity. This protection applies only to accounts held with WGM Services Limited, not to accounts opened through the group's non-EU site.. Effective: 14 Jun 2013.
