Finding

A South African financial service provider licence, FSP 51523, held not by WGM Services Limited but by Sanus Financial Services (Pty) Ltd, the company that runs the brand's non-EU site world.ezinvest.com. The register records the licence as authorised with the trading name FINANCIX, not EZInvest. The group publishes no verification link for it, so it has to be searched by hand on the FSCA register by FSP number. Client protection: Limited for non-South African clients. Conduct supervision under the FAIS Act, but no EU-style client money compensation scheme, no MiFID protections and no Investor Compensation Fund cover. Clients onboarded here are outside the Cyprus licence entirely.. Effective: 10 Jun 2021.
