One licence is on record for PKF Capital. One has been checked against an official register.
Back to PKF CapitalCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
PKF Capital has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
Every licence on record for PKF Capital, strongest authority first.
Each authority below publishes a register you can search. The name a register prints is often a separate legal entity, not the trading brand — search for the name given here.

Institutional investors, investment funds, listing candidates and high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals who want a Seychelles-domiciled securities dealer, custodian, fund administrator or listing sponsor. Its investment-management service is explicitly aimed at that segment. It is not built for a self-directed retail trader, and it publishes none of the comparison figures such a trader would need.
Listed and unlisted securities. The firm highlights US low-priced securities, meaning shares generally trading below five US dollars, global securities with direct market access and high-touch execution, and exchange-traded funds used as the building blocks of its managed portfolios. Its client agreement defines Securities broadly enough to include cryptocurrency and related instruments. Membership of SECDEX Exchange gives access to that Seychelles market in particular.
WIKILIX found no evidence of one. The legal entity is real, registry-confirmed, active and at the address it publishes; the directors are named with verifiable professional histories; the licences claimed are specific and numbered; and the firm is a member of an established international accounting network. What it is not is a retail forex broker, so anyone who arrived expecting leveraged currency trading is in the wrong place. The genuine limitations are offshore-only supervision, no compensation scheme, and commercial terms that are not published.
The operating company was incorporated on 20 October 2011, giving roughly fifteen years of corporate history, and its LEI record shows the entity as active. The firm's team page indicates the business previously traded as Direct Markets Africa before adopting the PKF name. WIKILIX found a third-party listing understating this history as five to ten years; the registry record and the firm's own site were treated as authoritative.
The firm publishes no restricted-countries list and no accepted-countries list anywhere on its website, and its client terms contain no eligibility clause excluding residents of any jurisdiction. Because accounts are opened by direct contact, whether a given jurisdiction is served is decided case by case during onboarding. The absence of a published block is not the same as acceptance, so prospective clients should ask directly.
The client agreement provides for a Segregated Funds Account in which client money is held, which is a meaningful protection. It is not, however, backed by an investor compensation scheme: the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles operates no client-fund insurance. In an insolvency, recovery would depend on the segregation arrangements and Seychelles law rather than on a statutory payout.
No public price list exists. The client terms refer to a Markets and Fees Schedule containing the applicable rates, fees, commissions and charges, published from time to time or available on request, and warn that a minimum fee can raise total trading costs where an order is split over a period. Investment-management fees are described as tiered according to engagement and assets invested, agreed with each client at the outset.
The firm publishes no deposit or withdrawal schedule, no payment channels and no fees or processing times for a trading account. Its client agreement provides for client money to be held in a Segregated Funds Account and sets out payment and interest terms, but the commercial detail sits in a fees schedule issued on request. A separate card payment portal exists under Corporate Services for settling service invoices, which is not a trading-account funding route.
By contacting the firm. The Trading Account page states plainly that anyone wishing to open a brokerage account for trading on SECDEX Exchange should get in touch, and provides a login link only for existing clients. There is no self-service online registration.
No MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader offering exists. The firm refers to an unnamed Electronic Trading Platform in its client agreement and describes access to global markets through a trading and investment platform with visual and one-click trading for professional clients. Existing clients reach it through a hosted login linked from the Trading Account page. The platform is not named on the website, so WIKILIX has recorded none.
None is offered or advertised. The firm's published services are securities dealing, custody and investment management. Its client agreement contains no leverage or margin provisions at all, which is consistent with a securities dealer rather than a leveraged derivatives broker.
None is published. The firm does not advertise a minimum deposit, and its client terms refer only to a Markets and Fees Schedule made available on request. Because accounts are opened by direct contact rather than through an online form, commercial minimums are quoted privately.
The operating company is PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited, a Seychelles company limited by shares, registration number C8410175, incorporated on 20 October 2011. It is a member firm of the PKF Global network, and its published directors are Carmen Turner (Managing Director), Nico Ackermann and Daniel Carter. The group also includes PKF Corporate Services Limited and PKF Business Solutions Limited.
No. Despite appearing in forex broker directories, PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited does not offer foreign exchange or CFD trading. Its own website describes a securities dealing, custody, investment management, fund administration and corporate services business, and its February 2022 client terms and conditions make no mention of foreign exchange, contracts for difference, leverage or margin at any point.
