PKF Capital is the trading name of PKF Capital Markets (Seychelles) Limited, a Seychelles company incorporated on 20 October 2011 under registration number C8410175 and based at 104, First Floor, Waterside Property, Eden Island, Mahé. The firm is a member of the PKF Global network of accounting and advisory member firms, and its team page states that the business was formerly known as Direct Markets Africa.

What it actually does. On its own Licensing and Memberships page the firm describes itself as a licensed Securities Dealer (SD001) and a licensed Seychelles Fund Administrator (FA007), both regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles, and a member of the SECDEX Exchange. It is also a registered Sponsor Advisor for companies listed or seeking listing on the MERJ and SECDEX exchanges. Two sister companies complete the group: PKF Corporate Services Limited, a licensed International Corporate Services Provider (ICS013), and PKF Business Solutions Limited, licensed as an Accountant (308275) by the Seychelles Licensing Authority.

This is not a retail forex or CFD broker. Readers who arrive looking for leveraged currency trading should know that nothing on the firm's website offers it. The published service set is securities dealing and custody, US low-priced securities, global securities execution with DMA and high-touch access, discretionary and model-portfolio investment management for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients built largely from ETFs, fund administration, corporate and IBC services, and sponsor advisory work. The firm's own client terms and conditions of February 2022, read in full, cover securities, custody, nominee services and segregated client-money accounts. They contain no reference at all to foreign exchange, contracts for difference, leverage or margin trading.

Accounts, platforms and funding. There is no self-service signup. The Trading Account page states that a brokerage account for trading on SECDEX Exchange is opened by contacting the firm, and that existing clients log in through a hosted client portal. The firm publishes no account tiers, no minimum deposit, no leverage figure, no spread or commission table and no deposit or withdrawal schedule; its terms refer instead to a Markets and Fees Schedule issued on request or published from time to time. Investment-management fees are described as tiered by engagement and assets, discussed with each client at the outset. A card payment portal exists under Corporate Services for settling service fees, which is not a trading-account funding channel.

Who it suits, and the honest caveats. The profile fits institutional investors, funds and high-net-worth individuals seeking a Seychelles-domiciled securities dealer, custodian, fund administrator or listing sponsor. It does not suit a retail trader looking for a leveraged forex account. The caveats are real and worth stating: the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles is an offshore, lower-tier supervisor with no client-money compensation scheme, so a Seychelles licence carries materially less protection than an onshore Tier 1 permission. WIKILIX could not confirm the SD001 and FA007 numbers against the regulator's own record during this review, and the Seychelles company registry search portal was unreachable, so the corporate entity was confirmed through its Legal Entity Identifier record instead. Commercial terms are quoted privately rather than published, which means a prospective client cannot compare costs before making contact.
