What Pocket Option Guides legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by Pocket Option Guides itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: Pocket Option Guides

Pocket Option Guides is not a broker: it is an unofficial Pocket Option partner site, though six of its nine languages call it independent. Its promo page says an early withdrawal can cost you the bonus and your profits. Seven codes need trading of 100 times the bonus first. In eight languages it tells you to use a VPN if Pocket Option is blocked, and its terms make the legal risk yours.

section 62 of 62is where the deepest clause sits: the very end of the document it is in

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

1 of these 2 figures comes from a clause we rate critical, which means it can take your money or your profit rather than only delay it.

What the documents say

10 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from Pocket Option Guides's own files

01

Pocket Option Guides advertises a deposit bonus on every page. The catch sits in a folded answer on its promo page: withdraw before trading the required amount and you lose the bonus and any profits.

Why this matters

Your trading profits can disappear along with the bonus. Another code on the same page says profits stay withdrawable, so you cannot tell which rule Pocket Option will apply.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual

You’ll forfeit the bonus funds and any profits if you don’t meet requirements before withdrawing.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA, and CFD providers in the EU under ESMA's measures, may not offer retail clients a bonus or other incentive to trade CFDs. This site advertises a deposit bonus on every page and says what you can lose only in a folded answer.

Pocket Option Guides is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4A trading target of 100 times the bonus keeps your profits exposed to this rule for longer.
02

If Pocket Option will not open where you live, Pocket Option Guides tells you to connect through a VPN in another country. The advice appears on its sign-up page in eight of its nine languages.

Why this matters

A block is often how a country keeps out a broker it has not authorised. The site's terms make you legally responsible for checking that binary options, the higher-or-lower trades it teaches, are allowed where you live.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen8

If the site is inaccessible to you, it may be due to limitations of your internet provider. Use a vpn with another country to visit the site.

Our readingAdvice to route around a block turns a country's barrier into a sign-up step. The same site's terms then hold you, not the site, responsible for the legality of what you signed up for.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 5The site shows you a way around a block, and its terms accept no responsibility for any loss that follows.
03

Links from Pocket Option Guides to Pocket Option are affiliate links, which credit the site when you register. The English footer calls it a partner, but in six of its nine languages that word is gone and the pages call the site independent.

Why this matters

A guide that is credited for your sign-up is not a neutral source on the bonus or the broker. The site never says whether Pocket Option pays it, how much, or whether the amount grows when you deposit more.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA, and investment firms across the EU under the rules ESMA coordinates, must tell you about any payment a third party makes them for a service before they provide it. This site sends every sign-up through a Pocket Option partner link and never says whether it is paid.

Pocket Option Guides is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 6The partner that calls itself independent is the same voice urging you to deposit more and trade more.
04

Seven bonus codes on Pocket Option Guides require you to trade 100 times the bonus before you can withdraw it. The FAQ on the same page says the range is 20 to 50 times.

Why this matters

On code TWN921 you must place trades worth 50 times your own deposit before the bonus is yours. Every one of those trades can lose, and an early withdrawal puts the bonus and your profits at risk.

Exhibit 4WarningHarder than usual100

The bonus applies to deposits of $100 or more and gives exactly 50% of the deposit amount. To be able to withdraw these bonus funds, you need to reach a turnover of $5,000 (calculated for a $100 deposit).

The site will not answer for its own numbers

Pocket Option Guides advertises 0% commission on deposits and withdrawals, then says in its terms that it cannot guarantee the accuracy of anything it publishes. The terms make you responsible for checking every claim before you deposit and exclude responsibility for any loss that follows.

No recourse1 clause flagged

Pocket Option Guides says it cannot guarantee that anything on its pages is accurate. Its terms make you check every claim before you register or deposit, and it accepts no responsibility for any loss that follows.

Why this matters

If the promise of no deposit or withdrawal fees proves wrong, this site will not answer for it. Its terms say that once you click through, you are under a separate agreement with Pocket Option that these terms do not cover.

A Pocket Option partner that presents itself as independent

Six of the nine language versions of Pocket Option Guides drop the word partner and call the site independent. The site's links to Pocket Option are affiliate links. The same site urges a larger deposit and more trading, and never says whether Pocket Option pays it.

Who pays the guide1 clause flagged

Pocket Option Guides tells you a larger deposit is worth considering, since the bonus is a share of what you pay in. Its demo guide adds that the more you trade, the more you can earn.

Why this matters

A bigger bonus means more trading before you can withdraw it, and every trade can lose. The advice comes from a Pocket Option partner, not from a neutral adviser.

Exhibit 6WarningHarder than usual

You can also adjust the expiration time (how long your prediction lasts) and the amount you’re willing to trade. Remember, the more you trade, the more you can potentially earn!

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4A bigger deposit buys a bigger bonus, and the trading target grows with it.

Unregulated, with a risk warning written for another product

Pocket Option Guides states that no financial authority regulates it, and its homepage promises payouts of up to 92% on five-second trades. The warning at the foot of every page is written for CFDs on margin, a different product. Questions about Pocket Option's own licences belong to our broker review.

Regulatory context1 clause flagged

No financial authority regulates Pocket Option Guides, and its demo guide teaches you to bet on a price ending higher or lower. The warning on every page is written for CFDs on margin, a different product traded with borrowed money.

Why this matters

The homepage tells you a correct call can pay up to 92%. No page on the site tells you what a wrong one costs, and the only warning you see describes another product.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA may not sell or market binary options to retail consumers in the UK, and regulators across the EU have banned them for retail clients since ESMA acted in 2018. Licensed CFD providers must show a standard warning giving the share of retail accounts that lose money. This site's warning names CFDs, gives no such figure, and runs on its German, Italian and Polish pages too.

Pocket Option Guides is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

The pages advise what the terms disown

Eight of the nine language versions of Pocket Option Guides tell readers who cannot reach Pocket Option to use a VPN through another country. Its English terms make those readers legally responsible for whether binary options, bets on a price ending higher or lower, are allowed where they live. The homepage also presents Pocket Option's AI feature as its own, though the terms say the site is not Pocket Option's official website.

Public claims1 clause flagged

Reading the homepage, you would think Pocket Option itself is talking, because it presents the AI trading feature as its own. The opening paragraph of the terms says the site is not Pocket Option's official website.

Why this matters

If you take the bonus and fee claims as the broker's own promises, you are trusting a third party. Pocket Option's own terms are what will apply to your money.

One visit is enough to accept the terms

A single visit to Pocket Option Guides counts as accepting its terms, which the site can change at any time without notice. Both clauses are standard for websites, and here they bind you to the liability disclaimer from the first page you read.

Terms of use1 clause flagged

Under its terms, you accept them by opening Pocket Option Guides, and the site can change them at any time without telling you. Both clauses are standard for websites.

An operator with no name, address or governing law

Neither the terms nor the privacy policy of Pocket Option Guides names a company, a country, an address or a governing law. Every pocketoptionguides.com address now opens the same pages on potradinglearn.com, under the same Pocket Option Guides copyright line.

Who runs it1 clause flagged

The terms define the Company as just our Company, and never give it a name. The privacy policy's Who We Are section offers a web address and nothing else, so you cannot tell who runs the site or where.

Why this matters

If something on these pages misleads you, there is no named business to complain to and no law that says which courts would hear it. The site has already moved: every pocketoptionguides.com address now opens on potradinglearn.com.

When you switch from demo to live trading, you can activate a special deposit bonus offer available on the funding page.
  • ADDEDClause · October 2024 to September 2026

A new code says you keep your profits on an early withdrawal, while the older FAQ answer saying you lose them stays on the same page.

You can withdraw your deposit and any profits at any time. However, if you withdraw funds before completing the turnover, the bonus will be automatically canceled and deducted from your balance.
  • ADDEDClause · October 2024 to September 2026

A new code carries the same target of 100 times the bonus that the older codes already set.

The bonus applies to deposits of $100 or more and gives exactly 50% of the deposit amount. To be able to withdraw these bonus funds, you need to reach a turnover of $5,000 (calculated for a $100 deposit).
  • REWRITTENClause · October 10, 2023 to September 24, 2026

The September 2026 update changed only the website's name, and every clause that limits your rights reads as it did in 2023.

Who the contract is with

Pocket Option Guides

Pocket Option Guides is the only name its documents give, on the copyright line and in the terms. They never say what kind of business it is or where it is based. It is not a broker and holds no client money: every button sends you to Pocket Option's own site, where you would contract with Pocket Option's operator instead. The homepage says Pocket Option is owned by Infinite Trade LLC. That claim is unverified, and Pocket Option's contract is outside this review.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

Pocket Option Guides says in the opening lines of its terms that it is not Pocket Option's official website and that no financial authority regulates it. Its promo page prints a dollar trading target for ten of its eleven codes. The rule that an early withdrawal costs you the bonus and your profits appears in all nine languages. The site takes no deposits and asks for no personal details: every payment happens on Pocket Option's own platform. Since late 2025 the English footer has also called the site unofficial.

Pocket Option Guides is a marketing site, so it publishes no client agreement. The trading contract is Pocket Option's own and is outside this review. Every pocketoptionguides.com address now opens the same page on potradinglearn.com, and every quotation here comes from those pages. This review covers the terms, the privacy policy and the home, demo, sign-up and promo code pages in English. It also covers the matching home, sign-up and promo pages in the eight other languages, for the quoted passages. The terms and privacy policy exist only in English. Only the English pages, not every translation, were searched for a statement of what a losing trade costs. We did not test any bonus code. The multiples of 50 and 100 times the bonus are our arithmetic on the deposit and trading figures the promo page prints. Earlier copies show the forfeiture rule on the promo page in October 2024, the VPN advice on the sign-up page in September 2024, and the terms unchanged since October 2023 apart from the site's name.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the Pocket Option Guides file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document Pocket Option Guides publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge Pocket Option Guides on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 23, 2026.

If you represent Pocket Option Guides and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on Pocket Option Guides. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
