Is Quantum Trade a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Updated September 23, 2026
Unlicensed offshore CFD broker, now defunct

Quantum Trade is not a broker anyone can use today. Its website no longer loads, and both companies behind it are dead on their own registers. No regulator has ever warned about this operation and we found no proven fraud, but it was never licensed to hold client money, and it told visitors otherwise.

  • The site at quantumtradepro.com serves no page at all, though the domain stays registered until August 2027.
  • The contracting company, QE Trade Limited (number 25522), is recorded as Cancelled on the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines register.
  • Its Singapore namesake, QE TRADE PTE. LTD., is struck off, and its registered activity was wholesale trade of goods, not financial services.
  • The homepage told visitors to protect their money with a regulated broker. Saint Vincent does not license forex, CFD or securities dealing at all, so that was never true.
  • We found no regulator warning naming this domain or this company, and no verified first-hand report of money being withheld.

Risk scorecard

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

9/10 · Critical

No trading licence from any financial regulator while accepting deposits at 1:500 leverage. The one authority named, the Saint Vincent FSA, does not license forex or securities dealing, and the company registration it did hold is now cancelled.

Identity & transparency

6/10 · High

The legal entity was named consistently and is verifiable on the official register under the published number, which is better than most. Against that: a registered-agent mass address, a second address belonging to a company since struck off, and no disclosure of owners or officers.

Withdrawals & conduct

3/10 · Low

No verified first-hand fund-integrity complaint located on any primary platform. Second-hand claims of withdrawal delays appear only on fund-recovery marketing pages, which we do not count. No evidence of any demand for payment to release funds.

Reputation

6/10 · High

Almost no organic footprint for a seven-year-old broker: no Trustpilot page for the domain at all, one dated positive review on an aggregator, and search results dominated by recovery-service pages rather than real client accounts.

Website claims

8/10 · Critical

The homepage told visitors to protect their money with a regulated broker, and the risk warning presented a Saint Vincent company registration as authorisation to deal in securities as a principal. Neither statement was supportable.

Operational history

4/10 · Moderate

Around seven years of genuine, verified history across the domain and two corporate registries, with no age misrepresentation. Offset by the fact that the operation has since collapsed, with both companies dead and the website serving nothing.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: Quantum Trade
  • Legal entity: QE Trade Limited, a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines business company, registration number 25522, incorporated 25 July 2019. Status on the register: Cancelled.
  • Second entity: QE TRADE PTE. LTD., Singapore, UEN 201924134N, incorporated 24 July 2019. Status: struck off. Registered activity: wholesale trade of goods.
  • Registered: Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, P.O. Box 1510, Beachmont, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, care of the registered agent Wilfred Services Ltd. A second address at 100 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 118518 appeared in the footer.
  • Website: quantumtradepro.com, with a client portal at client.quantumtradepro.com. Neither serves a page.
  • Only licence: none. The single authority the broker named was the Saint Vincent FSA, and what it held there was a company registration, not a trading licence.
  • Offered: forex, index CFDs, shares, commodities and currency index CFDs on the Match Trader platform, with leverage advertised up to 1:500 and an ECN account.
  • Not accepted: residents of the United States, Japan, Spain, South Africa, Ukraine, Brazil, Nigeria, Pakistan and around two dozen other countries.
  • Age claim: the site made no founding-year claim. The real operating history runs from July 2019, about seven years.

Cancelled on the Saint Vincent register, and a company registration rather than a trading licenceNot a forex licence
A company registration, not a financial licence. The register records number 25522 as a BC-Business Company, which is an ordinary international business company incorporated through a registered agent. Saint Vincent does not license or supervise forex, CFD or securities dealing, so no authorisation to deal in securities as a principal exists there to be granted.
Protection: None. There is no compensation scheme, no client-money segregation requirement and no regulator to complain to about trading conduct or withdrawals.Official register

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We rate this high risk rather than a proven scam. The reason is a split picture: the regulatory story is plainly false, but nobody has ever shown that client money was taken.

  • It was never regulated, and it said it was. The risk warning stated that QE Trade Limited was registered by the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to carry on the business of dealing in securities as a Principal. The FSA licenses credit unions, banks, money services, insurers, mutual funds, pension plans and virtual asset businesses. Forex, CFD and securities dealing are not on that list. What the register actually records for number 25522 is a BC-Business Company, which is an ordinary company registration that any agent can arrange.
  • The homepage went further. One of its three feature tiles read: protect your money with a regulated broker. On the evidence we gathered there was no regulator behind that sentence in any jurisdiction.
  • Both companies are now dead. The Saint Vincent register, refreshed weekly and current to 18 September 2026, shows QE Trade Limited as Cancelled. Singapore's corporate record shows QE TRADE PTE. LTD. struck off. The broker's own footer used that Singapore company's address while presenting itself as a trading firm, yet the company was registered for wholesale trade of goods.
  • The site is gone. quantumtradepro.com resolves in the domain system but returns nothing over either http or https, and the archive holds no capture of it during 2026. The most recent archived homepage is from March 2025. Anyone holding a balance there has no working way in.
  • What we did not find matters too. No warning or alert from the FCA, the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Ontario Securities Commission, the Canadian Securities Administrators or the Saint Vincent FSA names quantumtradepro.com or QE Trade Limited. There is no Trustpilot page for the domain, and we located no first-hand account of a refused withdrawal that we could stand behind.
  • A warning about the name. At least five other operations trade under a Quantum Trade banner and do carry regulator warnings: quantumtrade.io and quantumtrade.co, quantumtradinc.com, quantumcaptrade.org, x5pro and Quantum Trade Hub LTD, and an entity styled QUANTUM TRADINGS. None of them is this broker, and we have kept every one of their findings out of this assessment. If you are checking a firm that called itself Quantum Trade, check the exact web address.

The figure of 64 per cent reflects a broker that took deposits with no licence and misdescribed its status, set against the absence of any regulator action or verified client harm. The operating history itself is genuine: the domain, the Saint Vincent company and the Singapore company all date from July and August 2019, so this was a real seven-year business, not a fresh shell.

7 against1 in favour
  • E1The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines FSA entity register lists QE Trade Limited, registration number 25522, as a BC-Business Company with status Cancelled, incorporated 25 July 2019, registered agent Wilfred Services Ltd. The register holds 34,747 records and is current to 18 September 2026. The entry was read from the register's own data service.

  • E2The archived Quantum Trade homepage from March 2025 carries the risk warning stating that QE Trade Limited is incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under registered number 25522 BC 2019 and is registered by the Financial Services Authority to carry on the business of dealing in securities as a Principal. This is the broker's own regulatory claim.

  • E3The Saint Vincent regulator's published sectors cover credit unions, banking, money services businesses, insurance, mutual funds, pension plans, building societies and virtual asset businesses. Forex, CFD and securities dealing are absent, so no authorisation of the kind the broker described is available in that jurisdiction.

ModerateSt. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority
  • E4The same archived homepage promotes a feature tile reading: protect your money with a regulated broker. The operation held no licence from any financial regulator, making this a direct misstatement to prospective depositors.

  • E5The Singapore company QE TRADE PTE. LTD., UEN 201924134N, was registered on 24 July 2019 at the Pasir Panjang address shown in the broker's footer. Its status is struck off and its recorded principal activity is wholesale trade of a variety of goods, not financial services.

  • E6The domain quantumtradepro.com was registered on 20 August 2019 through WebNIC, expires on 20 August 2027 and was last changed on 21 August 2026. This corroborates a 2019 start and shows the name is still held.

  • E7The broker's website serves no page. The domain resolves in the domain system, but repeated visits to both the secure and plain addresses, and to the client portal path, return nothing. The most recent archived capture of the homepage is from March 2025.

  • E9Trustpilot holds no review page for quantumtradepro.com. For a broker trading since 2019 this is an unusually thin public footprint, and it means there is no body of client experience to weigh in either direction.

  • E10The FCA warning list names Quantum Trade Inc at quantumtradinc.com, x5pro and Quantum Trade Hub LTD, Quantum Capital Trade at quantumcaptrade.org and QUANTUM TRADINGS. Each is a separate operation at a different web address, and none of these warnings concerns quantumtradepro.com or QE Trade Limited.

ModerateFinancial Conduct Authority warning, Quantum Trade Inc
  • E11The British Columbia Securities Commission caution list entry for QuantumTrade, dated 4 March 2024, concerns quantumtrade.io. That is a different operation linked to a Dubai DMCC entity, and its findings do not attach to this broker.

ModerateBritish Columbia Securities Commission, Investment Caution List
  • E12The Ontario Securities Commission warning for QuantumTrade Corp names quantumtrading.io, quantumtrade.io and quantumtrade.co. Again a separate operation, confirming that the Quantum Trade name is shared by several unrelated firms and that warnings must be matched by web address.

  • E13A broker review profile identity-matched to quantumtradepro.com records the entity as QE Trade Limited with the Saint Vincent registration 25522BC2019, states that the Saint Vincent FSA does not regulate forex, and carries a single dated positive user review from July 2022 and no verified complaint record.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The fairest case that can be made for this broker, and the parts of it that hold up:

  • It was a real company, openly named. QE Trade Limited is findable in the official Saint Vincent register under the exact number the site published. Many bad operations never survive that check. This one does, and the incorporation date matches the domain age.
  • It never pretended to be a tier-one firm. There is no fake FCA number, no borrowed licence, no copied brand. It is not a clone of anyone. The wording it used about Saint Vincent is the same boilerplate hundreds of offshore brokers use. That is misleading, but it is an industry-wide gloss rather than an invented credential.
  • No regulator ever acted against it. Across roughly seven years of trading, no warning list we checked names this domain or this company, including the Saint Vincent regulator's own alerts page, which does publish warnings about other firms.
  • No verified victim reports. The pages that rank for this brand and call it a scam are fund-recovery marketing, which exists to sell services to people who have already lost money and is not a reliable record of anything. The one dated user review we located was positive. We are not counting that as a clean bill of health, but we are not counting the recovery pages as complaints either.
  • Closing down is not the same as stealing. A cancelled company, a struck-off affiliate and a switched-off website are equally consistent with a small unprofitable broker winding up. We have no evidence pointing to an exit with client funds, and we have not implied one.

What survives all of that is narrower but still serious: an unlicensed firm accepted deposits at 1:500 leverage while describing itself as regulated, and it is now unreachable.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Concrete things that would move this verdict in either direction:

  • Towards a scam finding: a warning or enforcement notice from any regulator naming quantumtradepro.com or QE Trade Limited specifically.
  • Towards a scam finding: three or more first-hand accounts on separate platforms describing the same failure, with amounts, dates or ticket numbers, and clustered around the period the site went dark.
  • Towards a scam finding: any credible report that clients were asked to pay a tax, fee or release charge before a withdrawal would be processed. That single pattern would change the conclusion on its own.
  • Towards a scam finding: evidence that the same operators have relaunched under a new brand using the same registered agent, support address or platform setup.
  • Towards a lower risk rating: a genuine trading licence from a real financial regulator, verifiable on that regulator's own register in the name of the entity that held client funds.
  • Towards a lower risk rating: documented evidence of an orderly wind-down in which client balances were returned, for example a notice to clients or reports of successful final withdrawals.
  • Towards a lower risk rating: the site returning under a licensed entity, with the Saint Vincent registration no longer described as regulation.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

13 questions
Is Quantum Trade a scam?

We rate it high risk rather than a confirmed scam. It accepted deposits without any trading licence and described itself as regulated when it was not, which is a serious misrepresentation. But no regulator has warned about it and we found no verified report of client money being withheld. Either way it is defunct: the website does not load and the company is cancelled.

Is Quantum Trade a fraud?

We found no evidence of fraud. No regulator has charged this company, no court record names it, and no enforcement action is on file against quantumtradepro.com or QE Trade Limited. What we did establish is that it was unlicensed and misdescribed its regulatory status. That is grounds for caution, not a finding of criminal conduct.

Is Quantum Trade regulated?

No. The only authority it named was the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and that body does not license forex, CFD or securities dealing. What the company held there was an ordinary business company registration, number 25522, which is now cancelled. There is no financial licence anywhere.

Can I still withdraw my money from Quantum Trade?

Not through the platform. The website and the client portal both fail to load, so there is no working login or withdrawal form. Your realistic options are a chargeback through your card issuer or a recall through your bank. Act quickly, because these routes have time limits.

Is my money safe with Quantum Trade?

No. There was never a regulator supervising how client funds were held, no compensation scheme and no requirement to keep client money separate from company money. The site advertised strictly segregated accounts, but no authority was checking that claim, and the company is now cancelled.

Who owns Quantum Trade?

The trading name belonged to QE Trade Limited, a Saint Vincent business company incorporated on 25 July 2019 through the registered agent Wilfred Services Ltd. Saint Vincent does not publish directors or shareholders for these companies, so the people behind it are not on public record. A related Singapore company, QE TRADE PTE. LTD., shared the name and the Pasir Panjang address.

How old is Quantum Trade?

About seven years, and the history is genuine. The Singapore company was incorporated on 24 July 2019, the Saint Vincent company on 25 July 2019, and the domain was registered on 20 August 2019. The site made no misleading founding-year claim, which is a point in its favour.

What is the Saint Vincent FSA registration actually worth?

Very little, and nothing at all as investor protection. Saint Vincent registers international business companies but does not license or supervise forex and CFD brokers. Registration confirms a company exists on paper. It does not mean anyone checked the firm's finances, its pricing or how it treated client funds.

Is Quantum Trade a clone of another broker?

No. We tested for that specifically. It did not copy another firm's name, licence number or branding, and no regulator has flagged it as a clone. The company it named is genuinely registered under the number it published.

Is this the same Quantum Trade that regulators have warned about?

No, and this matters. The FCA has warned about quantumtradinc.com, quantumcaptrade.org, x5pro and Quantum Trade Hub LTD, and QUANTUM TRADINGS. The British Columbia and Ontario regulators have warned about quantumtrade.io and quantumtrade.co. All are different operations at different web addresses. This review covers quantumtradepro.com only.

Why does quantumtradepro.com not open?

The address still exists in the domain system and remains registered until August 2027, but the server behind it returns nothing. The last archived copy of the homepage dates from March 2025. In practice the business has stopped operating, which fits the cancelled company registration.

What should I do if I lost money with Quantum Trade?

Collect every record you have, then contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback and report the loss to your national financial regulator and police fraud unit. Do not pay anyone who promises to recover your funds for an upfront fee. Several websites ranking for this brand are selling exactly that service.

What should I check before depositing with any broker?

Find the licence number, then look it up on the regulator's own register rather than trusting the broker's page. Confirm the name on the licence matches the company that will actually hold your deposit, check the licence permits dealing and not just advice, and be wary of anywhere offering leverage far above what mainstream regulators allow.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

What we suggest, depending on where you stand:

  • Do not send money. There is nothing to deposit into. The website does not load and the company behind it is cancelled on its own register.
  • If someone contacts you offering a Quantum Trade account, treat it as an impersonation attempt. This operation is not trading. Verify the exact web address before you engage with anyone using this name.
  • If you hold a balance, gather your evidence now: deposit receipts, card or bank references, wallet addresses, account statements and any correspondence. Records get harder to obtain as time passes.
  • Go through your payment provider. A card chargeback or a bank recall is the realistic route. There is no regulator in Saint Vincent that supervised this firm, so there is no complaints scheme to appeal to.
  • Report it to the financial regulator and police fraud unit in your own country, and to your bank. Reports build the record even when recovery is slow.
  • Ignore anyone promising to recover your funds for an upfront fee. Several pages ranking for this brand exist to sell exactly that. Paying them is how people lose money a second time.
  • Before any future broker, look up the licence number on the regulator's own register and check the name on the licence matches the company that will hold your deposit.
