What RADEX MARKETS legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by RADEX MARKETS itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

RADEX MARKETS advertises segregated funds that keep client money and profits available at all times. Its contract says segregation does not protect your money from loss. The Standard account page promises deposits with 0 fees, while the disclosure statement charges 3% on deposits in other currencies. The contract also lets RADEX MARKETS void winning trades, withhold your payment and keep profits you earned.

What the documents say

18 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from RADEX MARKETS's own files

01

RADEX MARKETS tells you on its About page that segregated trust accounts keep client funds and profits available at all times. Clause 7.1.b of its own contract says segregation does not protect your money from the risk of loss.

In plain words

Liquidity providers are outside banks and brokers.

Why this matters

You are sold safety the contract refuses to give you. Clause 7.1.c pools your money with other clients, and clause 7.3 says money sent to a liquidity provider is no longer held in trust for you at all.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual

Such segregation of your money does not protect your money from the risk of loss;
Clause 7.1.b in Terms and Conditions, p.10

Where it sits: section 12 of 49 in the Terms and Conditions, near the start.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must hold retail client money separately, reconcile it daily and keep it available to return. This contract states its segregation does not protect the money from loss, and that funds moved to a liquidity provider stop being held in trust.

RADEX MARKETS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 6Segregation that does not protect against loss sits beside a clause making you liable for a negative balance.
02

The Standard account page tells you to fund your account with 0 fees. The disclosure statement charges 3% on deposits made in any currency other than your account currency, on page 22 of 32.

Why this matters

You lose 3% before your first trade, and you only find the figure by opening a 32 page PDF and reaching page 22. Deposits run inside the client portal, so no public page shows the fee beside the deposit.

What it costsA $1,000 deposit in a currency other than your account currency arrives as $970. The $30 is gone before you place a trade.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before that client trades, where the client will see them. Here the charge sits in a separate document while the funding page advertises no fees.

RADEX MARKETS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4A charge you are not told about on the way in pairs with a clause letting RADEX MARKETS withhold your payment on the way out.
03

Clause 17.7 splits your trades in two. RADEX MARKETS enforces the ones where you owe it money, and can treat the ones where it owes you money as void from the outset. You then get 30 days to produce conclusive evidence you did nothing wrong.

Why this matters

Your profit can be cancelled while your losses stand. The trigger is RADEX MARKETS reasonably believing you exploited its pricing or technology, the burden falls on you, and the standard it sets is conclusive evidence.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual30 days

04

Clause 16.1 lets RADEX MARKETS withhold your payment, partly or entirely, on six grounds. One of them is its own reasonable belief that the money came from market abuse. No clause in the four documents gives RADEX MARKETS a deadline to pay you.

Why this matters

You can ask for your own positive balance and get nothing back, with no date by which an answer must come. The contract sets deadlines for you throughout, and none for RADEX MARKETS paying you.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usualNew

RADEX MARKETS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 5One clause lets RADEX MARKETS withhold the payment, another stops you withdrawing while identity checks are open.
05

You get 60 days from registration to send identity and address documents. Until that finishes, clause 5.3 lets RADEX MARKETS close your trades, reverse transactions and withhold profits you earned, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Why this matters

Profit you made with your own money can be held back over a document you did not know was outstanding. Clause 5.2 also removes your ability to withdraw during the same period, and clause 23.2 lets RADEX MARKETS close the account after day 60 without telling you first.

Exhibit 5CriticalHarder than usual60 daysNew

RADEX MARKETS can keep the losses and void the wins

Clause 17.7 lets RADEX MARKETS enforce trades where you owe it money and treat trades where it owes you money as void from the outset, leaving you 30 days to prove yourself. Its disclosure statement then contradicts itself on negative balances: one section says you remain liable, another says RADEX MARKETS absorbs them as a cost of business.

Profit at risk1 clause flagged

The margin call section says you stay liable for any negative balance that closing your trades cannot cover. Nine pages later the same document says RADEX MARKETS brings those negative balances onto its own balance sheet as a cost of business.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

You cannot tell from the document whether a gap down leaves you owing RADEX MARKETS money. One section says you owe it, the other says RADEX MARKETS absorbs it, and the contract never resolves which wins.

Firms licensed by the FCA, CySEC or operating under ESMA rules must give retail CFD clients negative balance protection, so a client cannot lose more than the account holds. This document states in one section that you remain liable for the shortfall.

RADEX MARKETS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Three things the website promises that the contract takes back

RADEX MARKETS advertises segregated funds available at all times, deposits with 0 fees and a Standard account with no commission. Its contract says segregation does not protect against loss, its disclosure statement charges 3% on deposits in other currencies, and clause 18.1.b makes commission payable on Standard accounts. The German pages carry the same promises above documents written only in English.

Promise against contract2 clauses flagged

RADEX MARKETS sells the Standard account with the words no commission charged and trade on spreads only. Clause 18.1.b of the contract makes commission payable on Standard accounts, at a rate RADEX MARKETS sets.

Why this matters

The account you picked because it charges no commission sits under a clause that charges commission. The earlier contract limited that clause to a GO Plus+ account, and the September 2025 version moved it onto the account now advertised as commission free.

A 3% deposit charge and debt interest floored at 10%

RADEX MARKETS charges 3% on deposits in any currency other than your account currency, on page 22 of a 32 page disclosure statement, while its funding page advertises 0 fees. Money you owe carries interest floored at 10% a year, compounded monthly, priced over LIBOR, a benchmark withdrawn before this contract was issued. RADEX MARKETS may also share your transaction fees with others without telling you.

Cost disclosure1 clause flagged

Money you owe RADEX MARKETS carries interest of three per cent above LIBOR, with a floor of 10% a year, compounded monthly. LIBOR stopped being published before this September 2025 contract was issued.

Why this matters

The rate you pay rests on a benchmark that no longer exists, so the 10% floor is the only figure that still works. It compounds monthly and runs daily from the due date until you pay in full.

Exhibit 8WarningRarely seen10%

Interest, in respect of any unpaid amount due under these Terms & Conditions, at a rate of three per cent per annum above LIBOR (at a minimum of 10% per annum). Buried at section 35 of 49 in the Terms and Conditions, 71% of the way through.

What it costsA $1,000 unpaid balance grows to about $1,105 after a year at the 10% floor, because the interest compounds monthly.

Our readingPricing a debt off LIBOR in a contract issued after that benchmark was withdrawn leaves the rate undefined, so the fallback floor becomes the real rate. Monthly compounding on a retail trading debt is unusual on top of that.

A $500 bonus that costs 125 lots, under terms that expired

RADEX MARKETS invites applications today for a welcome bonus of up to $500, on a page whose own terms say the campaign ended on 31 December 2025. Reaching the top tier takes 125 standard lots within 60 days, trades lasting under five minutes do not count, and RADEX MARKETS may refuse the bonus at its sole discretion without justification. None of this appears on the legal documents page.

Promotions1 clause flagged

RADEX MARKETS invites you today to apply for a welcome bonus of up to $500. The bonus terms on that same page say the campaign ran from 2 January 2025 and ended on 31 December 2025. Nothing about bonuses appears on the legal documents page.

Why this matters

You must trade 125 standard lots to reach the $500, and RADEX MARKETS still decides whether to grant it at all. Trades opened and closed within five minutes do not count, and index, CFD and oil volume does not count.

Disagree with a change and RADEX MARKETS closes the account

RADEX MARKETS can change the contract at any time by email, and your silence counts as acceptance. Objecting does not bind you to the change, but clause 25.1 suspends and then closes your account, after which clause 23.7 gives you 24 hours before every open trade is closed. It can also move money between your accounts, closing trades to do it.

Terms on their side2 clauses flagged

RADEX MARKETS can change the contract at any time by email. Staying silent counts as agreement. Clause 25.1 says that if you do object, the change will not bind you, but RADEX MARKETS suspends and then closes your account.

Why this matters

Your only choice on a change you dislike is to accept it or lose the account. Once terminated, clause 23.7 gives you 24 hours before all open trades are closed, down from five business days in the earlier contract.

Exhibit 10WarningHarder than usual

You will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the amendment/s unless you notify us of any objection. If you do object to the amendment/s, the amendment/s will not be binding on you, but your Account will be suspended and the Company will close your Account in accordance with clause 22.

Clause 8.4 lets RADEX MARKETS move money from one of your accounts to another. It can do this even when the transfer forces open trades on the first account to close.

Why this matters

A position you were managing on one account can be shut because RADEX MARKETS needed the margin elsewhere. The same clause confirms your spare margin on another account will not save you from a stop out.

Exhibit 15WarningHarder than usual

However, if you have deposited money on one account, the Company is entitled to transfer money from one account to another (inter-account transfer), even if such transfer will necessitate the closing of margin trades on the account from which the transfer takes place.

Every daily statement from RADEX MARKETS is deemed correct in all respects unless you object in writing, and the contract sets no window for checking. If you do raise a dispute, clause 22.2 lets RADEX MARKETS close the disputed trade out first and notify you afterwards.

Challenging a trade1 clause flagged

Every daily statement becomes correct in all respects unless you object in writing. The contract sets no window for checking, so a statement you never opened is treated as one you approved.

Why this matters

An error you find months later meets a document you are deemed to have accepted. If you do dispute a trade, clause 22.2 lets RADEX MARKETS close it out first and tell you afterwards.

Exhibit 11WarningHarder than usual

It is your responsibility on receipt to carefully check all transaction confirmations and statement documentation (whether received/accessed electronically or otherwise) and to bring any errors or omissions to the attention of the Company. A counterparty that changed, and courts only in the Seychelles

You contract with Radex Markets Ltd, licence SD226, but until May 2025 these same documents named GO Markets International Ltd, licence SD043, and the current disclosure statement still defines the broker as that older company. Every dispute goes to the courts of the Seychelles alone, whatever the.co.uk address suggests.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Who and where2 clauses flagged

Until May 2025 these documents named GO Markets International Ltd, licence SD043. They now name Radex Markets Ltd, licence SD226. The current disclosure statement still defines who we means as the old company and the old licence.

Why this matters

You cannot tell from the documents which company holds your money or which licence covers it. The disclosure statement also sends you to www.gomarkets.sc for the terms it incorporates, a website belonging to a different brand.

Our readingA broker replacing its contracting entity and licence number is uncommon on its own. Leaving the old company and licence inside the definitions of the document that ranks highest means two different counterparties are named in one current contract set.

RADEX MARKETS contracts under Seychelles law and sends every dispute to the courts of the Seychelles alone. The site it sells from is a.co.uk address, and it markets across Europe.

Why this matters

RADEX MARKETS sets your price and may trade against you

RADEX MARKETS acts as principal and market maker, quotes the prices you trade on, and may hold positions contrary to yours. Clause 18.7 lets it share your transaction fees with other people without disclosing it to you. Its Execution Policy names Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Citadel behind an agreement it says it will enter into.

Whose side2 clauses flagged

RADEX MARKETS sets the prices you trade on and may hold positions against yours. Clause 18.7 lets it share your transaction fees with other people without telling you, unless a law forces disclosure.

Why this matters

The firm quoting your price profits when you lose, and you cannot find out who else is paid from your trading. A mark up inside every overnight swap charge is set by RADEX MARKETS and can change.

Exhibit 13WarningHarder than usual

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC, and firms under ESMA rules, must disclose inducements and the costs a retail client bears. This contract states that fee sharing need not be disclosed to you unless the law requires it.

RADEX MARKETS is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

The Execution Policy lists Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citadel and a dozen other names as the liquidity behind your orders. It reaches them through an agreement with GO Markets Group that the policy says RADEX MARKETS will enter into.

Why this matters

The named banks sit behind an arrangement the policy itself puts in the future tense, with a group whose name no longer appears on the company you contract with. Nothing in the document confirms the agreement exists today.

Exhibit 14WarningRarely seen

The Company will enter into an agreement with GO Markets' Group (“Group”) and their counterparties which will grant the Company the same access to liquidity as the Group without the need for them to aggregate ‘in house’ and will connect directly into the Group’s aggregation engine which supports connectivity to all of the above counterparts.
Clause 6.1 in Execution Policy, p.4
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingExecution policies normally describe arrangements already in place, because best execution rests on them. Writing the core liquidity agreement as something the firm will enter into leaves the client unable to tell whether the listed counterparties are reachable at all.

One Seychelles licence and no compensation scheme

Radex Markets Ltd holds Seychelles Securities Dealer licence SD226, and the disclosure statement states plainly that you contract directly with the firm and carry its credit risk. No compensation scheme is named in any of the four documents. RADEX MARKETS also sells copy trading and two bonus promotions without publishing terms for either on its legal documents page.

What backs the account1 clause flagged

Radex Markets Ltd holds Seychelles Securities Dealer licence SD226. No compensation scheme is named anywhere in the four documents. The legal shelf also has no bonus terms and no copy trading terms, though RADEX MARKETS sells both.

Why this matters

If RADEX MARKETS fails, no scheme repays you and the disclosure statement says so: you become exposed to its credit risk. The copy trading product it runs is governed only by clauses putting every loss from trade copiers on you.

Exhibit 18NoticeStandard wording

Who the contract is with

Radex Markets Ltd

You contract with Radex Markets Ltd, company number 810629-1, licensed in the Seychelles as Securities Dealer SD226. Until at least May 2025 the same four documents named a different company: GO Markets International Ltd, company number 8425985-1, licence SD043. The current Product Disclosure Statement still defines who we means as that older company and older licence. A.co.uk web address does not put this company in the United Kingdom and does not give you a United Kingdom regulator.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

No dormancy charge and no inactivity fee appears anywhere in the four documents. Most brokers we read charge one. The complaints route puts deadlines on RADEX MARKETS rather than on you: two business days for a first answer, then 30 days from the compliance team, then the Seychelles regulator, whose postal address is printed in full. The contract admits the market maker conflict in plain words at clauses 10.6 and 10.7 instead of burying it. The stop out level is stated with a worked example. All four documents download free, without a login, and each carries a month and year on its cover.

RADEX MARKETS publishes four legal documents and we read all four end to end, along with four earlier copies of the same files. The legal documents page carries no bonus terms and no copy trading terms, though the site sells both. We read the Welcome Bonus terms on the promotion page itself, and every bonus quotation here comes from that page. For the 25% cashback promotion we read only the advertised feature list, not its full terms. Deposits are made inside the client portal behind a login, so we could not see the charges a funded client is shown at the moment of paying. We compared the English and German marketing pages. We did not check the Czech, Polish, Italian or French versions.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the RADEX MARKETS file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document RADEX MARKETS publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge RADEX MARKETS on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 19, 2026.

If you represent RADEX MARKETS and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on RADEX MARKETS. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
