RoboMarkets: BaFin licence 10154068

Yes, but as a conversion of an existing account rather than as a separate account type, and only on the group's Seychelles site. It is available on MetaTrader 4 based ProCent, Pro and Pro-Affiliate accounts.

The service replaces the swap with a fixed commission set by instrument and lot count, is requested through live support, and requires that no positions are open at the time of the conversion. It is not offered on the EU stock accounts.

It depends on the entity and on whether the request clears automatically. On the EU side the broker states that withdrawal requests are processed within one business day, and its automatic withdrawal service can complete one in about a minute, running at night, at weekends and on holidays. The Seychelles site states that applications are processed within two business days, from 9:00 to 18:00 EET.

The client agreement for the Seychelles company is less committal than those figures. It undertakes to transfer the money within two working days of approving a request, but sets no deadline for the approval itself, and manual requests are handled only during the payment department's weekday hours.

Seven, split across the two retail sites. The EU site publishes Prime Stocks, from 100 EUR as a cash or margin account at 1:2, and the Investment Savings Account (ISK) for Sweden-resident private individuals, from 100 EUR at 1:1.

The Seychelles site publishes five: Prime and ECN from 10 USD with floating spreads from 0 pips and commission charged by traded volume, Pro and ProCent from 10 USD with spreads from 1.3 pips and no commission, and R StocksTrader from 100 USD with access to more than 12,000 instruments.

No. The EU site offers stocks and ETFs only, and the forex and CFD range is not available there.

Forex and CFDs are offered through the group's Seychelles site, which serves clients outside the EEA and directs EU visitors to the German entity instead. Anyone in the EU choosing this brand specifically for forex should know that its EU entity does not offer it.

That depends on where a client lives. The brand belongs to RoboMarkets Ltd, a Cyprus company registered as HE310464 since 14 August 2012, which states that it does not provide financial services to retail clients.

EU and EEA retail clients are taken on by RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH in Frankfurt, registered as HRB 105969, which states that it does not run a trading platform of its own but provides access to liquidity providers. Swedish clients may also deal with RoboMarkets Nordic AB, registration 559212-3615, named as its tied agent. Clients outside the EEA are served by RoboMarkets Ltd (Seychelles), incorporation number 8425063-1.

Yes, and they differ by site. RoboMarkets Ltd and RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH both state that they provide financial services only to residents of EU and EEA countries.

The group's Seychelles site states that it and its affiliates do not work in the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Indonesia, Iran, Russia, Turkey, Liberia, East Timor, South Sudan, Guinea-Bissau and Micronesia, along with several dependent territories and other restricted countries.

There is no single figure, because leverage is set per account and per site. On the EU site the stock accounts are capped at 1:2 on margin and the Investment Savings Account at 1:1.

On the group's Seychelles site the caps are far higher: 1:300 on Prime and R StocksTrader, 1:500 on ECN, and up to 1:2000 on Pro and ProCent. Higher leverage increases how quickly an account balance can be lost.

The lowest published entry is 10 USD, which applies to the Prime, ECN, Pro and ProCent accounts on the group's Seychelles site. R StocksTrader there starts at 100 USD.

On the EU site the minimum is higher: both Prime Stocks and the Investment Savings Account (ISK) start at 100 EUR. The site is inconsistent on one point: the Prime account page advertises no minimum deposit, while the account comparison table on the same site states 10 USD.

Deposits carry no broker commission on any published channel, and RoboMarkets states that it covers those costs itself. On the EU fee table the four bank routes (Mano Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, Barclays Bank and PPF Banka) carry no broker fee, Zimpler costs 2.8%, and Visa or Mastercard withdrawals cost 2% plus a flat 1 EUR, USD, GBP or CHF. Every client gets two commission-free withdrawals a month.

Two qualifications matter. The broker's own payments FAQ says it charges no withdrawal commission at all, which that fee table contradicts for cards and Zimpler. The Seychelles client agreement goes further the other way: it charges the client the costs and a commission for transferring funds out, allows an extra commission where the deposit and the withdrawal use different payment systems, and converts at the company's own internal rates. None of those three charges is priced in the agreement.

It depends on the site. MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are offered on the group's Seychelles site, as a Windows terminal with iOS and Android apps, and they are the platforms the forex accounts run on. EU clients do not get MetaTrader: they connect their RoboMarkets account to TradingView and trade from its charts.

Both sites also offer R StocksTrader, the group's own multi-asset terminal, as a web platform with iOS and Android apps.

Yes. Three companies in the group hold an authorisation and each was confirmed on its regulator's own register on 14 October 2026: RoboMarkets Ltd under Cyprus Investment Firm licence 191/13 from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH under German authorisation 10154068 from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, and the separate Seychelles company RoboMarkets Ltd under Securities Dealer licence SD048.

Protection depends on which of them holds the account. A client of the Cyprus entity has client money in segregated accounts and Investor Compensation Fund cover up to 20,000 EUR per eligible client. The German permissions cover broking and advice rather than dealing on own account, and that firm states the account itself is provided by the Cyprus company. The Seychelles licence carries no compensation scheme, and the group's own risk disclosure notes that segregation may not afford complete protection.
