No compensation scheme covers you. The Seychelles regime behind licence SD173 carries no client-money insurance and no statutory investor compensation fund, so if the firm became insolvent you would be an ordinary creditor of an offshore company. The UAE Category 5 permission does not extend any protection to funds you send to the offshore trading entity either.

WIKILIX could not establish the broker's country policy. The pages that would carry it, the client agreement, a restricted-countries page, the AML policy and the signup form's own country list, are all on the domain that does not resolve, and the group's reachable corporate site publishes no restriction of any kind. We therefore make no claim either way, and specifically do not claim the broker accepts everyone. Do not assume your country is served.

Two channels are described: a bank card wire transfer and cryptocurrency through a third-party processor. No fee, limit or settlement time is published for either, and no funding or withdrawal page could be read on the broker's own site. With the main domain and the client login both unreachable, there is currently no demonstrable way to submit a withdrawal request online.

The Standard and Premium tiers are advertised as commission-free and the VIP tier at 3 USD per side. No spread figures, account currencies or minimum trade sizes are published anywhere WIKILIX could read, so the true cost of trading cannot be established. A broker that does not publish its spreads should be treated as an unknown cost.

Note that platform download links have historically pointed at pages that do not load, and with the main site offline there is currently no working download route.

Up to 1:500 on the Standard and Premium tiers, and up to 1:200 on the VIP tier. Leverage at that level is characteristic of offshore regulation; an onshore European or Australian licence would cap a retail client far lower, and high leverage magnifies losses as readily as gains.

The entry tier starts at 50 USD. The Premium tier begins at 500 USD and the VIP tier at 3,000 USD. Because the broker's own site cannot currently be read, treat these as the last published figures rather than a live price list.

The domain www.sanabilcapital.com returns a DNS failure at its own edge provider rather than a web page, on both http and https and with and without the www prefix. We tried a direct fetch and a full browser and both were refused, so this is a broken or abandoned origin rather than a temporary block. The group's UAE corporate site at sanabilcapital.ae still loads, but it carries no trading information.

WIKILIX found no evidence of theft or of a fabricated licence, so we do not label it a scam. We do rate it high risk and unverified. The licence is genuine but offshore and held under a company name that does not match the trading name; more importantly the brand's main website does not currently resolve at all, and the signup and login paths published on its reachable corporate site are dead. That combination means no one can read the contract, see the fees or demonstrate a working withdrawal route, which is reason enough not to deposit.

The trading brand is operated by Sanabil Capital Ltd, recorded on the Seychelles Business Register under number C8434986, with a published address at IMAD Complex, Office 1, 3rd floor, Ile Du Port, Seychelles. A related UAE company, SANABIL INTRODUCTION TO FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C, operates the Dubai-facing introducing business.

Partly. The trading business holds one offshore permission, Seychelles securities dealer licence SD173 from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, and that licence is in force. It is a light-touch offshore regime: there is no compensation scheme for client money and little practical recourse in a dispute. The group's UAE company separately holds Category 5 permission 20200000193 for introduction to financial services and financial consulting, which is an advisory and introducing permission and not authority to hold client money or to act as your trading counterparty.
