Sanabil Capital

Sanabil Capital is a retail forex and CFD brand operated by Sanabil Capital Ltd, a company recorded on the Seychelles Business Register under number C8434986 at IMAD Complex, Office 1, 3rd floor, Ile Du Port, Seychelles. The brand also has a United Arab Emirates arm, SANABIL INTRODUCTION TO FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C, which presents itself in Dubai as an introducer rather than a trading counterparty.

Regulation. The trading business rests on a single offshore permission: Seychelles securities dealer licence SD173, issued by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. The licence is in force, but it is a light-touch offshore regime with no client-money compensation scheme and limited practical recourse for a client in dispute. Two details deserve attention. The licence is held in the name SANABIL CAPITAL FINANCE LIMITED, which is not the name the business trades under and which WIKILIX could not find on the Seychelles Business Register. Separately, the UAE company holds Category 5 permission number 20200000193, effective 24 January 2024, for introduction to financial services and financial consulting. That is an advisory and introducing permission only. It does not authorise anyone to hold client money or to act as counterparty to a leveraged trade, and it gives a UAE client no protection over funds sent to the offshore entity.

The website. At the time of this review the brand's main domain, www.sanabilcapital.com, does not resolve: neither the front page nor any sub-page could be loaded, and the domain returns a DNS failure at its own edge provider rather than a page. The trading terms, funding pages, legal documents and client-area login that would normally be read there were therefore unavailable. The UAE corporate site at sanabilcapital.ae does load, but it is a short brochure with no trading conditions on it, and its Open Account and Login buttons point at a host that no longer serves a trading platform. A prospective client cannot currently open an account, fund one, or read the contract they would be signing.

Platforms and accounts. The brand runs MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, with one MT4 server named SanabilCapital-Server hosted in Israel, and has also published a proprietary mobile app. Three live tiers are offered: Standard from 50 USD with leverage to 1:500 and no commission, Premium from 500 USD on the same terms, and VIP from 3,000 USD with leverage capped at 1:200 and commission of 3 USD per side. Spreads, account currencies, minimum trade sizes and instrument counts are not published. Funding is described as bank card wire transfer and cryptocurrency through a third-party processor; no fee schedule, limit or settlement time is published for either.

Support. A Seychelles telephone number, +248 4325584, two Dubai numbers, an email address and a Facebook page are published, with support hours given as Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 22:00 (GMT+4). There is no live chat.

Who it suits, and the honest caveats. As matters stand, nobody. The offshore licence is real and in force, which distinguishes this brand from an outright fabrication, and the low 50 USD entry point and standard MetaTrader stack would otherwise make it an ordinary small offshore broker. But a broker whose main website has stopped resolving, whose signup and login paths are dead, whose licence is held under a company name that does not match either the trading name or the local register, and which publishes no spreads, no fee schedule and no readable client agreement, is not a broker anyone should be sending money to. Existing clients should prioritise contacting the firm and withdrawing funds, and should keep written records. Prospective clients should wait for the site, the contract and the licensed-entity naming to be put right before considering a deposit.
