What score Capital Markets legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by score Capital Markets itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: Score Capital Markets Ltd

Score Capital Markets promises no requotes, no hidden fees and safe funds on its website. Its contract says otherwise in each case. ScoreCM can reverse profits it decides came from prohibited trading. It can decline a withdrawal over your documents. A statement becomes final if you do not object within two business days. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Comoros, not by the Dominica licence in the footer.

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

3 of these 4 figures come from a clause we rate critical, which means it can take your money or your profit rather than only delay it.

What the documents say

20 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from score Capital Markets's own files

01

ScoreCM can take back profit it decides came from prohibited trading, and it does not have to warn you first. Automated systems, scalping and arbitrage all count, and ScoreCM's decision on an adjustment is final.

Why this matters

A winning month can be undone after the event, and you get no appeal. ScoreCM also keeps the right to cancel every earlier trade on your account and to close it without notice.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual

The use of algorithmic trading software, Expert Advisors (EAs), or any third-party systems designed to execute a high volume of trades within a short timeframe, engage in arbitrage, scalping, or exploit market inefficiencies, and unauthorized or unnotified copy-trading actions are strictly prohibited.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2A profit ScoreCM has decided to reverse never reaches the withdrawal queue it also controls.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 3You have two business days to object to the adjustment that removed the profit.
02

ScoreCM can decline or delay your withdrawal if it has concerns about your documents. It can also push the money back into your account if what you send does not satisfy it.

Why this matters

Your money can sit with ScoreCM while it asks for more paperwork, and the contract puts no deadline on that review. If it doubts your answers about money laundering, it can stop you withdrawing at all.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must return a retail client's money promptly on request. This contract gives no deadline for a withdrawal review and lets ScoreCM reverse a payment it has already started.

score Capital Markets is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3The delay has no time limit and the window to challenge it closes in two business days.
03

You get two business days to object in writing to a statement or a trade. After that, ScoreCM treats its own figures as final and binding on you.

Why this matters

Spot a wrong charge a week later and the contract has already closed the question. Complaints go only through a form in ScoreCM's back office, and no outside body is named in any of its documents.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual2 working days

The Company will provide monthly account statements within five business days of the month's end (unless no transactions occurred). These statements are considered final and binding unless the Client objects in writing within two business days.

score Capital Markets is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 11Miss the two days and the only forum left is a court in the Comoros.
04

Profit you make with a ScoreCM bonus cannot leave until your trading passes a behaviour test. It wants 70% of trades in each symbol netted, or volume spread across three symbols, and no trade shorter than 180 seconds.

Why this matters

Your own profit stays in the account until ScoreCM agrees your trading pattern qualifies. The bonus document never states the trading volume it requires, and taking money out shrinks the bonus in proportion.

What it costsScoreCM advertises the 100% bonus as needing 10 standard lots per $100 of bonus. A $1,000 bonus then means 100 standard lots inside 30 days. ScoreCM's own guide puts a standard lot at 100,000 units, so that is 10 million units of turnover.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 8Bonus credit and voucher credit each carry their own ceiling on what can be withdrawn.
05

Every withdrawal method on ScoreCM's own table says Fee Applies, with no percentage and no amount beside it. You will not find the figure on its Account Fees page either, and the contract lets ScoreCM change these fees whenever it likes.

Why this matters

You agree to a fee you have never seen a number for. It comes out of the money you asked to take out, and ScoreCM can raise it at its own discretion.

06

ScoreCM's trade conditions page guarantees your order is filled at the price you asked for, with no requotes. The contract gives ScoreCM the right to decline that price and offer you a different one.

Why this matters

The price you click is not the price you were promised. You can take the new one or cancel, and on a fast market the trade you wanted has already gone.

Our readingA requote right is ordinary for a market maker that quotes its own prices. Guaranteeing in public that it will never be used is not.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 1The same clause set lets ScoreCM requote you and recover profit it calls price abuse.

What ScoreCM guarantees in public, the contract takes back

ScoreCM guarantees no requotes on its trade conditions page, then keeps the right in clause 9.14 to decline your price and offer another. It tells Arabic and Bengali readers its licences ensure the safety of their funds, while the contract has them agree to pooling. Its MetaTrader 5 page sells Expert Advisors that clause 6.1 prohibits.

Language arbitrage2 clauses flagged

Three of ScoreCM's own paragraphs disagree about who carries a negative balance. One says ScoreCM absorbs it as a business cost. Another makes you responsible for it. The risk disclosure says the protection does not apply in all situations.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

You cannot tell from these documents whether a gap in the market can leave you owing ScoreCM money. The footer on every page is blunt about it: losses can exceed your deposits.

Exhibit 7CriticalHarder than usual

ScoreCM offers negative balance protection for retail clients, limiting their potential losses to their initial investment. However, this protection does not apply to all situations.

Where it sits: section 22 of 46 in the Score Capital Markets - Risk Disclosure Statement, 48% of the way through.

Set against a regulated standard: ESMA (EU), FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms following ESMA rules, including those licensed by the FCA and CySEC, must give retail CFD clients negative balance protection with no exceptions. ScoreCM promises the same protection and then writes that it does not apply in all situations.

score Capital Markets is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 9ScoreCM can cut your leverage without notice and then ask you to cover what that costs.

ScoreCM tells Arabic and Bengali readers that its licences ensure the safety of their funds. The contract has you agree that your money can go to another broker and sit pooled with other clients.

Why this matters

Pooled money is harder to trace back to you if something goes wrong. No compensation scheme is named anywhere, and the risk disclosure says only that you may be eligible for one.

Exhibit 13WarningHarder than usual

The Client consents to the Company transferring their funds to another authorized broker in the EU, where the funds will be held in a segregated Client Bank Account. The Client also consents to their funds being deposited in an omnibus account.

Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC keep retail client money segregated and belong to a named compensation scheme that pays out if the firm fails. ScoreCM names no scheme and says eligibility depends on your jurisdiction.

score Capital Markets is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 12Money described as safe is also money ScoreCM holds a lien over and can set off without notice.

Profit can be reversed after the trade is closed

ScoreCM reserves the right to reverse any profit it decides came from prohibited trading methods, and it lists automated systems, scalping and arbitrage among them. Its decisions on adjustments are final and binding on you. A voucher adds a second ceiling, because nothing above the voucher's face value can be withdrawn.

Profit clawback1 clause flagged

A ScoreCM voucher caps what you can withdraw at its face value. Double a $100 voucher by trading and only $100 can leave. ScoreCM can reset the balance to that limit when you ask to withdraw.

Why this matters

The profit is real and the trades were yours, and most of it still stays behind. ScoreCM can also reclaim the voucher and any profit made with it where it decides you acted in bad faith, and that decision cannot be appealed.

Exhibit 8CriticalHarder than usual$100New

ScoreCM can change the price, the terms and the account

ScoreCM can widen spreads, cut leverage and raise margin without notice, and the contract then asks you to compensate it for losses those changes cause. Amendments take effect if you stay silent for 15 business days. Its lien over your funds lets it set off, merge accounts and sell positions without telling you first.

Unilateral powers6 clauses flagged

ScoreCM can widen spreads, cut your leverage and raise margin requirements without telling you first. The contract then asks you to compensate ScoreCM for any losses those same changes cause.

In plain words

Indemnities are money it says you owe it.

Why this matters

Nothing in the contract caps what you could be asked to pay. If widening a spread or cutting your leverage costs ScoreCM money, this clause points that loss at you.

Exhibit 9CriticalRarely seen

Our readingAn indemnity in a retail agreement normally covers the firm against a client's breach or false information. This one covers ScoreCM against the consequences of its own pricing decisions, taken without notice.

ScoreCM holds a lien over all the money you keep with it, a legal claim it can enforce against anything you owe. It can also set off balances, merge your accounts and sell your positions without notice.

Why this matters

A balance you think is yours can be used to settle a charge you are disputing. ScoreCM can also pull money from another of your accounts to cover a negative one.

Exhibit 12WarningHarder than usual

The contract says ScoreCM can start closing your positions below 50% margin and closes them automatically at 20%. Its Market Information guide says the stop out happens at 50% or less.

Exhibit 14WarningHarder than usual20%

The Company has the right to start closing Client positions when the margin level falls below 50%. Positions will be automatically closed at market price if the margin level reaches 20% or less.

ScoreCM can change the agreement and tell you by posting it on its own website. If you do not object within 15 business days, you are treated as having consented.

In plain words

Terms you never saw can bind you because you did not visit the website in time. The contract calls itself non-negotiable and puts the duty to check for updates on you.

ScoreCM sells a swap free account, with no overnight interest charge, as suitable for Islamic requirements. The contract lets ScoreCM switch that status off if it believes you are abusing trading conditions.

Why this matters

ScoreCM can refuse to carry out your orders, or to provide its services at all, at any time and without explaining why. It also takes no responsibility for losses caused by its platform failing.

Why this matters

Comoros law governs, and only you are tied to it

Section 36 of ScoreCM's terms sends your disputes to the courts of the Union of the Comoros, while ScoreCM keeps the right to sue you anywhere. Three of its documents give three different answers on governing law. The terms say the Comoros, the referral program says Dominica, and the voucher terms say the laws applicable to the company.

Forum1 clause flagged

Your agreement with ScoreCM is governed by the laws of the Comoros, and your disputes belong in Comoros courts. ScoreCM keeps the right to sue you in any other court it finds convenient, or in arbitration.

Why this matters

Taking ScoreCM to court means doing it in the Indian Ocean, under a law you have never read. Only the English text binds you, even though ScoreCM sells in 22 languages.

ScoreCM states in its terms that it acts as market maker and as the sole execution venue for your orders. You also confirm you have read its Conflict of Interest Policy and its Client Categorization Policy. Neither document appears on its legal documents page.

Undisclosed policies1 clause flagged

ScoreCM has you confirm you read its Conflict of Interest Policy and its Client Categorization Policy. Neither is on ScoreCM's legal documents page, though the contract says the conflicts policy is there.

Why this matters

You accept terms you cannot see, including how ScoreCM handles the conflict it admits to. It states plainly that it is the market maker on the other side of your trades.

A year of silence costs $25, then the account

ScoreCM can charge $25 a year on an account with no funding or trading for twelve months. Where the balance cannot cover it, ScoreCM takes what is there and closes the account. Referral rewards go faster, at 90 days of inactivity.

In plain words

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Dormancy1 clause flagged

Leave your ScoreCM account untouched for a year and it may charge $25 a year to keep it open. If the balance cannot cover the fee, ScoreCM takes a smaller amount and closes the account.

Why this matters

A small leftover balance can be emptied by the fee and the account shut behind it. Referral rewards go sooner: 90 days of inactivity and ScoreCM can forfeit them.

Exhibit 10WarningStandard wording$25

If the Client's account has no activity (including funding or trading) for one year, the Company may charge a $25 (or equivalent currency) annual administrative fee, assuming sufficient funds are available in the account. ScoreCM keeps your file five years and names no controller

ScoreCM's privacy policy introduces the data controller entities in its group and then lists none of them. It keeps identity and trading records for at least five years after you leave, and six months for applications it rejects. Your data can go to introducing brokers, affiliates and countries with weaker protection than the Comoros.

Data handling1 clause flagged

ScoreCM's privacy policy says it applies to the data controller entities in its group, then lists none of them. The same policy shares your data with introducing brokers, affiliates and payment providers.

Why this matters

You cannot tell which company holds your identity documents or which country they sit in. The contract also lets ScoreCM send your data to countries with weaker protection than the Comoros.

The contract names the Mwali International Services Authority and Comoros law throughout. Its Market Information guide names Price Waterhouse Coopers as auditor of accounts it does not publish.

Who regulates this1 clause flagged

Every ScoreCM page says the Dominica Financial Services Unit authorises and regulates it. The contract you sign answers to the Mwali International Services Authority and to the laws of the Comoros.

Why this matters

A complaint about ScoreCM has to find the right regulator first, and its own documents point to two countries. Its money laundering policy follows Dominica law while the contract follows Comoros law.

What changed quietly

This is our first reading of Score Capital Markets, so there is nothing we published before to compare it with. We found one earlier copy of the Deposit and Withdrawal page, from April 2026. It listed every withdrawal fee as None. Today every one of them reads Fee Applies.

  • REWRITTENClause Withdrawal table, Fees column · 2026-04-14 to 2026-10-07

In April 2026 all seven withdrawal methods showed no fee, and every one of them now shows a fee with no amount against it.

    Fee Applies
  • ADDEDClause 5 · 2026-04-14 to 2026-10-07

The Voucher Terms were not on ScoreCM's legal documents list in April 2026, and they now cap what a voucher holder can withdraw at the voucher's face value.

The maximum amount a Client may withdraw at any time in connection with the Voucher — whether from the Voucher balance itself, from trading profit generated using it, or from a combination of both — shall not exceed the face value of the Voucher granted to that Client.

The documents this reading is based on

16 files, all published by score Capital Markets. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording score Capital Markets publishes.

Who the contract is with

Score Capital Markets Ltd

You contract with Score Capital Markets Ltd, registered at c/o 40 Kennedy Avenue, Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica. The same company gives a physical address in Funchal, Portugal, and a UK phone number, while telling European residents it does not serve them. Its page footer says the Dominica Financial Services Unit authorises and regulates it. Its own regulation page says Financial Master Management Ltd granted that licence as the master licence holder in Dominica. The same page names a second licence, from the Mwali International Services Authority, numbered T2023420. The contract itself answers to MISA and to the laws of the Comoros.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

ScoreCM puts all ten of its legal documents on one page as web text, so you can read them without downloading a file. The bonus terms show the deduction arithmetic in worked tables, with figures. Clause 15.4 says ScoreCM absorbs negative balances as a business cost, which most offshore contracts leave unsaid. The Market Information guide works through swap and commission costs with real numbers, and the deposit page gives a minimum and a processing time for every payment method.

We could not read the two licence certificates or the terms of the 100% deposit bonus, because all three are published as scanned images rather than as text. We read the terms and conditions in English and in Arabic, section by section, and the Arabic copy we held stopped at section 31. We read enough of the English privacy policy to confirm that the same blank list of data controllers appears in both languages. We compared the Arabic and Bengali pages against the contract, and we did not check the other 19 languages the site offers. Only two documents had an earlier copy to compare against: the Risk Disclosure and the Deposit and Withdrawal page, both from April 2026.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the score Capital Markets file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document score Capital Markets publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge score Capital Markets on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 7, 2026.

If you represent score Capital Markets and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on score Capital Markets. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
