The claim was not confirmed against the issuing authority in this check: the authority's public register could not be reached, no independent record of the number was found, and the broker publishes no verification link or certificate for it. The authority is named on the site as the Financial Services Commission of Fomboni, which is not the name the Mwali authority uses for itself. Treated as claimed and unconfirmed.
