One licence is on record for Sinarmas Futures. One has been checked against an official register.
Back to Sinarmas FuturesCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
Sinarmas Futures has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
Every licence on record for Sinarmas Futures, strongest authority first.

Answered from the register entries on this page.
Not from the website as it currently stands. The homepage describes a three-step process of registering, depositing and withdrawing, but there is no online application form and no client portal link. Account opening runs through the company's phone and email channels.
The website does not advertise one, and it publishes no account list at all. If a Sharia-compliant account matters to you, ask the company directly and get the terms in writing before opening an account.
The broker's own site points clients to the regulator's complaint channel at pengaduan.bappebti.go.id and publishes a complaint-handling procedure. Raise the matter with the company first in writing, then escalate to the regulator if it is not resolved. Having a live regulatory complaint route is a real advantage over an offshore broker.
By telephone on (021) 392 5550, or by email at cs@sinarmasfutures.co.id. The office hours published on the site are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB. There is no live chat, no support portal and no ticketing system, and support is offered in Indonesian.
The company's own site says it has held BAPPEBTI operating permission since 2006 and describes more than sixteen years of experience in the Indonesian futures market. The licence number itself carries a 2006 date, which is consistent with that claim. That is a long operating history by brokerage standards.
There is no evidence of that. The licence, the named legal entity, the Jakarta office address and the exchange-traded, clearing-house-held model are all consistent with a genuine domestically licensed brokerage, and the company publishes its own anti-impersonation notice warning clients about fake sites using its name. The honest criticism is transparency rather than legitimacy: it publishes almost none of the commercial terms a trader needs to make a decision.
In practice it is aimed at Indonesian residents. The website is published only in Indonesian, the products are listed on the Indonesian exchange, and the licence is a domestic Indonesian permission. The site does not publish a restricted-country list either way, so acceptance of a non-Indonesian client would have to be confirmed with the company directly.
The broker publishes no funding page. Payment methods, fees, limits and withdrawal processing times are all undisclosed on its website. What the site does state is that client funds are placed with the Indonesia Clearing House rather than held by the brokerage, which is the standard segregation arrangement for licensed Indonesian futures brokers and a genuine protection. Ask for the funding terms in writing before you deposit.
The site markets GOFX contracts, which are gold, forex and crude oil products listed on the Indonesian commodity and derivatives exchange, ICDX. It does not publish an instrument list, contract specifications or the number of pairs available.
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform the broker promotes. Its homepage links the Android and iOS apps and a Windows download, and describes MT5 as the route to trade its GOFX contracts directly on the ICDX exchange. No proprietary platform, web terminal or MT4 offering is advertised on the site.
The official website states no leverage figure. Our research indicates a maximum of around 1:100 on retail forex, which is consistent with the Indonesian regulatory framework, but this is not corroborated by anything the broker publishes itself. Confirm the applicable leverage in writing with the company before trading.
The broker does not publish a minimum deposit. Its website carries no account comparison, no pricing page and no client agreement, so the opening balance has to be obtained directly from the company before funding an account. Treat any minimum deposit figure you see quoted elsewhere as unconfirmed.
The brand is operated by PT Sinarmas Futures, a Jakarta-based company whose registered office the site gives as Sinar Mas Land Plaza, Menara III, 5th floor, Jalan M.H. Thamrin No. 51, Jakarta. The same company name appears on the licence record, so there is no discrepancy between the brand, the site and the licensee. Indonesia does not operate a free public company register, so the incorporation record itself could not be examined in this review.
