Is Sky Links Capital a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
None established; young offshore-licensed broker

No. We found no evidence that Sky Links Capital is a scam, and no evidence of fraud. We still publish it at 65 percent risk, because the company that actually holds client money was incorporated in June 2024 and has almost no independent track record.

  • Both licences it advertises are real. Sky Links Capital Limited appears on the Mauritius FSC public register as an Investment Dealer (Full-Service Dealer excluding Underwriting), licensed on 6 April 2024, at the same Port Louis address the website publishes.
  • The UAE side is an introducing licence only. The Capital Market Authority register shows Sky Links Capital L.L.C. holding a Category 5 Introduction permission, and the authority states on that same page that the firm is not licensed for spot forex, derivatives or order execution.
  • The broker says so itself. Its own pages repeat that the UAE entity cannot hold client funds, open trading accounts or execute trades. That is unusually accurate disclosure for an offshore group.
  • No regulator warning names this firm. The FCA notices about SKYLINK GLOBAL MARKETS and Sky Capital are different companies on different websites.
  • The record is thin rather than clean. Twelve invited Trustpilot reviews, all five star, no forum history either way, and a money-holding entity just over two years old.

Regulation

5/10 · Moderate

A genuine, unrestricted FSC Mauritius Investment Dealer licence confirmed on the regulator's own register, correctly scoped for the business, but offshore with no compensation scheme and paired with a UAE permission that authorises introducing only.

Identity & transparency

2/10 · Low

Mauritius registry number C209223 and an LEI record both match the regulator's register and the site footer on one address, three entities are disclosed with their exact roles, and leadership is named and traceable.

Withdrawals & conduct

2/10 · Low

No fund-integrity complaint found on any of five platforms; a single service-quality report of platform freezes and slow withdrawals, with several reports of money arriving quickly.

Reputation

5/10 · Moderate

A very thin footprint for a firm marketing itself globally: 12 company-invited Trustpilot reviews all at five stars, no forum presence either way, and aggregator risk labels that do not survive a check against the register.

Website claims

3/10 · Low

Licence descriptions match both registers exactly, including the Dubai introducing-only limitation that most brokers conceal, and no founding year or profit promise is claimed; the group does lean on its Dubai and DIFC presence for prestige.

Operational history

5/10 · Moderate

Computed track record of about two years and four months, since the contracting entity was incorporated in June 2024 even though the domain dates from January 2023.

  • Registered: Premier Business Center, 10th Floor, Sterling Tower, 14 Poudriere Street, Port Louis, Mauritius. The same address appears on the FSC register, on the LEI record and in the site footer.
  • Group entities: Sky Links Capital L.L.C. (Dubai, introducing only) and Sky Links Holding Ltd (a DIFC holding company announced in May 2025 that carries out no regulated activity).

  • Trading licence: FSC Mauritius, Investment Dealer (Full-Service Dealer excluding Underwriting), licence GB24202837, issued 6 April 2024.
  • Second permission: UAE Capital Market Authority (formerly SCA) Category 5 Introduction, licence 20200000235, register reference CP-0001372. This is not a trading licence.

  • Not accepted: residents of the United States and Canada, and embargoed or sanctioned countries.
  • Age claim: none. The site advertises more than 50 years of combined management experience, which is about the people and not the company.

Licences the broker publishes

Financial Services Commission (FSC), Mauritius

VerifiedTier 3Limited relevance
A genuine Investment Dealer licence, Full-Service Dealer excluding Underwriting, granted under Section 29 of the Securities Act 2005. It permits dealing in securities and derivatives, so it is the correct licence type for a broker taking client deposits. It is an offshore Global Business licence and carries no investor compensation scheme, so it does not protect your deposits if the firm fails.
Protection: Low. Real supervision and a searchable public register, but no compensation scheme and no deposit guarantee.Official register

Capital Market Authority (CMA), United Arab Emirates, formerly SCA

VerifiedTier 2Limited relevance
A genuine Category 5 Introduction licence held by Sky Links Capital L.L.C. and shown as Active on the authority's register under reference CP-0001372. The authority states on that page that the firm is not licensed for spot forex, financial derivatives or unregulated commodity contracts, and that this licence does not authorise trading, portfolio management or executing client orders. It permits introducing clients only, and the entity cannot hold client money. The broker describes it the same way.
Protection: None for your funds. An introducing permission only, so client money sits outside its scope.Official register

Dubai Economic Department (commercial trade licence)

UnverifiedNot a forex licence
A local commercial trade licence permitting the company to do business in Dubai. It is business registration, not financial regulation, and it says nothing about whether the firm may handle client money or trade on anyone's behalf. The broker lists it as a registration rather than presenting it as a licence.
Protection: None. A trade registration confers no investor protection.
Found by our investigation (1) — the broker does not list these on its own site

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (company registration)

Found by us — not listed by the broker

UnverifiedNot a forex licence
A company registration numbered 3698, reported in industry press in January 2025 as held by the group. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines does not license or supervise forex brokers, so this is incorporation paperwork and not regulation of any kind. It no longer appears anywhere on the firm's current website, which names only the Mauritius, Dubai and DIFC entities. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines publishes no public company search, so the registration itself could not be confirmed.
Protection: None. Offshore incorporation confers no investor protection.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

The 65 percent figure is a statement about how young and how lightly documented this operation is, not a finding of misconduct. On the evidence alone the score lands at 36 percent. Here is the reasoning.

  • The regulation checks out, which is the single most important test. Searching the Mauritius FSC public register for Sky Links returns exactly one entry, Sky Links Capital Limited, with licence type SEC-2.1B Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting), dated 6 April 2024, carrying no restriction annotation. The registered office on the register matches the address in the site footer character for character. The licence type is also the right one for what the firm actually does.
  • The impersonation test passes. The register names this exact entity, the address matches, and the UAE register records admin@skylinkscapital.com as the firm's contact, tying the official record directly to the website under review. This is not a clone wearing another company's credentials.
  • The UAE permission is worth far less than it sounds, and the broker admits it. The Capital Market Authority register page for this firm carries the authority's own notice that the company is not licensed to conduct brokerage in financial derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot foreign exchange, and that a Category 5 licence does not authorise trading, portfolio management or executing client orders. Many offshore brokers bury that. This one prints the same limitation on its own About page and on its UAE site.
  • The track record is the real problem. The main domain was registered on 1 January 2023, which looks like nearly four years of history. The company behind it is not that old. The LEI record, validated against Mauritius registry number C209223, gives an incorporation date of 3 June 2024, and the FSC licence dates from April 2024. An operation is only as old as the younger of those two legs, so the track record here is about two years and four months.
  • Because that is under three years, a risk floor applies. A young broker with no adverse findings is precisely the case where an absence of findings proves least, so the published figure is raised to 65 percent and the verdict to high risk. We did not find misconduct. We found too little history to treat the firm as safe.
  • The community record is thin in both directions. Trustpilot shows 12 reviews for skylinkscapital.com, rated 4.4, with 100 percent at five stars and nothing at any other level. The profile was claimed in February 2025, the company invites its customers to review, and several reviewers have a single lifetime review. A uniform five star base of that size is not evidence of good conduct. There is no ForexPeaceArmy thread and no Reddit discussion at all.
  • One complaint exists and it is about service, not money. A reviewer in December 2025 described the platform freezing in volatile conditions, slow withdrawals and perfunctory support replies. Nobody reports funds being refused, balances deleted, or a payment demanded before a withdrawal is released. That last pattern is the one that would change this report sharply, and it is absent.
  • A real trading operation exists. MetaQuotes serves a branded MetaTrader 5 installer for this broker from its own content network, under a live server named SkyLinksCapital-Server. Fake platforms are distributed as self-hosted downloads, not provisioned by MetaQuotes.
  • Nothing on any warning list. We checked the FCA warning list, the CFTC RED List, ASIC and Moneysmart, the MAS and SFC alert lists and the IOSCO aggregate against the brand, the legal entity and the bare domain. The only hits are other companies: SKYLINK GLOBAL MARKETS at skylinkglobalmarkets.com and Sky Capital at skycapital.cc, both warned by the FCA, neither connected to this firm.
  • What a Mauritius licence actually buys you. It means a real supervisor has vetted and listed the firm, which is considerably more than the shell registrations many offshore brokers rely on. It does not mean your deposits are protected. There is no investor compensation scheme behind a Mauritius Global Business investment dealer licence, and if the firm fails you are an ordinary creditor of a small company in Port Louis.

Evidence ledger

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

3 against5 in favour
  • E1A search of the FSC Mauritius public register for Sky Links returns one entry: Sky Links Capital Limited, licence type SEC-2.1B Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting), dated 06/04/2024, licensee status COMPANY IS INCORPORATED, with no restriction annotation. The registered office reads Premier Business Center, 14 Poudriere Street, 10th Floor, Sterling Tower, Port Louis, which matches the address in the website footer. The management company of record is Premier Financial Services Limited.

  • E2The UAE Capital Market Authority register of licensed companies lists Sky Links Capital L.L.C. with status Active, activity Introduction, address baysquare business bay building 3, 208, and contact email admin@skylinkscapital.com. That email ties the official record directly to the website under review. The register reference is CP-0001372 and the establish date shown is 09-Jul-2024.

  • E3The same Capital Market Authority page carries the authority's own notice that the company is not licensed by the Securities and Commodities Authority to conduct brokerage in financial derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot foreign exchange, and that its Category 5 licence does not authorise trading operations, portfolio management or executing client orders. The Dubai permission is therefore an introducing licence, not a trading licence.

  • E4The legal entity record for Sky Links Capital Limited, LEI 875500ZDL7EHOJBYQ386, shows jurisdiction of formation Mauritius, registered as C209223 with the Corporate and Business Registration Department, status Active, and an address of Premier Business Center, 10th Floor Sterling Tower, 11328 Port Louis. The record is marked policy conforming and its data is validated against that registry number, so the company exists exactly as described. This proves corporate reality, not a trading licence.

  • E5The same record gives an entity creation date of 3 June 2024, and the FSC licence dates from April 2024, while the main domain was registered on 1 January 2023. The operating company is therefore about two years and four months old, not the near four years the domain age alone would suggest. The track record is the younger of the two, which puts this firm under three years.

  • E6The registration record for skylinkscapital.com gives a creation date of 1 January 2023 with an expiry of 1 January 2027, through Name.com. The education domain skylinkscapitalacademy.com was registered on 2 September 2025. No earlier predecessor domain is named anywhere by the firm.

  • E7A sweep of the FCA warning list, the CFTC RED List, ASIC and Moneysmart, the MAS and SFC alert lists and the IOSCO aggregate, run against the brand name, the legal entity Sky Links Capital Limited and the bare domain, produced no entry for this firm as at October 2026. Absence from warning lists is not a clean bill of health, since lists lag new operations, but there is nothing on record against this one.

  • E8The FCA warning for SKYLINK GLOBAL MARKETS names the website skylinkglobalmarkets.com and an address at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London. The separate FCA warning for Sky Capital, published 2 March 2021, names skycapital.cc and an address in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Neither notice mentions Sky Links Capital Limited, skylinkscapital.com or Mauritius, so neither belongs to this firm. The brand name attracts collisions and these warnings are about other operations.

  • E9The Trustpilot page for skylinkscapital.com shows 12 reviews rated 4.4, with 100 percent at five stars and nothing at four, three, two or one star. Eight reviews fall in the last twelve months, the profile was claimed in February 2025, the company invites its customers to review, and several reviewers hold a single lifetime review. The company replies to its reviews. There is no fund-integrity complaint, but a uniformly five star base of this size cannot be read as proof of good conduct.

  • E10A broker review aggregator records one user complaint, dated 23 December 2025, describing the platform freezing during volatile markets and preventing timely order execution, with withdrawals described as slow and support replies as perfunctory. No funds are alleged to have been withheld, refused or deleted, so this is a service-quality grievance rather than a fund-integrity one.

  • E11The broker's own About page and risk warning state that Sky Links Capital L.L.C. acts as an introductory firm only, operates exclusively within the UAE, and does not provide trading services, open trading accounts, execute transactions or hold client funds, while naming Sky Links Capital Limited as the FSC-licensed dealer under Section 29 of the Securities Act 2005. That description matches the two register entries, including the Dubai limitation, so there is no self-contradiction between what the firm publishes and what the regulators record.

  • E12The UAE entity's own site repeats that Sky Links Capital L.L.C. acts strictly and exclusively as an Introducing Broker, is not authorised to receive or hold client funds or assets, execute or arrange trades, or provide investment services in its own capacity, and that account opening and execution take place with the Mauritius licensed entity. It also names Dubai Economic Department trade licence 1385407, which is a commercial registration and not financial regulation.

  • E13The broker distributes MetaTrader 5 through MetaQuotes' own content network, including a branded desktop installer at download.mql5.com under the path cdn/web/sky.links.capital, and mobile links pointing at the live server name SkyLinksCapital-Server. A MetaQuotes-provisioned branded server indicates a real licensed trading operation rather than a self-hosted imitation terminal, which is the usual delivery method for fake platforms.

  • E14Trade press from 21 January 2025 reports that the group obtained a UAE Category 5 arrangement and advice permission, names Daniel Takieddine, formerly chief executive for MENA at BDSwiss, as chief executive, and records both FSC Mauritius licence GB24202837 and a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines registration numbered 3698. The Saint Vincent entry is a company registration rather than any form of financial supervision, and it no longer appears anywhere on the firm's current website.

  • E15A third-party broker directory records no forex licence for this firm and labels it high potential risk, while a separate algorithmic scoring site rates it 53 out of 100 on the basis that its licences could not be validated. Both conclusions are contradicted by the FSC Mauritius register entry, which is public and searchable. The same scoring site also states that no evidence of large numbers of user complaints, withdrawal difficulties or regulatory warnings was found.

  • E16Searches of ForexPeaceArmy and Reddit against both the brand name and the domain return no review thread and no discussion of this broker. For a firm presenting itself as a global multi-asset brokerage, the near-total absence of independent community discussion is itself a signal about how little can be established, in either direction.

  • E17A Mauritius investment dealer licence number quoted for this broker by one aggregator, GB20025812, in fact belongs to an unrelated broker trading as GODO. Sky Links Capital does not quote that number anywhere on its own site, which publishes only GB24202837. The mismatch is an aggregator error rather than any misuse of another firm's credentials by this broker.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The case in this broker's favour is stronger than most offshore brokers can make, and it deserves saying plainly.

  • It holds the licence it claims, and we confirmed it at the source. The FSC Mauritius entry is not an approval in principle or a company registration dressed up as supervision. It is a full-service investment dealer licence with no restriction annotation on the register.
  • Its disclosure is accurate where it would be easy to mislead. The firm could present a Dubai address and a UAE regulator as proof of tier-two oversight. Instead it states in its risk warning, on its About page and on its UAE website that the Dubai entity introduces clients only and cannot advise, execute, or hold client assets or money, and it names the Mauritius entity as the one that opens accounts. That matches the regulator's own notice word for word.
  • Corporate reality is fully documented. A Mauritius registry number, an LEI record validated against that registry, a management company of record, and one consistent address across the registry, the regulator and the website. Opaque ownership and unreachable addresses are the usual markers of trouble, and neither is present.
  • Real, traceable people run it. A named chief executive with a verifiable prior role at a well-known brokerage group, and a named managing director appointed in October 2026. Boiler rooms do not put checkable careers on the record.
  • The withdrawal evidence, such as it is, runs the right way. Several reviewers describe money arriving quickly, one within an hour, and one says a full balance was withdrawn at once. The company replies to its reviews. Not a single person anywhere alleges funds were kept.
  • The aggregator verdicts against it are simply wrong on the facts. A widely read third-party broker directory records no forex licence for this firm and labels it high risk, and another scoring site rates it low trust on the basis that the licence could not be validated. Both conclusions collapse against the FSC register entry we opened, which is public and searchable.
  • Nothing in the restricted-countries picture looks evasive. It excludes the United States and Canada, which is what an offshore broker without those registrations should do, and it does not run a local-language sales operation into a market whose regulator it names.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

This verdict is calibrated to a young firm, so most of what would move it is simply time plus a clean record. Specifically:

  • Toward a better rating: the Mauritius entity passing three years of continuous licensed operation with the FSC entry still unrestricted, which on current dates happens around June 2027.
  • An independent review footprint that is not company-invited: substantive discussion on ForexPeaceArmy, Reddit or Myfxbook, including users who report getting money out, with a rating distribution that is not uniformly five stars.
  • A tier-one or tier-two dealing licence added to the group, as distinct from the current introducing-only UAE permission, or client money held under a regime with a compensation scheme.
  • Toward a worse rating: any credible, specific report of a payment being demanded before a withdrawal is released. One such account with amounts and dates would outweigh everything positive in this report.
  • Three or more independent users on at least two platforms describing the same withdrawal failure inside one time window, which would flip the complaints dimension and the verdict together.
  • The FSC Mauritius entry acquiring a restriction annotation, being suspended, or disappearing while the site still advertises licence GB24202837.
  • Any regulator warning naming skylinkscapital.com or Sky Links Capital Limited, as opposed to the similarly named firms already on the FCA list.
  • The firm starting to present the Dubai Category 5 permission, the Dubai Economic Department trade licence or the DIFC holding company as though any of them authorised trading.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

15 questions
Is Sky Links Capital a scam?

We found no evidence that it is. Both licences it advertises are genuine and we confirmed them on the regulators' own registers, no regulator warning names the firm, and nobody reports having money withheld. We still publish it at 65 percent risk because the company that holds client funds was only incorporated in June 2024 and has very little independent track record.

Is Sky Links Capital a fraud?

No, and we found no evidence of fraud. There is no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming Sky Links Capital Limited or skylinkscapital.com. Be careful not to confuse it with SKYLINK GLOBAL MARKETS or Sky Capital, two differently owned companies on different websites that the UK regulator has warned about.

Is Sky Links Capital regulated?

Yes. Sky Links Capital Limited holds an Investment Dealer licence (Full-Service Dealer excluding Underwriting), number GB24202837, from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, issued on 6 April 2024. We found the entry on the FSC public register with the same registered address the website publishes.

Is Sky Links Capital regulated in Dubai or the UAE?

Only as an introducer. Sky Links Capital L.L.C. holds a Capital Market Authority Category 5 Introduction licence, number 20200000235. The authority states on that firm's own register page that the company is not licensed for spot forex, derivatives or executing client orders. The Dubai entity cannot hold your money.

Can I withdraw my money from Sky Links Capital?

Nobody has publicly reported being unable to. Several Trustpilot reviewers describe withdrawals arriving quickly, one within an hour. One reviewer in December 2025 called withdrawals slow alongside platform freezes. The review base is small and company-invited, so test a small withdrawal yourself before depositing more.

Is my money safe with Sky Links Capital?

Your money sits with a Mauritius company under an offshore licence, and there is no investor compensation scheme behind it. That is a real limitation: if the firm failed, no fund would repay you. The licence means a genuine supervisor vetted and listed the firm, which is more than many offshore brokers can show, but it is not deposit protection.

Who owns Sky Links Capital?

The group's holding company is Sky Links Holding Ltd, a prescribed holding company in the Dubai International Financial Centre, announced in May 2025, which carries out no regulated activity itself. Daniel Takieddine is chief executive, previously chief executive for MENA at BDSwiss, and Hormoz Faryar was appointed managing director in October 2026.

How old is Sky Links Capital?

About two years and four months as an operating business. The website domain dates from 1 January 2023, but the company that contracts with clients, Sky Links Capital Limited, was incorporated in Mauritius on 3 June 2024 and licensed in April 2024. We take the younger of the two, because a business needs both a real company and a live presence.

Does Sky Links Capital claim to be older than it is?

No. The site publishes no founding year at all. It says the management team has more than 50 years of combined experience, which describes the people rather than the company, so there is no age claim to contradict. That is a point in its favour.

Is Sky Links Capital a clone of another broker?

No. The licences resolve to this firm's own legal entities, Sky Links Capital Limited and Sky Links Capital L.L.C., with addresses that match the website, and the UAE register even records an email address on the skylinkscapital.com domain. Nothing suggests it is wearing another company's credentials.

Why do some review sites say Sky Links Capital has no licence?

Because their records are incomplete. At least two third-party scoring sites report that no forex licence could be found or validated. We searched the Mauritius FSC public register directly and found the entry, licensed 6 April 2024. Where an aggregator and a regulator's own register disagree, the register wins.

What platform and products does Sky Links Capital offer?

MetaTrader 5 only, covering forex, metals, commodities, indices, stocks, crypto CFDs and exchange futures. The minimum deposit is 50 US dollars and leverage runs to 1:400. MetaQuotes serves a branded installer for the broker from its own content network under a live server name, which indicates a real trading operation rather than an in-house imitation platform.

Does Sky Links Capital accept clients from the United States?

No. Its published restrictions exclude residents of the United States and Canada, as well as embargoed or sanctioned countries. That is the correct position for a broker holding no registration in those markets.

What should I check before depositing with Sky Links Capital?

Four things. Confirm the FSC Mauritius register entry is still active and unrestricted. Confirm you are contracting with the Mauritius entity, not the Dubai introducer. Deposit a small amount and withdraw it in full before committing more. And treat any request for a fee, tax or verification payment before a withdrawal as a reason to stop immediately.

What do I do if I think I was scammed by Sky Links Capital?

Complain in writing to the firm first and keep the reference, then report it to the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, which licenses the entity holding your funds. Contact your bank or card issuer straight away, because payment reversals are time limited. Never pay an upfront fee to anyone promising to recover your money, as that is a second scam built on the first.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat this as a real but young offshore broker, and size your exposure accordingly.

  • Know which company holds your money. Your account is with Sky Links Capital Limited in Mauritius, not with the Dubai entity and not with the DIFC holding company. The Dubai licence does not cover your funds.
  • Check the licence yourself before depositing. Open the FSC Mauritius public register, search for Sky Links, and confirm the entry still reads Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting) with no restriction noted.
  • Do not expect compensation if things go wrong. A Mauritius Global Business investment dealer licence carries no investor compensation scheme. If the firm fails, there is no fund that repays you.
  • Test the withdrawal route early. Deposit a small amount, trade briefly, then withdraw the balance in full and confirm it arrives by the stated method before committing more.
  • Never pay a fee to release a withdrawal. No legitimate broker requires a tax, insurance, verification or unlocking payment before returning your money. A request like that is the point to stop and keep records.
  • Keep your own paperwork. Save deposit confirmations, trade statements, ticket numbers and chat transcripts. If you need to complain to the FSC in Mauritius, that evidence is what the complaint rests on.
  • If you believe you have lost money, report it to the FSC Mauritius as the regulator of the licensed entity, and to your bank or card issuer immediately, since payment reversals are time limited. Ignore anyone who offers to recover your funds for an upfront fee.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears.
