The group's United Arab Emirates company, Sky Links Capital L.L.C, holds a licence confirmed on the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority's own register, but the single permission on it is introduction: the authority states the company is not licensed to conduct brokerage in financial derivatives or spot foreign exchange, and that it may not execute client orders, manage portfolios or hold client money. No compensation or deposit-protection scheme is published for client funds.
