What SÔEGEE FUTURES legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by SÔEGEE FUTURES itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

Contracting entity: PT Soegee Futures

missing documentwithdrawalsbonus lockdeemed acceptancehidden feekyc burdenliability shiftapp permissionscomplaintsconflict of interest

Sôegee Futures publishes no client agreement. Nothing you can read before you deposit says what a withdrawal costs, how long it can take, or when the company may refuse it. The $100 welcome bonus sits behind a $150 equity floor and a 2 lot trading gate before any profit can leave. It does name its licence, its segregated bank accounts and the regulator's complaint portal.

What the documents say

13 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from SÔEGEE FUTURES's own files

01

You pay in $50 and Sôegee Futures adds $100 of bonus funds. Its bonus terms then let you withdraw only profit above $150 of equity. That door opens after you trade at least 2 lots of FX or gold.

Why this matters

Your $50 sits inside that $150 line. Nothing in the bonus terms says how to take it back out before you trade. Two lots is real volume on a $150 account.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual$150

WELCOME BONUS $100 | Register and deposit initial margin $50 ( good fund in trading account ), get additional funds $100 to start real-trading.
Clause WELCOME BONUS $100 in SoegeeFX homepage, carrying the WELCOME BONUS $100 Terms & Conditions and the account cards
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costs$50 of your own money plus $100 of bonus makes $150 of equity. Until 2 lots are traded, the terms release nothing below that $150 line, including your $50.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC, and firms under ESMA rules, may not offer a cash bonus to attract retail trading in these products. Sôegee Futures offers $100 for a $50 deposit, with the payout gated on volume.

SÔEGEE FUTURES is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

02

Sôegee Futures can close part or all of your open positions without telling you first, once your equity falls below the margin requirement. At 30% margin level the system closes them for you.

Why this matters

A closure you did not choose turns a paper loss into a real one. No document promises to write off a balance below zero, and both the English risk page and the Indonesian disclaimer say you can lose more than you deposited.

Exhibit 6CriticalStandard wording30%

If the client cannot afford to pay the amount that is required to bring the value of their equity/fund up to the 100% Margin Requirement, we may be forced to liquidate part or all of client’s open positions without prior notification or approval from the client.

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC, and firms under ESMA rules, must close a retail position at 50% of the required margin and must write off any balance below zero. Sôegee Futures closes at 30% and says losses can exceed your deposit.

SÔEGEE FUTURES is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingA margin call at 100% and an automatic close at 30% are ordinary MetaTrader settings. What is missing is any promise to cap your loss at the money you put in.

Sôegee Futures asks you to agree to terms and conditions it does not publish. Its app privacy policy says that using the app means you agree to its Terms and Conditions. Its how to start trading page tells you to download Trading Rules, and the button there opens no file.

Why this matters

You can read a privacy policy, a risk page and a company security policy before you pay in. The rules on charges, account closure, cancelled trades and disputes are not there for you to check.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client written terms of business, including costs and charges, before trading begins. Sôegee Futures publishes no such document.

SÔEGEE FUTURES is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingA licensed broker normally publishes a client agreement, a fee schedule and a complaints procedure. Sôegee Futures publishes two privacy policies, a risk page, a disclaimer and an internal information security policy.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2With no agreement and no payment terms, an FAQ sentence is the only thing standing between you and a refused withdrawal.
04

Everything Sôegee Futures publishes about getting your money out is one sentence on an FAQ page. Tell them before 11am, it says, and the transfer goes out the same business day. No document says what a withdrawal costs, how late it can run, or when the company may say no.

Why this matters

A web page can be rewritten in an afternoon, and that sentence is all you have if a payout stops. You get no stated deadline to point at, no fee to budget for and no grounds to argue against.

The app banner promises ZERO SPREADS, SWAPS and COMM. The same page prices FX from 0.00001 and gold from 0.01. It calls the commission low rather than nothing. The Pro account card lists swap rates of +0.50% and -1.99%.

In plain words

Liquidity providers are outside banks and brokers.

Why this matters

You cannot work out what a trade costs from anything Sôegee Futures publishes. The one legal document that mentions pricing says a liquidity provider adds a spread to every quote, with no figure attached.

Rupiah goes in at a fixed rate, and nothing says how it comes back

Sôegee Futures converts rupiah deposits at $1 to IDR 10,000 and runs the account in dollars. Nothing published states the rate for the return trip, the commission, the transfer charge or a minimum withdrawal. The one document that mentions spread says a liquidity provider adds it to every quote.

Cost disclosure1 clause flagged

Both account cards price your account in dollars and convert rupiah in at $1 to IDR 10,000. No published page or document says what rate applies when the money goes back to your rupiah account.

Why this matters

You deposit in rupiah and you are paid in rupiah, so the rate on the way out decides what you actually get. Sôegee Futures publishes no commission, no transfer charge and no minimum withdrawal. You cannot price the round trip.

Our readingA fixed $1 to IDR 10,000 conversion is the usual convention among Indonesian futures brokers. What is missing here is the rate for the journey back.

Positions close at 30% and the policy can change without notice

Sôegee Futures can close part or all of your positions without notice once equity falls under the margin requirement. The system closes everything at 30%. Its own warnings say you can lose more than you deposited. The privacy policy, the one document you are told you agreed to, can be rewritten without notice.

Unilateral powers1 clause flagged

Sôegee Futures can rewrite its privacy policy at any time without telling you first. Its own wording makes checking the page your responsibility, and carrying on using the service your agreement to whatever it now says.

Why this matters

This is the one document you are told you have agreed to, and it can read differently tomorrow. You get no notice, no change log and no date on the page to compare against.

The only liability clause is a waiver on a risk page

Sôegee Futures asks you to agree that you will never hold it liable for platform downtime or the losses that follow. That sentence sits on a web page, not in an agreement. No document sets a complaint deadline, and the about page points you to BAPPEBTI's own complaint portal.

Complaint route1 clause flagged

The risk page asks you to agree that you will never hold Sôegee Futures liable for platform downtime or the losses that follow it. The same page says it cannot be responsible for internet failures, distortions or delays.

Why this matters

If the platform is down while a position runs against you, that sentence is what you are up against. No document sets a complaint deadline or an internal process. The about page does give you BAPPEBTI's complaint portal.

Your ID, your tax number and your contacts, with the leak risk on you

Sôegee Futures asks for an ID number, a tax number and a mother's maiden name. Its website policy then puts the risk of handing information over on you. That policy sets no retention limit and grants no deletion right. The app policy, in English, grants both, and claims your contacts and your continuous location.

Data demands2 clauses flagged

Sôegee Futures asks for your ID number, your tax number and your mother's maiden name. The same policy says that handing information over is a risk you carry yourself. It keeps your data for as long as it decides the purpose needs.

Why this matters

Those three details are what a bank asks to prove you are you. The website policy names no deletion right, no retention limit and no complaints route.

Our readingIndonesian brokers routinely ask for an ID number, a tax number and a mother's maiden name. Moving the risk of a leak onto the customer is the unusual part.

The SoegeeFX app privacy policy lists what it processes: your contacts, your continuous approximate location, your camera, your microphone and your social media accounts. The summary at the top of that same policy names only usage data, microphone, camera and storage.

Why this matters

Your address book and where you are through the day have nothing to do with placing a trade. You have to read to the middle of the policy to find that they are in scope.

Miss it and the bonus is cancelled on day 30. Taking the bonus also means following five social accounts and sending proof to a WhatsApp number.

Bonus conditions1 clause flagged

To take the $100 bonus you must follow and like five Sôegee Futures accounts and join its Telegram channel. You then screenshot the proof, send it to a WhatsApp number and take part in a live YouTube session.

Who the contract is with

PT Soegee Futures

PT Soegee Futures is a Jakarta company, named as the data controller in both of its privacy policies. Its address is Graha Selaras, Jl. KH Mas Mansyur No. 59, Jakarta Pusat 10230. The disclaimer says it operates under licence and BAPPEBTI supervision, and that it belongs to the Jakarta Futures Exchange and the Indonesian clearing house. No document names the party that takes the other side of your trade. The risk page refers to your broker and to a Liquidity Provider in the third person, which leaves that question open. The company spells its own name three ways across these pages: PT Soegee Futures, PT. Sôegee Futures and PT. SOEGEE FUTURES.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

Sôegee Futures names the banks that hold client money, with branch, account number and SWIFT code for each. It splits deposits 30% into its own segregated account and 70% into the clearing house account. The about page gives BAPPEBTI's complaint portal and a compliance email for the director, so you are told where to escalate. Nothing it publishes lets it void your profit or reverse your trades. Both account cards say all strategies are allowed, including scalping, robots and copy trading. The Indonesian disclaimer carries the same warning as the English risk page: you can lose more than you deposit.

Sôegee Futures publishes no client agreement, so we could not read the terms that govern deposits, withdrawals, charges or account closure. Every open account button points to a sign-up portal that we could not open. If an agreement is shown during registration, we did not read it. The how to start trading page tells you to download its Trading Rules and Instrument List, and the button there opens no file, so we did not read that either. None of the nine pages we read carries a date or a version number. Earlier copies of the privacy policy and the risk page, from May and April 2026, match today's wording word for word.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the SÔEGEE FUTURES file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document SÔEGEE FUTURES publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge SÔEGEE FUTURES on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 12, 2026.

If you represent SÔEGEE FUTURES and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on SÔEGEE FUTURES. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
