One licence is on record for Solidary Prime. One has been checked against an official register.
Back to Solidary PrimeCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
Solidary Prime has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
Every licence on record for Solidary Prime, strongest authority first.
Each authority below publishes a register you can search. The name a register prints is often a separate legal entity, not the trading brand — search for the name given here.

Experienced self-directed traders who understand offshore counterparty risk, want raw-spread pricing with a per-lot commission, and are not tied to MetaTrader. It is a poor fit for beginners, for anyone who needs a regulator they can complain to, for algorithmic traders who need Expert Advisors, and for anyone who cannot absorb the loss of the deposit outright.
WIKILIX found no evidence of outright fraud, and the licence the broker names is a real permission rather than a fabricated number, so we do not call it a scam. We do rate it high risk and unverified. The reasons are specific: the licence could not be confirmed against the issuing authority, the operating company named in the footer sits in a jurisdiction with no public register, the age and reach claims on the site contradict each other and the one record we could verify, the legal documents are served from a hosting-provider staging address rather than the broker's own domain, and new registrations were suspended when we looked. That combination calls for caution, not accusation.
The claims do not line up. The about page says the company was created more than 14 years ago, the homepage description says more than 10 years of experience, and the only company record WIKILIX could verify dates from 8 August 2013, which is about 13 years. Take the verified 2013 date as the firm anchor and treat the 14-year figure as marketing rounding rather than a documented founding.
By website chat or by email at info@solidaryprime.com, in English and Spanish, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00 GMT+1. There is no published telephone number and no complaints address. For an offshore broker, the absence of a phone line is worth weighing: written channels are your only record, so keep copies of everything.
Yes, in Standard, Top and Elite variants, all at 1:200 leverage, with the balance topped up to any amount from the client area. Demo accounts are deleted automatically after 60 days of inactivity. A demo is a reasonable way to try the WebTrader interface, but it tells you nothing about how the firm handles a real withdrawal.
The assets page lists over 40 currency pairs, metals including gold, silver, copper and nickel, indices such as the S&P 500, DAX and NASDAQ, commodities including oil, natural gas, coffee and wheat, leading US shares, and major crypto pairs including BTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD and ADA/USD. Everything is traded as a contract for difference rather than by owning the underlying asset.
The broker's own clause states it does not offer contracts for difference to residents of, among others, Afghanistan, Venezuela, Cuba, New Zealand, the United States, North Korea, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Japan, Canada, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Russia. The wording is not presented as exhaustive, so check your own jurisdiction with support. At the time of this review the registration page was showing that new sign-ups were temporarily unavailable.
The FAQ page states funds typically arrive within two to five business days after processing; the funding page quotes one to three working days for SEPA and one to twelve hours for Neteller. One rule deserves attention: the amount you can withdraw through Neteller is capped at the amount you deposited through it, so profits above your deposit have to leave by another channel, and the bank channel is euro-only and inside the European Union.
Three channels are published. Fairpay takes 10 to 2,000 USD at 6% with a 3 USD minimum, 9.5% in Ecuador, in one to twelve hours. European bank transfer (SEPA) is euro-only and within the EU, 12 EUR up to 5,000 EUR then 17 EUR plus 0.06%, settling in one to three working days. Neteller runs 10 to 5,000 in USD or EUR at a 4.09% deposit fee and 2% withdrawal fee. Withdrawals are 20 to 30 EUR plus 0.08% by band on SEPA, and payments are accepted only from the account and email address registered on your profile.
A proprietary browser platform the broker calls WebTrader, reached through the client area and described as usable on mobile and tablet. No MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader offering is published anywhere on the site. If you depend on Expert Advisors, custom indicators or third-party analysis tools, this is a significant limitation, and it also means your trade history lives entirely inside the broker's own system.
Three tiers, all quoted as RAW variable spreads: Standard from 1.3 with no commission, Top from 0 at $2.95 per lot, and Pro from 0.2 at $3.95 per lot with US shares included. On the commission-bearing tiers the round-turn cost has to be added to the spread before comparing with a no-commission account elsewhere.
Maximum leverage is 1:200 on every published account, live and demo. The FAQ page adds that higher limits may be considered after an account review. At 1:200 a move of half a percent against a fully-margined position wipes out the margin, so position sizing matters more than the headline number.
The accounts page states 50 EUR/USD for all three live accounts. The client services agreement, however, states that a minimum deposit of $100 is required to commence trading, and individual funding channels accept from 10. Ask support in writing which figure applies to your account before transferring anything, because the broker's own documents do not agree.
