Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
8/10 · CriticalOnly ever held a non-recognised Comoros MISA offshore registration, which itself expired on 16 Apr 2025; no genuine regulator authorises it while it took client deposits.
Identity & transparency
6/10 · HighOffshore register discloses a named CEO/UBO and company number, but the firm mixes a Comoros entity, an India-based owner and a Dubai serviced-office front.
Withdrawals & conduct
5/10 · ModerateOne detailed, checkable fund-integrity complaint (7,000 dollar withdrawal withheld plus a manipulated force-close), but from a single complainant on limited platforms.
Reputation
6/10 · HighMultiple review sources flag it as unregulated and high-risk, a documented fraud exposure exists, and no credible positive footprint was found; the firm is now defunct.
Website claims
5/10 · ModeratePresented as an offshore MISA-registered broker; no fabricated tier-1 claim confirmed, but the substantive site could not be reviewed as it is now offline.
Operational history
6/10 · HighAbout two years old, licence lapsed after one year, and the domain has since been dropped; a short, churned track record under three years.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We rate SPACE high risk for four reasons, and none of them can be waved away by the offshore paperwork it held.
- No real regulation. The single record that exists is a Comoros MISA registration. MISA is an autonomous-island registrar, not a supervisor, and the Comoros central bank has publicly disavowed these licences. It offers no client-fund segregation, no dispute channel and no compensation scheme.
- That one permission has already lapsed. The MISA certificate shows a one-year term that ended on 16 April 2025 and was not renewed, so for the final stretch of its life the firm ran with nothing at all.
- A credible fund-integrity complaint. A client described a gold short of 13.5 lots force-closed at 2782.93 while the real price was near 2713, blamed on a 'technical glitch', with no fix for over three months, plus a 7,000 dollar withdrawal that was never paid. The account numbers, dates and amounts are specific and checkable.
- The operation has vanished. The website is offline and the domain has been dropped, which is how short-lived offshore brokers typically end.
The evidence-based score works out near 62 percent. Because this is a firm under three years old that has already gone dark, we publish 65 percent rather than lower. We did not find a regulator warning naming this exact site, and the fraud report rests mainly on one detailed account, which is why this is high risk rather than a confirmed scam.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The Comoros/Mwali MISA register lists SPACE WORLD CAPITAL LTD, company number HT00324033, licence BFX2024083, with the website spaceworldcapital.com and owner Prathamesh Mahadev Mahadik (India), confirming this is the correct entity.
E2The MISA certificate shows the licence was a one-year term issued 16 Apr 2024 and ending 16 Apr 2025, so it has expired; MISA is a non-recognised offshore registrar disavowed by the Comoros central bank and offers no real client protection.
E3The firm is not regulated by any recognised financial authority yet took retail deposits for live FX and CFD trading on MT5 (100 dollar minimum, leverage up to 1:500).
E4A client in India reported MT5 accounts 508227 and 506362: a 13.5-lot gold short force-closed on 13 Dec 2024 at 2782.93 versus a real price near 2713 (about 70,000 dollars lost), blamed on a 'technical glitch' with no fix for 3-plus months, and a 7,000 dollar withdrawal never processed.
ModerateA third-party broker directory (user exposure, India, Jun 2025)E5The domain spaceworldcapital.com no longer resolves (NXDOMAIN) and was showing a parked lander page by March 2026, indicating the operation is now defunct.
E6The operation used a Dubai serviced-office address (1603 Opal Tower, Business Bay) and a +971 phone while the entity is Comoros-registered and the owner is India-based, a jurisdiction-layering pattern common to offshore boiler-rooms.
E7The website first appeared in April 2024 and the licence was issued the same month, giving roughly a two-year operating history (under three years).
ModerateWeb archive capture historyE8No regulator warning-list entry naming this exact domain or entity was found as of August 2026, so the firm is not currently on a public alert list.
E9The offshore register discloses a named CEO and beneficial owner, a mild transparency point that distinguishes it from a fully anonymous shell.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness, some points cut the other way.
- The MISA registration is genuine and the register lists the correct website, so this is a real (if weak) offshore registration, not a fabricated or stolen licence.
- The offshore register discloses a named CEO and beneficial owner, which is more transparency than many anonymous scam shells provide.
- We found no regulator warning-list entry naming spaceworldcapital.com, and no evidence it impersonates a well-known regulated brand, so it is not a clone.
- The most serious loss reported so far comes from a single client, and part of it is a trading dispute over execution, which can happen at honest brokers too.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Our view would move if any of the following turned up.
- Toward a scam verdict: a regulator warning naming this domain or entity, several independent clients across different platforms describing the same withdrawal or manipulation pattern, or any demand for an extra fee to release funds.
- Toward lower risk: a renewed, genuinely recognised licence (for example FCA, ASIC or CySEC) held by the same entity, a live and functioning platform again, and a clean record of paid withdrawals with documented proof.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Space World Capital a scam?
We rate it high risk and cannot treat it as safe. It is not genuinely regulated, its only permission (an offshore MISA registration) has expired, it has an unresolved fraud complaint, and its website is now offline. That is not a business we would trust with a deposit.
Is Space World Capital regulated?
No, not by any recognised authority. Its only record was a Comoros/Mwali MISA offshore registration, and even that expired on 16 April 2025. MISA is not a real financial regulator and gives clients no protection.
Can I withdraw my money from Space World Capital?
There is a real risk you cannot. One client reported a 7,000 dollar withdrawal that was never processed and funds withheld for months, and the site is now offline. Do not deposit expecting easy withdrawals.
Is my money safe with Space World Capital?
No. There is no client-fund segregation, no compensation scheme and no dispute resolution behind an offshore MISA registration. If the firm keeps your money, you have almost no recourse.
Who owns Space World Capital?
The offshore register names the CEO and beneficial owner as Prathamesh Mahadev Mahadik, based in Maharashtra, India. The legal entity is SPACE WORLD CAPITAL LTD, a Comoros company.
Where is Space World Capital based?
The company is registered in Comoros (Mwali), the owner is in India, and the website advertised a serviced-office address at Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai. Real supervision exists in none of those setups for this firm.
How old is Space World Capital?
It is young. Its website first appeared in April 2024 and its licence was issued the same month, so it has roughly two years of history and is already offline.
What is a MISA licence worth?
Very little. MISA (Mwali International Services Authority) is an autonomous-island registrar, not a financial supervisor, and the Comoros central bank has disavowed these licences. A MISA registration signals an intent to look regulated at low cost, not real oversight.
Is Space World Capital a clone of another broker?
We found no evidence of that. The brand is generic and does not appear to impersonate a well-known regulated firm, so this is an unregulated offshore broker rather than a clone.
What should I do if I was scammed by Space World Capital?
Collect all your evidence (account numbers, deposits, chats, withdrawal requests), report it to your national financial regulator and police, and if you paid by card or bank ask for a chargeback or recall. Do not pay anyone who promises to recover your funds for an upfront fee.
Why is the Space World Capital website not loading?
The domain has been dropped and the site is offline. It was showing a parked page by early 2026 and no longer resolves. A disappearing site is a serious warning sign for any broker holding client money.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Confirm a licence from a top-tier regulator (such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC) directly on that regulator's own register, check independent reviews for withdrawal complaints, and make sure the company, address and website all match. SPACE fails these checks.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat SPACE as unsafe for deposits.
- Do not send money. The site is offline, the only licence it ever held has expired, and there is an unresolved fraud complaint.
- If you already have a balance, gather every record (deposit receipts, account numbers, chat logs, withdrawal requests) and file complaints with your local financial regulator and, if you paid by card or bank, request a chargeback or recall.
- Ignore anyone who contacts you offering to recover your funds for an upfront fee. That is a common follow-up scam.
This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears. Review scores are treated with caution when a broker’s reviews look manipulated. Last reviewed August 24, 2026.
