SuperFin publishes its 56-page Client Agreement as a 220 MB file of pictures. Nothing in it can be searched or copied. Clause 10.7 lets SuperFin void your winning trades and enforce your losing ones. Using high leverage or sharing a device with another client is enough. Clause 18.4 lets SuperFin hold your withdrawal back on five grounds. One is an unresolved dispute with you. The funds security page says your money pays only for your transactions. Clause 24.2 says SuperFin may invest it.

The numbers in this contractFigures taken from this broker's own clauses, so the labels differ from broker to broker. The four in the panel above are the same on every report.

3 of these 4 figures come from a clause we rate critical, which means it can take your money or your profit rather than only delay it.

What the documents say

22 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from SuperFin's own files

01

If SuperFin believes you manipulated its prices or its platform, clause 10.7 keeps the trades where you owe money and treats the trades where it owes you as void from the outset. The clause defines manipulation to include using excessive leverage, trading from the same connection as another user, your deposit and withdrawal patterns, and talking to other account holders.

Why this matters

Every one of those triggers describes ordinary trading. Your profit goes, your losses stay, and you then have 30 days to produce conclusive evidence that you did nothing wrong.

Exhibit 1CriticalRarely seen30 days

If we believe that you have manipulated our prices, our execution processes or our Trading Platform, we may in our sole and absolute discretion, without notice to you: a) enforce the trade(s) against you if it is a trade(s) which results in you owing money to us;
Clause 10.7 in Client Agreement, p.23
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingMost CFD agreements let a firm cancel trades it can show were abusive. This one splits the result by who owes whom: trades that cost you money are enforced, trades that pay you are void. It also reverses the burden of proof, so you must disprove the accusation rather than SuperFin prove it.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 6Clause 23.6(c) makes you pay SuperFin's legal costs for acting under clause 10.7, so challenging it costs you the firm's lawyers as well as your own.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 18The clause sits in a 220 MB picture file, so nobody finds it by searching for the word manipulation.
02

Clause 18.4 lets SuperFin keep part of your money back when you ask for it. One ground is an unrealised loss on any overnight position. Another is SuperFin deciding there is an unresolved dispute with you. Clause 16.5 separately lets it suspend your account pending investigation for any reason.

Why this matters

Complaining about your withdrawal creates the dispute that justifies holding it. The only deadline in the whole chain is clause 16.6, which promises reasonable endeavours to finish an investigation in five business days.

Exhibit 2CriticalHarder than usual5 working days

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must return a retail client's money promptly on request, and may hold it only where a specific rule or a court requires. Clause 18.4 lets SuperFin withhold on its own assessment, including while it treats a dispute with you as open.

SuperFin is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 8Clause 16.2(p) lets SuperFin keep money it owes you against a contingent liability, and the default that unlocks clause 16.2 is one it can declare whenever it considers its own protection necessary.
03

SuperFin's funds security page says your money is kept apart from company money and used only for your transactions. Clause 24.2 says SuperFin may invest any of your money, and that you irrevocably and unconditionally authorise it. Clause 24.1 adds that your money is pooled with other clients' money.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Why this matters

The page you read before depositing promises your money sits untouched. The contract you accept authorises SuperFin to invest it, pool it, and walk away if the bank holding it fails.

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must hold retail client money in trust and may not use it for their own account. Clause 24.1 holds the money on trust, then clause 24.2 authorises SuperFin to invest it on a consent you give in advance and can never withdraw.

SuperFin is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 15The Order Execution Policy says you carry the risk of SuperFin defaulting, while the funds page says your money is unaffected by SuperFin's finances.

Two paragraphs into the KYC Policy, SuperFin says any fraudulent activity closes all accounts related to it and forfeits all funds in them. The policy never defines fraudulent activity, never says who decides, and gives you no way to answer back.

Why this matters

This takes your deposit, not just your profit, and it reaches accounts SuperFin links to yours. A page about identity documents is where you would least expect to find it.

Exhibit 4CriticalRarely seen

Any fraudulent activity will be documented and all accounts related to it will be immediately closed. All funds in these accounts will be forfeited.

Our readingConfiscation clauses normally cap what can be taken at the profit from the prohibited activity. This one forfeits every balance, deposits included, and extends to any account SuperFin treats as related, on its own finding of fraud.

Not one of SuperFin's 14 legal documents states a fee, a spread, a commission or a swap rate. The Deposit and Withdrawal page lists five funding routes and no numbers at all. Clause 2.3 says the commission details sit inside the trading platform, which you reach only after you open an account.

Why this matters

You cannot compare SuperFin's costs with another broker before you deposit, because the numbers are not public. Clause 2.6(a) adds that charges are built into the price you see and may not be separately identified.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia)

Firms licensed by the FCA, CySEC or ASIC must give a retail client the costs and charges of a trade before they trade, in a form they can keep. SuperFin puts the commission details behind the account opening wall and builds the rest into the quoted price.

SuperFin is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Challenging SuperFin costs you the deadline and the legal bill

Clause 2.6 gives you 24 hours to object to a trade confirmation and three business days for a statement, after which SuperFin's records are conclusive. Clause 23.6(c) then makes you cover SuperFin's legal fees on a full indemnity basis for any action it takes under the confiscation clause. The Complaint Handling Policy treats silence after a final response as agreement and names no independent ombudsman.

In plain words

Indemnities are money it says you owe it.

Challenge windows3 clauses flagged

Clause 23.6 makes you cover SuperFin's losses, costs and legal fees on a full indemnity basis. Limb (c) applies that promise to SuperFin acting under clause 10.7, the clause that voids your winning trades, or under clause 16, the default clause. Clause 23.7 keeps it alive after your account closes.

Why this matters

Fighting a confiscation means paying for both sides. Lose, and you owe SuperFin its lawyers in full, which is why a clause like this is rarely tested.

Exhibit 6CriticalRarely seen

You agree to continuously indemnify us against all losses (including consequential losses), taxes, expenses, damages, charges, receipts, demands and expenses of any nature and on any account and liabilities present, future, contingent or otherwise and including legal fees on a full indemnity basis which may be suffered or incurred or brought against us or in connection with or caused by:
Clause 23.6 in Client Agreement, p.40
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingClient indemnities normally cover a firm's costs arising from your breach or a third party's claim. This one names the firm's own enforcement decisions as the trigger, so the cost of challenging a profit confiscation falls on the client who challenges it.

Clause 2.6(a) gives you 24 hours to tell SuperFin a trade confirmation never appeared, or its record counts as accepted by you. Clause 2.6(e) makes its documents conclusive unless you object in writing within 24 hours of a confirmation, or three business days of pulling a statement.

In plain words

A manifest error means an obvious mistake by the broker.

Why this matters

SuperFin sends no daily statements, and a message counts as delivered the moment it is posted to the platform or sent by email. The clock on your right to object runs whether or not you looked.

Exhibit 7CriticalHarder than usual3 working days

SuperFin's Complaint Handling Policy gives its own Compliance Officer up to 4 weeks for a first answer and 8 weeks to resolve the matter. If you do not reply to the final response within 8 weeks, the complaint counts as resolved. No independent ombudsman is named anywhere.

Why this matters

Your only escalation is the regulator, and the policy points to Belize while your contract sends disputes to St Vincent. You have 6 months to refer it, and no compensation scheme is mentioned in any document.

SuperFin can keep the trades you lose and cancel the trades you win

Clause 10.7 of SuperFin's Client Agreement enforces trades where you owe money and voids trades where SuperFin owes you, if it believes you manipulated its prices. Its own definition of manipulation includes using excessive leverage, trading from the same connection as another user, and talking to other account holders. The KYC Policy goes further and forfeits all funds in every account SuperFin links to a finding of fraud, and the bonus terms allow deductions on suspicion alone.

Voided profits1 clause flagged

Every SuperFin promotion carries the same clause 13: on suspicion that you hedged, SuperFin may immediately deduct from your trading account, or from a profitable account it thinks you hedged with, without your consent. Clause 12 then lets it block your access to the account even where you followed every rule.

Why this matters

Suspicion is the whole test. You get no notice, no definition of hedging and no appeal, and the words "regardless of compliance with the above regulations" mean doing nothing wrong is not a defence.

Exhibit 9CriticalHarder than usual

If SuperFin suspects or has reason to believe that a customer has abused the terms and conditions of this offer to hedge risks for their positions, SuperFin has the right to immediately deduct the amount from the customer's trading account or a profitable hedging account without the customer’s consent regarding the right to trading credit bonuses (and any additional bonuses, if applicable).

SuperFin decides when you are in default, and what margin you owe

The Client Agreement defines an Insolvency Event to include SuperFin considering it necessary for its own protection, and an Insolvency Event is an Event of Default that unlocks every power in clause 16.2. Clause 11.3 lets SuperFin change margin and stop out levels at any time, applying them to positions you already hold. Clause 19.3 gives you 14 days to object to a change, or you are taken to have accepted it.

Account control3 clauses flagged

An Insolvency Event is an Event of Default under clause 16.1(a), and that unlocks every power in clause 16.2, from closing your positions to keeping money SuperFin owes you. The definition of Insolvency Event ends with limb (s): SuperFin considering it necessary for its own protection.

Why this matters

You can be solvent, paid up and in breach of nothing, and still be treated as in default. Set-off across all your accounts then becomes available without notice.

Exhibit 8CriticalRarely seen

Our readingAn insolvency definition normally lists provable events: a winding up order, a bankruptcy petition, a failure to pay debts. Adding the firm's own view of its own protection means the trigger for your default is a decision SuperFin makes about itself.

Clause 11.3 lets SuperFin change the margin percentage, the margin call level and the stop out level at any time at its discretion. Clause 11.4 applies the change to positions you already hold, with immediate effect. Clause 12.3 says SuperFin need not make a margin call at all.

Why this matters

Your positions can be closed out after a change nobody told you about directly. Clause 12.4 even says SuperFin may not be able to give you online access to your account, while clause 12.2 makes watching it your duty.

SuperFin's funds security page and its contract do not agree

SuperFin's security page promises your money is kept apart, untouched and always reachable, in English and in 20 other languages. Clause 24.2 of the Client Agreement authorises SuperFin to invest that money, and clause 24.1 pools it with other clients' funds. The Free Swap page advertises trading with no fee while the agreement limits swap-free trading to gold and bitcoin on MT4.

Promise and contract2 clauses flagged

The funds security page offers device locks, IP whitelisting and login alerts to keep your account safe from unauthorised access. Clause 6.9(e) says SuperFin is not liable for any loss from unauthorised use of the platform, and clause 3.6 treats every trade placed with your account number as authorised by you.

Why this matters

If somebody else trades your account, the trades are yours and the losses are yours. Clause 6.9(e) also makes you cover SuperFin's costs arising from that person's actions.

Not one SuperFin document states a single fee

Across 14 legal documents and a Deposit and Withdrawal page, SuperFin publishes no spread, no commission, no swap rate and no payment charge. Clause 2.3 puts the commission details inside the trading platform, which opens only after you deposit, and clause 2.6(a) says charges inside the price may not be separately identified. The only rate the documents do state is the 20% a year, compounded daily, that SuperFin charges you.

Cost disclosure1 clause flagged

Clause 18.3 charges 20% a year on anything you owe SuperFin, calculated daily and compounded daily, or whatever other rate SuperFin picks. Its own Risk Disclosure says twice that you can lose more than your deposit, so that debt is a real possibility.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

A loss that takes your account below zero becomes a debt that grows every day. Unpaid swap and rollover charges turn into the same kind of debt under clauses 14.1 and 14.2.

Exhibit 10WarningHarder than usual20%

Further, if you fail to make any payment required under the Agreements when it falls due, interest will be charged (and you will pay interest) on the outstanding sum at a rate of 20% annum or as otherwise determined by us at our discretion. Clause 2.2 in Client Agreement, p.9

What it costsA $1,000 debit balance left for a year attracts about $200 at 20%. Daily compounding makes it a little more.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia), ESMA (EU)

Retail CFD clients of firms licensed by the FCA or ASIC, and firms following the ESMA measures, get negative balance protection: a losing position cannot take the account below zero. SuperFin's Risk Disclosure says the opposite, and clause 18.3 prices the resulting debt.

SuperFin is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 12SuperFin can raise the margin on positions you already hold, close them at its discretion, and charge 20% on whatever shortfall is left.

Five grounds let SuperFin hold back money you asked for

Clause 18.4 lets SuperFin withhold part of your credit balance when an overnight position shows an unrealised loss, or when it decides a dispute with you is unresolved. Clause 16.5 lets it suspend the account pending investigation for any reason, with a five business day target as the only limit. The AML Policy then sends your money back only by the route it arrived.

Exit conditions1 clause flagged

The AML Policy's final paragraph says money goes back by the same method, to the same account, in the same name. A card deposit returns to that card, a wire to that bank. The Refund Policy then gives you 24 hours after a transaction to ask for a refund.

Why this matters

If the card expires or the account closes, the contract offers no second route out. Third-party payments are refused in both directions, so a family member cannot fund or receive your account.

Exhibit 21WarningStandard wording

Withdrawing money may be done from the same account and by the same way it was received. For withdrawals where the name of the recipient is present, the name must be an exact match for the name of the customer in our records.

SuperFin's 30% credit locks the capital you deposited

SuperFin's 30% Credit Agreement requires 90 lots of volume on a $1,000 deposit before you can withdraw any part of your own capital, and the lot it means is never defined. Touching the capital that carries the bonus deletes the entire credit, and internal transfers out of the account are switched off. The marketing page offers the same bonus on every deposit, without mentioning the $500 minimum or the volume target.

Bonus conditions1 clause flagged

Under the 30% Credit Agreement you must hit a volume target to withdraw any part of your own capital, and withdrawing into the capital carrying the bonus deletes the entire credit. A $1,000 deposit carries a 90 lot target, and the agreement never says what a lot means here.

Why this matters

Trades under 3 minutes do not count, stocks, indices and crypto volume does not count, and transfers out of the account are switched off. Both bonus agreements need $500 to start and take new deposits only.

SuperFin's forum clause says it is for SuperFin's benefit only

Clause 27.2 requires you to bring any dispute in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and clause 27.3 states in terms that this is for SuperFin's benefit only and leaves it free to sue you anywhere. The Terms of use names a different forum again, Belize City, and clause 31(c) lets SuperFin hand your account to another company on seven business days' notice.

Clause 27.2 says any dispute must be dealt with by you in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Clause 27.3 says that arrangement is for the benefit of us only and does not stop SuperFin suing you in any jurisdiction. Clause 35.1 repeats the split for governing law.

Clause 29 is headed "Disclosure of any relevant conflicts of interest" and says SuperFin has no relationships or associations that might influence it. The same contract makes SuperFin the counterparty to all your trades, the setter of your prices, and a trader on its own account.

SuperFin takes the other side of your trade, so your loss is its gain, and clause 7.9 says it is not obliged to act in your best interests. The one clause meant to tell you about that says there is nothing to tell.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must identify their conflicts of interest, keep a written conflicts policy and disclose what they cannot manage. SuperFin's clause 29 states it has none, in a contract where it quotes the price, holds the other side and may deal on its own account.

SuperFin is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingMarket makers normally disclose the conflict in a sentence: we are your counterparty, we gain when you lose. A conflicts clause that denies any conflicts leaves the client nothing to weigh, while the rest of the contract sets the conflict out in detail.

The 56-page contract never says which company you are signing with

SuperFin's Client Agreement names your counterparty only as SuperFin Corp, with no registration number or address in 56 pages, and publishes those pages as images in a 220 MB file with no searchable text. The Terms of use gives a St Vincent registration, the Order Execution Policy gives a Belize registration, and the footer advertises ASIC regulation using an Australian company number. The agreement defines its anti-money-laundering duties by an act of Vanuatu.

SuperFin's Client Agreement runs to 56 pages and 220 MB because every page is an image. No text in it can be searched, copied or read aloud, and the file was built in a graphic design tool. The Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy are published the same way.

Why this matters

You cannot search this file for the word withdrawal, and on a phone connection you may not open it at all. Clause 7.10 still treats submitting the application form as confirming you read and understood it.

Our readingLegal documents are normally published as text, so a client can search a 56-page agreement for the clause that affects them. Publishing it as page images removes search, copy and screen reader access, and the 220 MB size puts it out of reach of an ordinary mobile connection.

The 56-page agreement identifies your counterparty only as SuperFin Corp, with no registration number, no address and no country. The Terms of use gives registration 1671 CTD 2024 in St Vincent and the Grenadines. The Order Execution Policy gives registration 137723 in Belize City, Belize.

Why this matters

You cannot tell which company holds your money or which regulator to approach. The footer advertises ASIC regulation of a third name, SuperFin Corp Pty Ltd, using an ACN, which is a company registration number rather than a financial services licence.

Exhibit 19WarningHarder than usual

WE/ US/ OUR means SuperFin Corp
Clause Schedule 1, WE/ US/ OUR in Client Agreement, p.56

Set against a regulated standard: ASIC (Australia)

Firms authorised by ASIC to deal in derivatives with retail clients hold an Australian financial services licence with its own number, and ASIC issues an Australian Company Number to every registered company. SuperFin's footer gives an ACN as its licence number.

SuperFin is not licensed by this regulator, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

The documents this reading is based on

14 files, all published by SuperFin. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording SuperFin publishes.

Who the contract is with

SuperFin Corp

The Client Agreement names your counterparty only as SuperFin Corp. Its definition list says "WE/ US/ OUR means SuperFin Corp" and gives no registration number, no address and no country anywhere in 56 pages. Its governing law clause points to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The other documents give three more answers. The Terms of use says the site is owned by Superfin Corp., registration number 1671 CTD 2024, at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The Order Execution Policy says Superfin Corp. sits at Second Floor No 24, Albert Hoy Avenue, Belize City, Belize, registration number 137723, regulated by the International Financial Services Commission (Saint Vincent), which is Belize's regulator and the one the Complaint Handling Policy links to. The Client Agreement then defines its anti-money-laundering duties by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act No.13 of 2014, which is Vanuatu's law. Every page footer advertises a second company, SuperFin Corp Pty Ltd, as regulated by ASIC with "license number (ACN) 687 282 499". An ACN is an Australian Company Number, the identifier every registered Australian company holds, and it is not a financial services licence number. Nothing in the 14 documents says which of the two companies a retail client contracts with.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

SuperFin publishes more than most offshore brokers: 14 legal documents, including an order execution policy, a complaints policy, an AML policy, a KYC policy, a refund policy and four promotion agreements. Clause 24.1 says that client money sits in segregated accounts and is held on trust, and clause 24.3(d) says SuperFin charges no fee for investing it. No document charges an inactivity or dormancy fee, a real cost many competitors do impose. The Order Execution Policy admits in its own words that your trades happen outside a regulated market and that you carry the risk of SuperFin defaulting. The Risk Disclosure says twice, in plain language, that you can lose more than your deposit. Clause 19.5 gives you 30 days' written notice before SuperFin closes your account, clause 16.6 sets a five business day target on any investigation that suspends it, and clause 10.6(b) makes SuperFin use its price-error powers in good faith and tell you afterwards. The 30% bonus terms show their volume formula with a worked example, which most bonus terms never do.

SuperFin publishes its Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure Statement and Privacy Policy as pictures of pages. The files hold no text that can be searched, copied or read aloud, and the Client Agreement runs to 220 MB. Every quotation from them is transcribed from the page images, so it cannot be matched against any text inside the files. No earlier version of any of the 14 documents is available for comparison. Three things are not covered. The contract says commission details, margin requirements, trade size limits and the product schedule all live inside the trading platform, which opens only after you have an account, so we can report no fee, spread or margin figure. The 30% bonus states a 90 lot requirement for a $1,000 deposit but never defines the lot it means, so the real target cannot be worked out from the document. The review covers only the first step of the account opening form, not an opened account.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the SuperFin file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document SuperFin publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge SuperFin on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 9, 2026.

If you represent SuperFin and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on SuperFin. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
