Independent safety report

Is tixee a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Updated August 21, 2026
Offshore broker with overstated and unconfirmed regulation

tixee is a real, operating offshore broker rather than an obvious scam, but the regulation it advertises does not protect the people who actually deposit on tixee.com, so we rate it high risk and unverified.

  • tixee.com is run by Pipbull Ltd, a Seychelles company; that offshore entity is what holds your money.
  • The CySEC (Cyprus) licence 411/22 it markets now belongs to a renamed sister company trading as Harmovest on hmvest.eu, and it never covered tixee.com.
  • We checked the Seychelles FSA current register of licensed securities dealers and could not find Pipbull Ltd on it.
  • Reviews are mostly positive with real broker replies, but a steady trickle of clients across 2023 to 2025 report being unable to withdraw profits.
  • No regulator warning list names tixee, and it is not a clone of another firm.

Regulation

7/10 · High

The deposit-taking entity Pipbull Ltd is not on the FSA current register, and the advertised CySEC licence belongs to a renamed sister firm on a different domain; a real licence exists in the group, so this is weak rather than fabricated.

Identity & transparency

4/10 · Moderate

Legal entities and a real management team are disclosed, but client money sits with an offshore Seychelles shell and the group has quietly split into a separate CySEC brand.

Withdrawals & conduct

5/10 · Moderate

A thin but recurring set of fund-access complaints across two platforms over 2023 to 2025, not a systematic denial pattern, and the broker replies to many reviews.

Reputation

4/10 · Moderate

394 Trustpilot reviews at 3.9 out of 5, net positive with a launch-era five-star burst; a handful of scam accusations and no regulator warnings.

Website claims

6/10 · High

tixee still presents CySEC 411/22 as its protection although that licence moved to Harmovest on hmvest.eu and never covered tixee.com.

Operational history

4/10 · Moderate

A verifiable operating history since 2022 with a Cyprus company from 2020; the 2007 domain predates the brand and does not extend it.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: tixee
  • Legal entity: Pipbull Ltd, the operator of tixee.com
  • Registered: Seychelles (offshore); day to day operations are reported to run from Limassol, Cyprus
  • Website: tixee.com (an EU arm was historically at tixee.eu)
  • Group licences claimed: CySEC 411/22, Seychelles FSA SD061, South Africa FSCA FSP 49648
  • Offers: forex and CFDs on currencies, indices, shares, commodities and crypto, on MetaTrader plus social and copy trading
  • Not accepted: the usual offshore exclusions such as the United States and other restricted markets
  • Age claim: launched in 2022; the Cyprus company was set up in 2020

Licences the broker publishes

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC)

VerifiedTier 2Limited relevance
An EU tier-2 investment firm (CIF) licence under MiFID II, originally issued to tixee's Cyprus arm GVD Korimcy Ltd.
Protection: Investor Compensation Fund cover for the licensed entity's own EU clients, but it does not extend to the tixee.com offshore entity.

Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA)

Reported as SD061, but Pipbull Ltd does not appear among licensed Securities Dealers on the FSA current register; only a representative accreditation remains, so it appears to have lapsed or Tier 3
A low-tier offshore Securities Dealer licence claimed by Pipbull Ltd, the company that operates tixee.com.
Protection: Minimal; offshore, with no meaningful client-money compensation scheme.Official register

Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), South Africa

VerifiedTier 2Limited relevance
A South African Financial Services Provider (FSP) authorisation held by the group's local company GVT Korimza (Pty) Ltd.
Protection: Applies to South African clients of the FSP entity only; it does not protect tixee.com deposits held by the Seychelles company.
Seychelles FSA capital markets register on 21 August 2026; Pipbull Ltd does not appear among the licensed Securities Dealers.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We rate tixee high risk and unverified because the protection it advertises does not line up with the entity that takes client money.

  • The flagship CySEC licence has left tixee. Licence 411/22 was issued to GVD Korimcy Ltd, tixee's Cyprus arm. That company has since renamed itself Harmovest Capital (Cyprus) Ltd and now trades on hmvest.eu. The CySEC approved domain is hmvest.eu, not tixee.com, so the Cyprus licence gives tixee.com clients no cover.
  • The Seychelles licence is not confirmed active. tixee.com is operated by Pipbull Ltd, which relies on a Seychelles FSA securities dealer licence (reported as SD061). We read the FSA current list of licensed securities dealers in full and Pipbull Ltd is not on it; only a representative accreditation in Pipbull's name remains, which suggests the dealer licence has lapsed or been withdrawn.
  • The offshore structure carries little protection. A Seychelles shell holding client funds, with no compensation scheme, is the weakest tier of oversight even when the paperwork is in order.
  • There are real fund-access complaints. Across Trustpilot and Forex Peace Army, a minority of clients over 2023 to 2025 describe profits or withdrawals being blocked, with amounts such as 2,300 and 57,000 US dollars.
  • But there is no evidence of outright fraud. No regulator warning names tixee, it does not impersonate another firm, and it is not running an advance-fee or exit-scam pattern, which is why we stop short of a scam verdict.

  • E2On the Seychelles FSA current capital markets register, Pipbull Ltd does not appear among the 232 licensed Securities Dealers; only a representative accreditation in Pipbull's name remains, so the dealer licence for the tixee.com operator could not be confirmed as active.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

There is a genuine case that tixee is a legitimate, if aggressively offshore, business.

  • It launched in 2022 with a management team drawn from established brokers such as Exness, FxPro and easyMarkets, and it reports serving a large client base across many countries.
  • A real, active CySEC licence does exist inside the group, and the Cyprus entity is a properly incorporated firm, not a paper shell.
  • Its Trustpilot profile is net positive (394 reviews, 3.9 out of 5, over 90 percent at four or five stars), and the company visibly replies to complaints.
  • The Seychelles securities dealer licence was clearly issued at some point, and offshore registers are sometimes slow to reflect the current state of a firm.
  • No financial regulator has placed tixee or tixee.com on a warning or alert list.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Our rating would improve or worsen on the following.

  • Toward safer: Pipbull Ltd appearing as an active licensed securities dealer on the Seychelles FSA register, with a matching licence number, would lift the regulation concern.
  • Toward safer: tixee.com being brought under a licence whose approved domain actually lists tixee.com, so the advertised regulation matches the site.
  • Toward worse: a regulator warning naming tixee.com, or a clustered spike of specific, documented withdrawal refusals, would push this toward a scam verdict.
  • Toward worse: confirmation that the Seychelles licence was cancelled while tixee.com kept advertising it.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

12 questions
Is tixee a scam?

We did not find evidence that tixee is an outright scam. It is a real, operating offshore broker with a net-positive review record and no regulator warnings. The main problem is that the regulation it advertises does not protect the tixee.com entity, so we rate it high risk and unverified.

Is tixee regulated?

Only weakly for tixee.com clients. The site is run by Pipbull Ltd in Seychelles, and we could not confirm that company on the Seychelles FSA current register of licensed securities dealers. The CySEC licence it shows now belongs to a separate renamed firm and does not cover tixee.com.

Who owns and operates tixee.com?

tixee.com is operated by Pipbull Ltd, a company registered in Seychelles. The group also had a Cyprus company (GVD Korimcy Ltd) and a South African company (GVT Korimza Pty Ltd), and operations are reported to be run from Limassol, Cyprus.

What happened to tixee's CySEC licence?

CySEC licence 411/22 was issued to GVD Korimcy Ltd, tixee's Cyprus arm. That company renamed itself Harmovest Capital (Cyprus) Ltd and now operates the separate brand hmvest.eu. The CySEC approved domain is hmvest.eu, so the licence does not cover tixee.com.

Can I withdraw my money from tixee?

Most reviewers do not complain about withdrawals, but a minority across 2023 to 2025 report profits or withdrawals being blocked, sometimes after making gains. Treat large balances with caution and test small withdrawals first.

Is my money safe with tixee?

Money deposited on tixee.com is held by an offshore Seychelles entity with no meaningful compensation scheme, and we could not confirm its licence is currently active. That is a materially weaker position than a licence from a tier-1 regulator.

How old is tixee?

tixee launched in 2022, and its Cyprus company was set up in 2020, so the operating history is roughly four to six years. The tixee.com domain was first registered back in 2007, but that predates the brand and does not extend its track record.

What is the Seychelles FSA licence worth?

A Seychelles FSA securities dealer licence is a low-tier offshore authorisation. It does little to protect retail client deposits even when active, and in tixee's case we could not confirm it is currently on the FSA register.

Is tixee a clone of another broker?

No. tixee is its own brand and does not impersonate another regulated firm. The confusion here comes from its own group splitting into a separate CySEC brand (Harmovest), not from cloning.

Why does tixee still show a CySEC licence if it moved to Harmovest?

tixee's marketing continues to reference the CySEC entity by its former name (GVD Korimcy Ltd). On the CySEC register that entity is now Harmovest Capital with the domain hmvest.eu, so presenting it as protection for tixee.com is misleading.

What should I check before depositing with tixee?

Confirm which legal entity your account contract names, whether that entity holds a current licence covering tixee.com, and the withdrawal terms. If the contract is with the Seychelles company, understand that you are dealing with a lightly regulated offshore broker.

What do I do if I was scammed or cannot withdraw from tixee?

Gather your account statements, deposit records and all correspondence, file a formal written withdrawal request, and complain to the regulator named in your contract. If your card or bank was used, ask about a chargeback, and be wary of recovery services that ask for an upfront fee.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat tixee as a high risk offshore broker and verify before depositing.

  • Show a risk banner explaining that tixee.com is operated by a Seychelles entity whose licence we could not confirm, and that the advertised CySEC licence sits with a separate renamed firm.
  • Do not delist; there is no confirmed fraud, but keep the report public given the regulatory gap.
  • Correct our own record: the Seychelles number is SD061 (not SD020), and CySEC no longer covers tixee.com.
  • Re-check in about 90 days for the FSA register status and any warning-list activity.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears. Review scores are treated with caution when a broker’s reviews look manipulated. Last reviewed August 21, 2026.
