TradeEU Global is the brand of TRADESENSE HOLDING LTD, a Mauritius company that says it does not serve EU residents. Its Islamic account page promises no overnight rollover fees, and clause 24.1 caps swap free trading at seven calendar days. Filing a complaint is a listed ground for closing your account without notice. An account with no trades for 31 days is charged EUR 35 a month, rising to EUR 500. A withdrawal can carry a fee of no less than EUR 50.

What the documents say

24 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from TradeEU Global's own files

01

The Islamic account page promises no night rollover fees. Clause 24.1 limits swap free status to seven calendar days, and after that TradeEU Global charges swaps again.

Why this matters

If you opened this account to avoid interest for religious reasons, the contract gives you a week. Clause 24.2 then replaces the swap with an administration fee the company can change whenever it likes.

Exhibit 1CriticalRarely seen7 days

This limited timeframe of having free swaps can only be up to seven (7) calendar days.
Clause 24.1 in Terms and Conditions, p.27
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsA position held for 30 days on this account carries swaps for 23 of those days, because only the first seven are free.

Our readingA swap free account is normally open ended, with the broker keeping a right to withdraw it from someone who abuses it. Here the contract caps it at seven calendar days for everyone and puts a fee in its place.

02

TradeEU Global can end the relationship without notice if you complain. Clause 33.3 lists a complaint to the company or to a regulator alongside death and bankruptcy.

Why this matters

You can lose the account you were complaining about. Clause 33.9 also lets the company close the positions connected to your complaint and take back any bonus and the gains on it.

Exhibit 2CriticalRarely seen

The Company may terminate the relationship without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
Clause 33.3 in Terms and Conditions, p.36
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must handle a retail complaint through a set procedure and must point the client to an independent scheme. This contract makes the complaint itself a ground for ending the relationship without notice.

TradeEU Global is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingMost agreements treat a complaint as the start of a procedure. This one lists it twice as a reason to terminate without notice, at paragraph (e) and again at paragraph (i), next to insolvency and death.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 6A complaint can end the relationship, and a statement you did not challenge within two calendar days is already final.
03

TradeEU Global treats an account with no trades for 30 calendar days as dormant. The monthly fee then starts at EUR 35 and climbs in six steps to EUR 500 a month.

In plain words

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Why this matters

Stop trading for a month and the fees begin eating your balance. A deposit does not count as activity, so only an open position stops the clock, and clause 29.2 lets the company close an account once the balance reaches zero.

Exhibit 3CriticalRarely seen$500

Client accounts in which there have been no trades for a period of more than 30 calendar days will be considered by the Company as being dormant accounts.
Clause 29.1 in Terms and Conditions, p.34
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsAn untouched account is charged EUR 35, then EUR 55, then EUR 155 over the three months that follow. That is EUR 245 of your balance gone without a single trade.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before they trade. TradeEU Global sets this fee out in a table on page 34 of a 45 page document, while its account pages say there are no hidden fees.

TradeEU Global is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingAn inactivity fee normally starts after six to twelve months and stays flat. This one starts in the second month, rises sixfold by month seven, and cannot be stopped by funding the account.

04

TradeEU Global can take a withdrawal processing fee of no less than EUR 50 under clause 28.14. The clause sets no upper limit, and the amount can rise with your country or your payment method.

Why this matters

The smallest wire withdrawal the policy allows is 50 EUR, so the fee can swallow the whole request. It sits in the terms, not in the Deposit and Withdrawal Policy you would read about withdrawals.

Exhibit 4CriticalRarely seen$50

The Company may, at its sole discretion, apply a withdrawal processing fee of no less than EUR 50, or such higher amount as may be determined based on the Client’s jurisdiction, the selected payment method, the payment service provider involved, and/or any other relevant circumstances.
Clause 28.14 in Terms and Conditions, p.32
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsA 50 EUR wire withdrawal, the smallest the policy allows, meets a 50 EUR processing fee. Nothing reaches your bank.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before they trade. Here the fee has no stated maximum and the company sets it case by case.

TradeEU Global is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingA flat withdrawal fee is ordinary. A fee with a floor, no ceiling, and the amount decided by the company after you ask for your money is not.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 7The withdrawal can be held until the company is satisfied with your documents, then charged at least EUR 50 when it is released.
05

Every $1,000 of bonus carries a 300 lot trading requirement, and the bonus agreement counts one lot as a $100,000 trade. Withdraw before you finish and TradeEU Global can waive the profits you made.

Why this matters

Profit made while the bonus sits in your account is not yours to take out until those lots are done. Ask early and the bonus and every profit since it landed are cancelled.

Exhibit 5CriticalRarely seen300

For every 1000 USD provided as a bonus to the client is subject to turnover of 300 lots minimum trading volume. While each turnover of 1 lot is considered equivalent to the standard size of USD 100,000 trade.
Clause Section II (i) in Tradesense Bonus Agreement English
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsA $1,000 bonus requires 300 lots. At the $100,000 a lot the agreement states, that is $30,000,000 of turnover before the profit is yours.

Our readingBonus turnover is usually a multiple of the bonus. Defining one lot as a $100,000 trade puts the requirement for a four figure bonus into the tens of millions.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3Thirty days without a trade makes the account dormant, and a dormant account loses the bonus profits it had not yet traded out.
06

You get two calendar days to object to a statement of account or a certification. After that, clause 16.2 makes the company's figures final and binding on you.

Why this matters

Miss the window and the balance TradeEU Global says you have is the balance you have. The clock runs in calendar days, so a statement issued on a Friday can expire before the markets reopen.

Exhibit 6CriticalHarder than usual2 days

Any confirmation or proof for any act or statement of Account or certification issued by the Company in relation to any transaction or other matter shall be final and binding on the Client, unless the Client has any objection in relation to such statement of Account or certification and the said objection is communicated in writing and received by the Company within two calendar days from the receipt of the deemed date of receipt of any statement of Account or certification.
Clause 16.2 in Terms and Conditions, p.23
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client a complaints procedure and access to an independent scheme, with months rather than days to bring a dispute. TradeEU Global makes its own statement final after two calendar days.

TradeEU Global is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Three routes to losing profit you have already made

Any indication or suspicion of scalping voids every transaction and all profit on a TradeEU Global account under clause 8.18. A chargeback lets the company seize profits regardless of how the chargeback ends. Suspected bad faith under the bonus agreement nullifies all profits and withholds unused funds on termination.

Profit at risk3 clauses flagged

Any indication or suspicion of scalping or sniping, judged by TradeEU Global alone, makes all your transactions and all the profit on them void under clause 8.18. No notice is required first.

Why this matters

Trading in and out quickly puts your whole account history in question. The contract describes scalping as profiting from small price changes, which covers a great deal of ordinary short term trading.

Exhibit 8CriticalHarder than usual

Any indication or suspicion, in the Company’s discretion, of any form of scalping and/or sniping or/and other form of deceitful techniques will result in all transactions carried out and/or profits garnered as invalid/voided.
Clause 8.18 in Terms and Conditions, p.17
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

TradeEU Global can seize any profits or revenues after a chargeback, dispute or retrieval. Clause 30.8 applies regardless of how the chargeback ends, and the company's decision is final.

Why this matters

Query a card payment with your bank, win the query, and the contract still allows the company to keep your profits and shut the account.

Exhibit 9CriticalRarely seen

In addition, in case of chargeback, dispute, retrieval or any type of fraudulent transaction, regardless of the outcome of the chargeback case, the Company reserves the right to block the Client’s online trading facility and/or not reactivate it and/or terminate his/her account with us.
Clause 30.8 in Terms and Conditions, p.35
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingForfeiture here does not depend on the outcome. The clause applies regardless of the outcome of the chargeback case, so a client who is proved right is treated the same as one who is not.

If TradeEU Global suspects you acted with what it calls a lack of good faith, the bonus agreement lets it nullify all profits and block your account. On permanent termination it says unused funds are withheld by the company.

Why this matters

The test is the company's own suspicion, and the phrase is never defined in the agreement. Nothing in the clause requires proof, a notice, or a right of reply.

Exhibit 10CriticalHarder than usual

If the Company suspects any wrongdoing, deception, fraud or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity in a Client’s trading or if the Client otherwise is suspected to have acted with a lack of good faith towards the Company, then the Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, to:
Clause Section II (x) in Tradesense Bonus Agreement English
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
  • Worse together with Exhibit 5The turnover requirement keeps the money in the account, and this clause lets the company take the profits while it is there.

Every withdrawal is a review TradeEU Global can hold open

Clause 34.3 lets TradeEU Global withhold any withdrawal until every document it asks for satisfies it completely, with no deadline on the review. Processing takes three business days, then another five to seven working days for the money to land. A withdrawal request inside the first 30 days of a new account makes that account dormant and chargeable.

Exit conditions3 clauses flagged

TradeEU Global can hold any withdrawal until you have provided every document it asks for, to its complete satisfaction, under clause 34.3. There is no list of documents and no deadline on the review.

Why this matters

Your money stays in the trading account while the company decides whether it is satisfied. Clause 34.10 lets it reverse your request and put the funds back, and the payment policy lets it reject a request it considers may not be legitimate.

Exhibit 7CriticalHarder than usual

The Company may not approve and reasonably withhold any withdrawal request unless all requested documents and information are provided by the Client to its complete satisfaction.
Clause 34.3 in Terms and Conditions, p.38
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must complete customer checks before taking a retail client on, so a document request does not arrive for the first time at withdrawal. This contract lets TradeEU Global open the request at any point and hold the money until it is satisfied.

TradeEU Global is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 16The document request carries a 10 day deadline on your side and no deadline at all on the company's.

A withdrawal request inside the first 30 days turns a new account into a dormant one under clause 29.1. The dormancy fees then start at EUR 35 for the month.

Why this matters

Take your money out early and TradeEU Global can bill you an inactivity fee on an account you have just opened and just used.

Exhibit 12WarningRarely seen30 days

Any new Trading Account for which the client requests a withdrawal before the first 30 calendar days of its operation, will be considered by the Company as being Dormant Account and will be subject to a dormancy fee as per the table below:
Clause 29.1 in Terms and Conditions, p.34
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingA dormancy fee normally punishes inactivity. This one is also triggered by activity: asking for your own money back in the first month.

TradeEU Global processes a withdrawal request within three business days, then asks you to allow another five to seven working days for the money to arrive.

Why this matters

Up to ten working days can pass between your request and your money. Withdrawals must also go back to the account the deposit came from, so a closed card or bank account means a new review.

Exhibit 23NoticeStandard wording3 working days

Upon the Company receiving an instruction from the Client to withdraw funds from the Client’s Account, the Client’s withdrawal request will be processed within three (3) business days upon submission of the withdrawal request.

A Mauritius company, a Cyprus paying agent, and margin that is not client money

Clients contract with TRADESENSE HOLDING LTD, Mauritius company 183967, which states FSC licence GB21026906 in all eight documents. Clause 18.4 says margin payments are not client money, and clause 6.7 passes money received for deposits and settlements to third party execution providers. No compensation scheme is named anywhere, and the website adds a Cyprus paying agent that no legal document mentions.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

Counterparty and client money2 clauses flagged

Your margin payments sit outside client money protection under clause 18.4. Clause 6.7 hands money received for deposits and settlements to third party execution providers and describes it as money that is not client money.

Why this matters

Segregation is what keeps your balance separate if TradeEU Global fails. Clause 6.2 lets the company pool your money with other clients' and use it, and clause 6.6 lets it take money out of the segregated account without telling you.

Exhibit 11CriticalRarely seen

When the Company accepts payment of a Margin Call the Client immediately receives Reciprocal Obligations under the Trade Contract Terms where the Margin Call payments purchase that Reciprocal Obligation and are not "client money".
Clause 18.4 in Terms and Conditions, p.24
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must hold retail client money in segregated accounts and must not use it for their own business. This contract pays money into a segregated account when required by Law, allows it to be co-mingled and used, and treats margin as not client money.

TradeEU Global is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingTreating a client's margin and deposit money as outside client money reverses the protection that segregation exists to provide.

You contract with TRADESENSE HOLDING LTD, registered in Mauritius as company 183967 under FSC licence GB21026906. Its website names a second company, TRADESENSE HOLDING CYPRUS LTD, as the paying agent, and no legal document mentions it.

Why this matters

The company that moves your money is not in the contract you sign, so you have no terms against it. No compensation scheme is named anywhere, and clause 37.5 points you to a Financial Ombudsman it never identifies.

Exhibit 24NoticeStandard wording

It is registered in Mauritius with company number 183967, authorized and regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "FSC") with license number GB21026906 to carry out investment business as permitted under the Mauritius Financial Services Act 2007.

The Islamic account is sold as swap free and contracted for seven days

TradeEU Global's Islamic account page, in English and in Arabic, promises no night rollover fees. Clause 24.1 limits swap free status to seven calendar days, after which swaps resume and an administration fee the company sets replaces them. The site runs in seven languages while clause 3.5 makes only the English text binding.

Promise against clause2 clauses flagged

The Risk Disclosure Policy guarantees there will be no negative balance in your account. Four pages later the same policy says a small adverse move can expose you to a large additional loss.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

You cannot tell from these documents whether a loss below zero is written off or billed to you. Clause 34.7 of the terms says a reversed deposit may leave your account negative.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give retail clients negative balance protection on CFDs, account by account, and cannot contract out of it. TradeEU Global states the guarantee in one clause and warns of loss beyond the deposit in another.

TradeEU Global is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingA negative balance guarantee and a warning of loss beyond the deposit sit in the same seven page policy, and nothing says which one governs.

TradeEU Global runs its site in Arabic, French, German, Italian, Korean and Spanish, and promises support in your preferred language. Clause 39.2 says everything you receive from the company will be in English.

Four fees in the contract that the account pages do not carry

A TradeEU Global withdrawal can carry a processing fee of no less than EUR 50 with no stated ceiling. A deposit can carry 3% plus 0.25 cents, a new application $50, and an overnight position up to 10% of the swap on top of the swap itself. Each one is in a PDF, while the account pages say there are no hidden fees.

Cost disclosure3 clauses flagged

A deposit can be charged 3% plus 0.25 cents on top of the amount you send, under clause 1.2 of the Deposit and Withdrawal Policy. The Islamic account page tells you to fund your account without any commissions.

Why this matters

Clause 1.2 in Deposit and Withdrawal Policy, p.3
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

Where it sits: section 6 of 30 in the Deposit and Withdrawal Policy, near the start.

What it costsA $1,000 deposit charged at 3% costs $30 on top, so you pay $1,030 to get $1,000 into the account.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must disclose costs and charges to a retail client before they trade. TradeEU Global puts this one in a separate policy document while its account pages say there are no hidden fees.

TradeEU Global is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Hold a forex position overnight and clause 21.3 adds a transaction fee of up to 10% of the swap value. It applies to a swap credit as well as a swap charge.

Why this matters

Your overnight cost is higher than the swap rate you looked up. On the nights the swap pays you, the fee still applies, and clause 34.8 gives the company the interest earned on your deposited funds.

Exhibit 14WarningRarely seen10%

Where an Order for a Margin FX Contract is held overnight, the Client agrees to pay the Company a transaction fee of up to 10% of the value of the Swap Charge or Swap Credit.
Clause 21.3 in Terms and Conditions, p.26
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingA broker's overnight charge is normally the swap itself. This clause adds a fee of up to 10% on top and applies it to a credit as well, so a payment owed to the client carries a charge.

TradeEU Global can charge $50 just to examine your application, under clause 28.11. The same clause then says it may not be charged at all.

Why this matters

You can pay $50 before you even have an account, and the contract leaves it to the company to decide who pays. Nothing on the registration page mentions it.

Exhibit 15WarningRarely seen$50

Examination of application fees of USD 50, at the discretion of the Company are applied to all new applications due to the administration costs incurred by the Company when examining clients’ applications.
Clause 28.11 in Terms and Conditions, p.31
Downloaded from the broker's site on Open the reference

Our readingAn application examination fee is not a normal cost of opening a retail trading account. This clause applies it to all new applications and then makes it discretionary.

The terms and the margin can both change without you

TradeEU Global can amend the agreement at any time, and clause 1.5 treats five days of silence as acceptance. Fees and swap rates move on two days notice. Clause 15.4 closes positions at 5% margin, including positions carrying a guaranteed stop loss, and the margin on any instrument can be changed at the company's sole discretion.

The documents this reading is based on

8 files, all published by TradeEU Global. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording TradeEU Global publishes.

Who the contract is with

TRADESENSE HOLDING LTD

TRADESENSE HOLDING LTD is the company a client contracts with: a Mauritius company, number 183967, which states FSC licence number GB21026906 in all eight documents. It is not an EU firm, despite the TradeEU name and the tradeeu.global address, and its own website says it does not provide services to residents of the European Union. The website also names TRADESENSE HOLDING CYPRUS LTD, registration number HE 441511, as the paying agent. No legal document mentions that company, so the agreement gives a client no terms against the entity that moves the money.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

All eight legal documents sit on one public page and download without a login. The Complaint Handling Policy sets real deadlines: a reply within 48 hours, resolution inside four weeks, and a final response within eight weeks, with a complaint form attached. The dormancy fees are published as a table with figures rather than a cross reference to a web page. The 5% stop out level advertised on the account pages matches clause 15.5 of the terms.

The Terms and Conditions run to 45 pages, and the copy available stops partway through clause 44.3, so the final page is not covered. For that reason we do not report how deep in that document any of its clauses sit. The contract specifications sheet did not come out readable, so none of its figures are used here. The other six documents are covered in full, and every quotation from them comes from the files on the broker's own legal page. The Help Centre page would not open, so any fee answers published there are not set against the contract. The client portal needs an account, so the deposit and withdrawal screens a funded client sees are not covered. No earlier version of any of these documents is available for comparison.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the TradeEU Global file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document TradeEU Global publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge TradeEU Global on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 8, 2026.

If you represent TradeEU Global and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on TradeEU Global. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
