TradingPRO advertises withdrawals within 24 hours. Its contract allows two working days after an approval that has no deadline. You get three working days to complain, and then the broker's own records are final. It sells a ScalpX account for scalping while its contract calls scalping abusive and lets it claw back profits.

What the documents say

19 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from Trading Pro's own files

01

TradingPRO's payments page promises every method pays out within 24 hours. Clause 9.7 of the client agreement gives the firm two working days, and the clock only starts once it approves your request. Nothing in the contract sets a deadline for that approval.

Why this matters

Your money can sit unpaid far longer than the page you read before depositing promised. The contract sets no outer limit on how long TradingPRO may take to approve a request. Only after approval do the two working days start.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must keep marketing fair, clear and not misleading, and must not advertise a payout speed their own terms do not support. TradingPRO's payments page states 24 hours for every method while clause 9.7 allows two working days after an approval with no deadline.

Trading Pro is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 9The open ended approval step decides when payment starts, and the same method rule decides whether a route home exists at all.
02

TradingPRO sells a ScalpX account and calls it engineered for scalping, and that account page says all strategies are allowed. Clause 15.1 of the client agreement lists scalping among abusive activities. Clause 18.3 makes scalping an Event of Default.

Why this matters

You can open the account TradingPRO built for scalping, trade as advertised, and still hand it a reason to take your profits back. The same clause 15.1 forbids automated software, artificial intelligence and holding a long and a short position at once.

Our readingBrokers commonly ban scalping, and brokers commonly sell accounts built for it. Doing both at once puts the client on two sides of one rule, and the firm decides which side applies.

  • Same clause as Exhibit 7Clause 15 both defines the banned strategy and supplies the power to take back profits made with it.
03

You get three working days from the incident to file a claim, under clause 22.6. Clause 14.2 gives you 48 hours to challenge your account records before they count as accurate and final. Claims sent by any other route are not valid.

Why this matters

A problem you spot on day four cannot be claimed, because the clock runs from the incident and not from when you noticed. The form you must use is named in clause 22.3 but published nowhere. Three working days is the whole window.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must give a retail client months rather than days to complain, and must point them to an independent ombudsman that costs the client nothing. TradingPRO's contract allows three working days and names no external scheme.

Trading Pro is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 4Miss the internal window and the only route left is a private arbitration abroad that you pay for if you lose.
04

Every dispute with TradingPRO goes to arbitration under London Court of International Arbitration rules, in London, in English, under clause 37. The decision is final. Clause 37.7 makes the losing side pay the arbitrator's fees and the winner's legal costs, so a claim you lose costs you twice.

Why this matters

Bringing a small claim means starting a private arbitration abroad, and losing it means paying the other side's lawyers. Clause 37.5 keeps the whole case confidential, so no other client learns what happened.

Exhibit 4CriticalRarely seen

This Agreement, including any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with it, shall be exclusively and finally resolved through arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Clause.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA and CySEC must give retail clients access to an independent complaints scheme that is free to use. TradingPRO's clause 37.1 sends every dispute to arbitration in London instead, and clause 37.7 puts the costs on whoever loses.

Trading Pro is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingArbitration under London Court of International Arbitration rules is a device for commercial contracts between companies. Pointed at a retail trading account, it replaces a free complaints route with a private process the client funds if they lose.

05

If your account goes below zero, clause 9.9 lets TradingPRO take the shortfall from any other account in your Members Area. It can also take it from another Members Area it treats as linked to you. TradingPRO makes that decision on its own assessment.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Why this matters

Money in an account that never made the loss can cover it, including one belonging to someone TradingPRO connects to you. The contract sets no test for what counts as a connection and gives you no appeal.

Exhibit 5CriticalRarely seen

In the event of a negative account balance, we are authorized to offset this balance without further consent by transferring funds from any other account within your Members Area, or from an account belonging to another Members Area linked to you, based on our assessment of a connection between the accounts.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), ESMA (EU)

Firms under the FCA and ESMA retail CFD rules must give retail clients negative balance protection, so a client cannot lose more than the money in the account. TradingPRO's agreement contains no such protection, and clause 9.9 reaches into other accounts.

Trading Pro is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingOffsetting a deficit against a third party's balance is a commercial lending device. In a retail trading agreement it means another person's account can be drained to cover a loss it had no part in, on the firm's own view of a connection.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 18No negative balance protection creates the deficit, and clause 9.9 decides whose money pays for it.
06

TradingPRO limits what it owes you to 50% of the affected trade under clause 16.2. That cap applies even when the loss comes from its own gross negligence, wilful default or fraud. Clause 34.3 then says nothing in the agreement limits liability for fraud.

Why this matters

If TradingPRO causes your loss and accepts it, you can recover half the trade at most. Which clause wins is unsettled on the contract's own wording. You would argue that in arbitration in London.

Exhibit 6CriticalRarely seen50%

Despite the aforementioned, liability will be assumed in instances where your loss results from gross negligence, wilful default, or fraud by us provided always that the maximum liability incurred by us shall not exceed 50% of the affected trade amount.

What it costsOn a $10,000 trade that TradingPRO accepts it got wrong, clause 16.2 caps what you can recover at $5,000.

Our readingLiability caps are ordinary. Extending one to the firm's own fraud and wilful default is not, and here it sits against another clause in the same agreement saying fraud liability is untouched.

TradingPRO names three fees and prices none of them

Clause 10.3 names a transfer fee, a withdrawal fee and a currency conversion fee, and gives an amount for none. The text printed under the heading "Transfer Fee" describes hedging rather than any fee. TradingPRO's legal page lists 13 documents and not one of them is a fee schedule, while clause 10.4 makes keeping up with fee changes your responsibility.

Cost disclosure2 clauses flagged

TradingPRO's fee clause names a transfer fee, a withdrawal fee and a currency conversion fee, and gives an amount for none of them. The text under the heading "Transfer Fee" describes hedging instead of a fee. Its legal page lists 13 documents and not one is a fee schedule.

Why this matters

You cannot work out before depositing what a deposit, a withdrawal or a conversion will cost. Every account is held in US Dollars, so a deposit in any other currency meets the conversion fee. Clause 10.4 makes keeping up with fee changes your job.

Trading Pro is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Requesting a personal report of the tax TradingPRO handled for you can be charged to your account, under clause 31. The contract gives no amount. Withdrawals are paid gross, so working out your tax is your job.

Why this matters

A document you need for your own tax return has a price TradingPRO sets after you ask. Amendments and late filings can be charged on top.

Your money comes back the way it went in, or not at all

Clause 9.6 allows withdrawal only to the payment system you deposited from, in the same currency, and TradingPRO's payments page limits card withdrawals to a partial refund. A different route can carry an extra commission calculated from TradingPRO's own costs. Its refund policy allows a refund only within 7 days and only if you placed no trades, and deducts any exchange rate loss TradingPRO suffered.

Exit conditions2 clauses flagged

You may only withdraw to the payment system you deposited from, under clause 9.6, and in the same currency. TradingPRO's payments page shows card withdrawals as "Partial refund" only. Using a different route can carry an extra commission set by TradingPRO's own costs.

Why this matters

Profit above what you paid in cannot come back to your card, so you depend on TradingPRO offering another route. Clause 9.7 also lets it refuse a request where your bank details do not match the deposit.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual

You are permitted to withdraw your funds exclusively to the payment systems originally used for deposit within our platform. Primarily, funds will be reverted to bank cards. A card refund is possible only if you placed no trades, and only within 7 days of the payment, under TradingPRO's refund policy. The policy also takes out of your refund any exchange rate loss TradingPRO itself suffered.

TradingPRO can reclaim paid profits and reach into a linked account

Clause 15.2 lets TradingPRO withhold profits made while breaking a trading rule and pull them back if it already paid them, and clause 15.3 says it need not tell you. Clause 9.9 goes further: a negative balance can be covered from any account in your Members Area, or from another Members Area TradingPRO decides is linked to you. It makes that decision on its own assessment, with no test and no appeal.

Money already earned1 clause flagged

Profits you made while breaking a trading rule can be withheld, and clause 15.2 lets TradingPRO take them back after paying them. The rules cover scalping, automated software and holding a long and short position at once. Clause 15.3 says it need not tell you.

Why this matters

A payout you have already received is not settled, and TradingPRO decides on its own whether a rule was broken. Clause 15.2 does limit the clawback to the profits from the breach, so your deposit is not in scope.

Exhibit 7WarningHarder than usual

The bonus TradingPRO advertises has no terms on its legal page

TradingPRO advertises a 20% deposit bonus while its legal page publishes terms for the Power Edge Bonus and a 50% Expo Deposit Bonus, and nothing for the one being promoted. Clause 1.4 says a promotion's own rules amend your client agreement. TradingPRO sets the price, may take the other side, and bars quote disputes

Clause 7.1 says TradingPRO or an affiliate may act as the counterparty to your trades, that it sets the prices on its platform, and that it keeps any profit from its hedging. Clause 12.2 lets it change the stop loss rates it accepts on positions you already hold. Clause 22.6 then refuses any claim that rests on its price differing from another firm's, and clause 22.7 makes its own server logs the evidence.

In plain words

On a principal basis, as your counterparty, means the broker takes the other side of your trade itself. Your loss is then the firm’s gain, so it has an interest in how your trade ends.

What changed quietly

This is our first reading of TradingPRO, so there is nothing to compare it against.

  • REWRITTENClause · 2025-05-17 to 2026-05-08

Japan was dropped from the list of countries TradingPRO says it does not serve, so Japanese residents moved from excluded to accepted with no announcement.

The Company does not offer its services to residents of certain countries including, but not limited to, Australia, Belgium, France, Iran, North Korea, and the USA.

The documents this reading is based on

3 files, all published by Trading Pro. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording Trading Pro publishes.

Who the contract is with

TradingPro International Limited

Clause 1.1 names TradingPro International Limited as the company you contract with. It is registered in Mauritius, number 208079 GBC, and licensed by the Financial Services Commission there under GB23202513. TradingPRO's regulations page also names TradingPro International (PTY) LTD, a South African firm under FSCA licence FSP 49624. Neither page says which of the two a retail client gets. Clause 33.1 then defines the rules governing your account by reference to the South African regulator, which supervises the other company. A separate Dubai company, TradingPLUS L.L.C-FZ, runs the prop trading brand at plus.tradingpro.com under its own set of agreements.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

TradingPRO publishes its client agreement as 37 numbered clauses in plain web pages rather than PDFs, so any clause can be linked, searched and read on a phone. Every document on its legal page carries its own last updated date. Clause 15.2 limits a profit clawback to the profits from the breach, so a deposit is not in scope. Clause 13.4 refunds a fee charged on an order it then cancels. Clause 37.6 requires any arbitration award to be written and reasoned. Most brokers we read publish less than this.

We could not open today's copies of four pages on TradingPRO's own site, including the client agreement. Every clause quoted here comes from copies TradingPRO published between May and October 2025, and each reference names the copy we read. The agreement's own label says it was last updated on May 20, 2025, and the broker's legal page still showed that date in May 2026, so the wording we read is the wording TradingPRO calls current. We cannot confirm it word for word against today's copy. TradingPRO's legal page lists 13 documents. We read the client agreement end to end, plus the refund policy and the legal index. We read only part of the risk disclosure, and we did not read the order execution policy, the AML policy, the privacy policy or the partner agreement at all. No copy of the client agreement from 2026 exists anywhere we could look, so nothing in this reading rests on a comparison between two versions of it.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the Trading Pro file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document Trading Pro publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge Trading Pro on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 29, 2026.

If you represent Trading Pro and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on Trading Pro. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
