Finding

A genuine Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting) licence, category SEC-2.1B, issued on 28 October 2025 to TRENDING MARKETS (INTERNATIONAL) LTD as a Global Business licensee. It covers only this Mauritius company, not Trendo LLC in Armenia, and it does not authorise business in Russia or Iran. Client protection: Low. There is no compensation scheme; complaints go to the FSC portal, and Trendo's own terms say the FSC Ombudsperson route does not apply to this Global Business licensee. Effective: 28 Oct 2025.

Most Popular Questions

Only partly. Trendo's client agreement says client money is usually held in pooled omnibus accounts, kept apart from Trendo's own funds but possibly outside Mauritius, and there is no compensation scheme for clients of its Mauritius Global Business licensee. Retail clients get negative balance protection, so they cannot lose more than they deposited, but Trendo can switch it off in cases of abuse, breach of its terms or abnormal conditions and then hold the client responsible for a negative balance.

WIKILIX's trust rating for Trendo, last calculated on 24 October 2026, is in its 'Do not trust' band. Its operating company, TRENDING MARKETS (INTERNATIONAL) LTD, is listed as an active licensee on the FSC Mauritius register, but Trendo's own client agreement lets it reverse profits from trading it deems abusive, cancel bonuses, switch off negative balance protection and reject a trade-execution complaint filed 3 days after the event without a compelling reason, and it caps Trendo's liability at three months of commission or 10,000 US dollars, whichever is lower. Its Persian-language site also takes rial deposits, although the agreement excludes countries embargoed by international sanctions.

Yes. A demo account with 100,000 US dollars in virtual funds is activated automatically when you register, on the same terms as the live account: leverage up to 1:2000, spreads from 0.0 pips and a virtual commission of 3 dollars per lot. Profits made on it cannot be withdrawn.

Yes. Trendo offers PAMM and CopyTrade accounts, both run in the Signal section of its own platform with leverage capped at 1:500. A PAMM manager takes a share of investors' net profit each month and nothing in a losing month, while CopyTrade followers pay the manager a fixed monthly membership fee and can change the copy multiplier, close positions or disconnect at any time; the client agreement lets managers change their fees at any time without prior notice. Investors need no minimum, while managers need 200 US dollars according to the accounts and CopyTrade pages and 500 dollars according to the PAMM page and the client agreement.

Trendo's client agreement asks for complaints in writing to support@trendo.com, with your name, account number, a description of the issue, the relevant dates and any evidence; the broker says it usually acknowledges a complaint within one to two business days, aims to reply within 14 days and may take up to eight weeks on complex cases. If you remain dissatisfied, the FSC Mauritius accepts complaints only through its online complaints portal, and the agreement says the Ombudsperson route does not apply to TRENDING MARKETS (INTERNATIONAL) LTD as a Global Business licensee. The deadlines are short: Trendo may reject a complaint about trade execution filed 3 days after the event without a compelling reason, a legal claim must be started within one week unless the law sets a longer period, and disputes go to the courts of Mauritius, with class actions excluded.

Trendo offers live chat on its website and inside its platform, Telegram support (@trendo_support), email at support@trendo.com, and phone or WhatsApp on +971 50 500 7021 for client enquiries, with +230 214 8500 for legal enquiries. The broker describes its support team as available 24/7, while its contact page gives live chat hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (UTC+0), with slower replies at weekends. It quotes an average reply time of 4 hours by Telegram and email, and about 5 minutes on live chat during business hours.

Trendo names no country from which it refuses clients, and a help-centre article says there are currently no restrictions on any specific country. Its client agreement says its services may not be available where offering forex or CFD trading requires a local licence that Trendo does not hold, or in countries embargoed by international sanctions, and clients confirm they do not live in a restricted jurisdiction. Even so, Trendo's Persian-language site offers instant rial deposits and its help centre has a verification step for users of Iranian nationality, while its FSC Mauritius licence does not authorise business in Russia or Iran.

Yes. After identity verification, a client can ask support to switch a real account to swap-free, which removes swaps on gold and all currency pairs while other symbols are still charged swap; leverage, spreads, commission and the 10 US dollar minimum stay the same. The Islamic account page says Trendo adds no extra fees and the accounts page says there is no time restriction, but the client agreement reserves the right to charge an administration fee on swap-free positions held for an extended period. Demo accounts cannot be switched, and PAMM and copy trading manager accounts cannot be converted.

Trendo states that crypto withdrawals are instant, although blockchain confirmation can take from a few minutes to half an hour, and that card withdrawals take 1 to 24 hours. Under its client agreement, approved withdrawals are processed from instantly up to several hours on business days, card refunds can take several business days to arrive and bank wires 1 to 10 business days after processing. Requests are handled in the finance department's business hours, which the broker does not state, and while positions are open no more than 30% of the remaining balance can be withdrawn.

Trendo advertises spreads from 0.0 pips on major forex pairs, and its help centre gives averages below 1 pip on gold and about 1 pip on stock indices. The commission is 3 US dollars per lot on the accounts and trading rules pages, while the client agreement specifies 3 dollars per standard lot per side, or 6 dollars for a round turn, on every instrument and account type, and the help centre gives the same per-side rate. Trendo charges no deposit, withdrawal or inactivity fee of its own.

Trendo offers only its own trading platform, named Trendo FX in the site's footer, which runs in the browser at web.trendo.com, on Windows and macOS, and as iOS and Android apps, with a lighter Telegram Mini App for trading, deposits and withdrawals. The broker also offers TrendoEx, a separate Android app for trading forex and crypto pairs with Tether (USDT). MetaTrader and other third-party platforms are not offered.

Trendo is operated by TRENDING MARKETS (INTERNATIONAL) LTD, a company registered in Mauritius under number 227756, whose registration is confirmed through its licensee record on the FSC Mauritius online public register, checked on 24 October 2026; that record gives its registered office as 4th Floor, The Docks 4, Caudan, Port Louis, care of Renark Management Solutions Ltd. Trendo's website names two more group companies: Trendo LLC in Armenia (271.110.1214359), through which some clients receive Trendo's services depending on their country of residence, and TrendoPay Services Ltd in Cyprus (HE 487743), which processes payments as payment agent or merchant of record where applicable. The broker also lists an office in Yerevan, Armenia.

Every withdrawal at Trendo requires full identity verification (KYC). The client agreement allows lighter checks on deposits below 1,000 US dollars in total, but those funds and any profits on them cannot be withdrawn until full KYC is complete, and Trendo may ask for more before paying out, such as proof of the source of funds, proof of bank account ownership, a liveness test or selfie, or a utility bill. Withdrawals also need an email confirmation code and go back to the deposit methods in the same proportion, and crypto can be withdrawn only after a crypto deposit, in the same coins.

Yes. Trendo adds a 10% bonus to cryptocurrency deposits, with no cap or time limit; the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn, although profits made with it can, and it is reduced in proportion to any withdrawal. Its welcome bonus page also offers a 20% first deposit bonus and a 100 US dollar no-deposit bonus held in a separate Bonus Account at 1:1000, which can be withdrawn only after at least 200% profit in each of four consecutive weeks, while profits made on the bonus account cannot be withdrawn. The client agreement lets Trendo cancel any bonus and reverse the related profits if it decides a client abused the bonus terms or did not act in good faith, and says its decisions on bonus abuse are final.

Trendo's Real Account offers leverage from 1:25 up to 1:2000, set by the client, limited to 1:500 while the balance is below 50 US dollars; PAMM and CopyTrade accounts are capped at 1:500 and the Bonus Account at 1:1000. Around major economic news Trendo cuts leverage on the related instruments to 1:500 and then 1:200, and around the weekly market close and reopening it sets 1:200 on all instruments, according to its trading rules page and client agreement, while a help-centre article on trading rules and fees gives 1:100 in both cases. The client agreement also treats heavy use of high leverage during extreme volatility, price gaps or news events as abuse where Trendo deems it so, and lets Trendo adjust or reverse the resulting profits.

Trendo's funding page lists Visa and Mastercard cards and seven crypto options: Tether (USDT) on TRC20 and BEP20, USDC on ERC20, Bitcoin, Tron, BNB and Ethereum, while bank transfer is available to verified accounts. The minimum is 10 US dollars, or the equivalent, per deposit and per withdrawal, and Trendo charges no fee of its own, although card, bank and blockchain network costs fall on the client. Withdrawals go back to the deposit methods in proportion, and crypto can be withdrawn only after a crypto deposit, in the same coins. The help centre lists Tether on ERC20 and no USDC, and the client agreement also mentions e-wallets and local payment methods depending on the client's country without naming any.

The minimum deposit at Trendo is 10 US dollars, or the equivalent in another currency, which opens the Real Account, and the same 10 dollar minimum applies to every deposit and withdrawal by card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. PAMM and CopyTrade accounts are listed at 200 dollars on the accounts and copy trading pages, while the PAMM page and the client agreement require managers to commit 500 dollars; investors who follow them have no minimum. The Bonus Account needs no deposit.

Yes. Trendo is operated by TRENDING MARKETS (INTERNATIONAL) LTD, which holds licence GB25205094 from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting) licence issued to the company on 28 October 2025 as a Global Business licensee; the FSC's public register listed it as active, with no annotations, when checked on 24 October 2026. The licence covers only this Mauritius company, not Trendo LLC in Armenia, through which some clients are served, and it does not authorise business in Russia or Iran. Client protection under it is limited: there is no compensation scheme, and Trendo's terms say the FSC Ombudsperson route does not apply to this Global Business licensee.

Licence GB25205094 was issued by The Financial Services Commission (FSC), the financial authority for Mauritius.
Trendo holds this FSC licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the FSC register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates FSC tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
