Most Popular Questions

For the KIE gold index contract the published commission is Rp 200,000 per settled lot. Deposits and withdrawals carry no broker fee. Commission for the other products, and any spread mark-up, is not published, so ask for the full fee schedule before funding.

For the multilateral contracts, every trading day Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30 WIB, with a post-close session from 17:45 to 18:00 WIB in which orders are matched at the day's settlement price. The company publishes separate holiday schedules for its index, currency and CFD products.

By telephone on 021 252 6988 and by email at info@tridentpro.co.id, with compliance@tridentpro.co.id for compliance matters. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB. There is no live chat and the site links no social accounts. Complaints about an Indonesian futures broker can also be raised with the regulator's own complaints channel.

The brand and website are recent, dated 2025 in the site's own copyright line, while the BAPPEBTI brokerage licence number carries a December 2000 reference. WIKILIX could not verify an incorporation date in an official registry, so treat the brand as new and the licence lineage as unconfirmed.

Nothing found in this review supports a scam finding. The company holds a real government licence and an exchange approval, discloses a named legal entity with a genuine Jakarta business address, and publishes detailed margin, call-margin and settlement rules. The concerns are disclosure quality rather than fraud: the corporate registration could not be verified, the site overstates who supervises it, and the brand is very new.

In practice, no. Onboarding is built around Indonesian identity documents (KTP and NIK), funding is rupiah-only through a domestic bank, and the client portal is in Indonesian. The company publishes no restricted-country list, but nothing on its site indicates it serves clients outside Indonesia.

Currency derivatives, precious metals (gold and silver), stock index futures on Asian and US indices, crude oil, and multilateral contracts on the Jakarta Futures Exchange, including a gold index contract with a published settlement mechanism. The company does not publish an instrument list or symbol counts.

The company says so. Its trading rules require every deposit to be transferred to the segregated account of PT Trident Pro Futures, and client accounts are registered with the Jakarta Futures Exchange and the Indonesian clearing house where regulations require it. WIKILIX has not independently audited the segregation.

The company states 24 hours on weekdays, with requests accepted before 11:00 WIB and excluding national and banking holidays. Withdrawals go to the client's own bank account. WIKILIX has no verified record of actual settlement times.

Through a single Indonesian bank channel (BCA) in rupiah. Deposits are credited within one hour on weekdays with no fee; withdrawals have a minimum of Rp 1,000,000, are processed within 24 hours, and requests are accepted before 11:00 WIB. Cards, e-wallets and crypto are not offered.

MetaTrader 5. A branded MT5 desktop terminal is distributed from the company's own site, and its information security policy names MetaTrader 5 and the Client Portal as the two client-facing systems. A separate desktop installer is also offered. No web terminal is advertised.

The company does not publish a leverage figure. What it does publish, for the multilateral gold index contract (code KIE), is a required margin of Rp 7,000,000 per lot against a contract unit of Rp 10,000 per index point. Ask for the margin schedule for each product in writing before you trade.

Rp 100,000,000, stated on the company's deposit page in Indonesian rupiah with no deposit fee. That is a high entry barrier by international standards and is typical of Indonesian exchange-linked futures brokerage.

The operator is PT Trident Pro Futures, an Indonesian limited liability company at Sona Topas Tower, 17th floor, Suite 1701-1702, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 26, South Jakarta 12920. The company does not publish a registration number, and the entity could not be confirmed in an official Indonesian company registry during this review.

TridentPro has 2 licence records with Wikilix, issued by 2 authorities across one jurisdiction. A licence on record means an authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement, and Wikilix does not issue authorisations.

None of the licence records held by TridentPro comes from a tier-1 or tier-2 authority.
We located 2 of the 2 licence records held by TridentPro on the issuing authority’s own register. Every entry has been looked up. An unchecked entry is a gap in our coverage, not a finding against the licence.
TridentPro has licence records in Indonesia. A licence applies in the jurisdiction that issued it; it does not by itself cover clients elsewhere.
