TridentPro is the trading brand of PT Trident Pro Futures, an Indonesian futures brokerage (pialang berjangka) operating from Sona Topas Tower on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in South Jakarta. The company presents itself as a domestic broker for Indonesian clients, dealing in currency derivatives, gold and silver, stock index and crude oil contracts, and multilateral contracts traded on the Jakarta Futures Exchange.
Regulation. The company publishes a BAPPEBTI futures brokerage licence, No. 69/BAPPEBTI/SI/XII/2000, together with a 2025 BAPPEBTI approval letter (No. 007/BAPPEBTI/SP-PN/09/2025) and a Jakarta Futures Exchange approval letter, SPAB-032/BBJ/10/00. It also names membership of PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (clearing, No. 38/AK-KBI/PN/X/2025) and of the Indonesian futures brokers association. BAPPEBTI supervision is a genuine government mandate, but it is a domestic, mid-tier regime built for Indonesian residents rather than for international clients, and the licence numbers could not be confirmed against the regulator's own register during this review. The company's own claim to be licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia overstates the position: futures brokerage in Indonesia is licensed by BAPPEBTI, and those two institutions are not its licensing authorities.
Trading and platforms. Trading is done on MetaTrader 5, distributed as a branded desktop terminal from the company's own site alongside a separate desktop installer. For the multilateral gold index contract (code KIE) the company publishes a contract unit of Rp 10,000 per index point, required margin of Rp 7,000,000 per lot and commission of Rp 200,000 per settled lot, with exchange hours of 08:30 to 17:30 WIB and a post-close session from 17:45 to 18:00 WIB. Spreads, leverage and instrument counts are not published.
Funding. Deposits and withdrawals run through a single Indonesian bank channel (BCA) in rupiah only. The stated minimum deposit is Rp 100,000,000 with no fee and credit within one hour on weekdays; the minimum withdrawal is Rp 1,000,000, processed within 24 hours, with requests accepted before 11:00 WIB. Client money is described as held in a segregated account.
Who it suits. Indonesian residents who want an exchange-linked, BAPPEBTI-supervised futures broker with clearly written margin and settlement rules, and who can commit a nine-figure rupiah opening balance. It is not a fit for anyone outside Indonesia, for small accounts, or for traders who need published spreads, leverage tiers and instrument lists before committing.
Honest caveats. The brand is new, the corporate identity could not be confirmed in an official company registry during this review, no company registration number is disclosed on the site, product pages carry text referring to a different brokerage, and the site publishes no restricted-country policy, no live chat and no social channels. Treat the disclosure gaps as a reason to ask for documents in writing before funding.
