Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
7/10 · HighNo financial licence anywhere; taking deposits while on the FCA, AMF, CNMV and CySEC warning lists. Saint Lucia registration is not regulation.
Identity & transparency
7/10 · HighDiscloses an offshore shell entity and address, but names no regulator, uses a London address the FCA says may belong to others, and hides ownership.
Withdrawals & conduct
9/10 · CriticalFund-integrity pattern confirmed: withdrawals blocked, accounts frozen, bonus/credit used to trap funds, with named amounts and dates across multiple countries and platforms.
Reputation
9/10 · CriticalBimodal Trustpilot (37 percent 1-star) with templated 5-star replies on a paid profile, plus four regulator warnings and multiple scam write-ups.
Website claims
8/10 · CriticalAdvertises 'Global Regulation' and a 'Safe Regulatory Environment' while unlicensed and blacklisted. The regulation claim is false.
Operational history
5/10 · ModerateDomain dates to 2014 but the current entity was registered in 2023, and the brand's history is one of repeated regulator blacklisting, so longevity is not reassuring.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We reached a confirmed-scam verdict because independent regulators, not just users, have flagged this firm.
- We checked the FCA warning list on 21 August 2026. The FCA names this exact website, phone (+44 20 3504 0120) and emails, and says the firm may be providing financial services without permission and that people should avoid it.
- We opened the AMF France blacklist entry. It names Uniglobe Markets Ltd and uniglobemarkets.com in the Forex category, blacklisted on 27 February 2020 for offering services without authorisation.
- Spain's CNMV and Cyprus's CySEC issued similar public warnings around 2020.
- We read the broker's own legal and risk pages. They name no financial regulator and rely only on a Saint Lucia company number, yet the marketing claims 'Global Regulation'. That claim is false.
- On Trustpilot the reviews split sharply: many short 5-star posts with identical company replies, and 37 percent 1-star reports describing blocked withdrawals, frozen accounts and a bonus scheme used to trap deposits, with specific amounts such as 1,000 dollars and 643 dollars. One reviewer states the firm pays for good reviews.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The UK FCA lists uniglobemarkets.com, phone +44 20 3504 0120 and its emails as an unauthorised firm and warns the public to avoid it. Published 21 February 2025.
Hard proofFCA Warning ListE2France's AMF blacklisted Uniglobe Markets Ltd and uniglobemarkets.com in the Forex category on 27 February 2020 for offering financial services without authorisation.
Hard proofAMF France blacklistE3Spain's CNMV issued a public warning against Uniglobe Markets in February 2020, and Cyprus's CySEC also alerted against it, for providing investment services without authorisation.
E4The broker's own legal, about and risk-disclosure pages name no financial regulator and rely only on Saint Lucia company registration 202300194, while taking client deposits for CFD trading.
E5Trustpilot shows a bimodal 53 percent 5-star / 37 percent 1-star split. One-star reviews from Isle of Man, India, Nigeria and Romania describe blocked withdrawals, frozen accounts and a bonus/credit scheme trapping funds, with amounts like 1,000 and 643 dollars, dated Dec 2023 to May 2026.
E6The site advertises 'Global Regulation' and a 'Safe Regulatory Environment' and claims to follow relevant regulatory standards, yet names no regulator and holds no licence.
E7Domain uniglobemarkets.com was registered on 18 November 2014 with GoDaddy, last changed 13 November 2023, on Cloudflare nameservers. The 2014 date is consistent with the age claim but the operating entity is a 2023 Saint Lucia company.
ModerateRDAP (Verisign)E8The Trustpilot profile is a paid subscription with a claimed profile and near-identical templated company replies on positive posts; one client review states the firm pays people to post good reviews, indicating reputation management.
ModerateTrustpilotE9The firm solicits regulated markets it is not licensed for: a UK phone and a London address, plus India-focused UPI payments and crypto rails, exactly the unauthorised solicitation the FCA and AMF warned about.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
In fairness, we looked for innocent explanations.
- Is the licence just hard to find? No. The site names no regulator, and the firm is not merely absent from registers, it is actively on the FCA, AMF, CNMV and CySEC warning lists.
- Is it a genuine old broker? The domain really does date to 2014, so it is not a brand-new shell. But longevity here is a long record of being blacklisted, not a track record of trust.
- Are the complaints just angry losing traders? The core complaints are about money not coming back (withdrawals refused, accounts blocked), which is the fund-integrity pattern, not ordinary trading-loss grievances, and they name amounts and dates.
- Are the bad reviews planted by competitors? Possible in isolation, but they are corroborated by four separate regulators and by review-site investigations, so the pattern holds.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
We would revisit this verdict if:
- The FCA, AMF, CNMV and CySEC all removed Uniglobe Markets from their warning lists.
- The firm obtained and could evidence a genuine trading licence from a recognised regulator that actually covers the entity taking client deposits.
- A consistent, verifiable record emerged of clients receiving their full withdrawals on demand, replacing the current pattern of blocked payouts.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Uniglobe Markets a scam?
The evidence points to yes. It is unlicensed and appears on the warning lists of the UK FCA, France's AMF, Spain's CNMV and Cyprus's CySEC. Clients report blocked withdrawals. We rate it a confirmed scam.
Is Uniglobe Markets regulated?
No. It holds no financial licence from any regulator. It only has a Saint Lucia company registration (number 202300194), which is company paperwork, not financial regulation or a trading licence.
Can I withdraw my money from Uniglobe Markets?
Many clients say they cannot. Reviews across several countries describe withdrawal requests ignored, accounts blocked, and bonus or credit promotions used to freeze funds. Treat your deposit as at serious risk.
Is my money safe with Uniglobe Markets?
No. With no regulator, there is no compensation scheme and no ombudsman. If the firm keeps or loses your money, there is no authority that will force it to pay you back.
Who owns Uniglobe Markets?
The site names the legal entity Uniglobe Markets Ltd, registered in Saint Lucia in 2023. No individual owners are disclosed, and the FCA notes the contact details listed may belong to other businesses.
How old is Uniglobe Markets?
The website domain was registered in November 2014, and the brand has been on regulator blacklists since 2020. The current Saint Lucia company, however, was only registered in 2023.
What is a Saint Lucia registration worth for a broker?
Very little for your protection. Saint Lucia offers offshore company registration, not forex or investment regulation. It does not supervise the broker, protect client deposits, or provide any compensation.
Does Uniglobe Markets have an FCA licence?
No. The FCA has not authorised it. In fact the FCA placed it on its warning list of unauthorised firms on 21 February 2025 and tells the public to avoid it.
Is Uniglobe Markets a clone of a real firm?
We found no evidence it impersonates a specific regulated company. It operates under its own brand. The problem is that it is unlicensed and warned against, not that it is copying someone else.
What should I do if I was scammed by Uniglobe Markets?
Stop sending money, including any 'fee' or 'tax' to release funds. Save all deposit and trade records, request withdrawal in writing, and report the firm to your national regulator and police. Be wary of recovery services asking for upfront fees.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Confirm the broker is licensed by a recognised regulator by searching that regulator's own register, check warning lists like the FCA and IOSCO, and look for consistent reports of clients actually receiving withdrawals.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Our advice to consumers and to the platform:
- Do not deposit money with Uniglobe Markets, and do not send any further 'fee', 'tax' or 'bonus release' payment if you are already a client.
- If you have funds there, document every deposit and trade now, request a withdrawal in writing, and report the firm to your national regulator.
- List the broker with a scam warning banner and cite the FCA and AMF warnings.
- Anyone offering to 'recover' lost funds for an upfront fee is almost always a second scam.
