VANEXFX has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.

One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.

The registers print these licences under VANEX LIMITED. Searching a register for the trading brand alone may return nothing — use the name above.

Most Popular Questions

Because the details attached to the brand do not reconcile. The licensed entity is a Vanuatu international company, the brand has separately been presented with an Australian registration we could not find in the Australian business register, and the correspondence address on record is in Bangkok. We treat that inconsistency as a transparency problem in its own right.

The operating company, VANEX LIMITED, was registered in Vanuatu on 22 May 2019, and its trading licence took effect on 23 December 2022. So the corporate record is about seven years old and the licensed period considerably shorter.

There is no evidence of protection. The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission operates no client fund insurance or compensation scheme, no segregation commitment is published by the broker, and no terms of business are available to read.

We found no proof of fraud, and the company behind the brand is real and in good standing on the Vanuatu companies register. What we did find is that the service is not operating: the published website is a parking page, so there is no way to verify terms, fund an account or withdraw. On that basis VANEXFX should be treated as high risk and unverified rather than as either a scam or a safe choice.

We could not establish a reliable country policy, because the broker publishes no terms, no restricted jurisdiction clause and no signup form from which the accepted country list could be read. Absence of a stated restriction is not acceptance, so treat availability as unknown.

The contact details on record are the email address support@vanexfx.com and the telephone numbers +61 414 269 481 and +66 909723559. A correspondence address in the Suan Luang District of Bangkok has also been used. There is no live chat and no support portal.

No deposit or withdrawal channel, fee schedule, limit or processing time is published anywhere we could verify, so we list none. Anyone holding a balance should put a written withdrawal request to the contact details on record and keep evidence of every request and reply.

Spreads were advertised from 0.1 pips on the Standard account with no per lot commission, so the trading cost was taken in the spread. Neither figure can be verified against the broker's own site at present.

MetaTrader 5 is the only platform recorded for VANEXFX. No broker hosted download link, server name or web terminal is published.

Up to 1:500 on the Standard account. Leverage at that level magnifies losses as much as gains, and it is well above the caps applied by onshore regulators in Europe, the United Kingdom and Australia.

The Standard account was advertised with no minimum deposit requirement. That figure cannot currently be checked against the broker's own site, because the site no longer publishes trading conditions.

No. The domain the broker publishes, vanexfx.com, resolves to a domain parking page offering the name for sale rather than to a broker website. There is no client area, no account opening form and no legal documentation available there.

VANEX LIMITED, an international company registered in Vanuatu under number 41695 since 22 May 2019, with a registered office at Govant Building, Kumul Highway, 1st Floor, Port Vila. We confirmed the company on the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission register of international companies, where it is shown as registered with an annual return filed on 22 May 2026.

VANEXFX has one licence record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. A licence on record means an authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement, and Wikilix does not issue authorisations.
VANEXFX holds licence records issued by VFSC. Each authority’s own record — its tier, jurisdiction and client-protection rules — is linked from this page.
None of the licence records held by VANEXFX comes from a tier-1 or tier-2 authority.
We located 1 of the 1 licence records held by VANEXFX on the issuing authority’s own register. Every entry has been looked up. An unchecked entry is a gap in our coverage, not a finding against the licence.
The registers print them under VANEX LIMITED. A licence is often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand name alone can return nothing.
VANEXFX has licence records in Vanuatu. A licence applies in the jurisdiction that issued it; it does not by itself cover clients elsewhere.
