Varchev Funded sells you an evaluation account and says you will trade real capital of up to $1,000,000. The conditions page for the same product says every account, balance, trade and result in the programme is simulated.
Why this matters
You pay from $40 to enter a programme whose own terms say no real capital is provided to you and no real trades are placed. Your 80% "profit share" is a fee calculated on results in a simulated environment, not a share of money made in a market.
Exhibit 1Every flagged clause gets its own number so you can point at this one. The number does not change, so a link to it keeps working.CriticalHow much this clause can cost you, in our reading. Critical can take your money or your profit. Warning can delay or limit it. Notice is simply worth knowing before you sign.Rarely seenHow ordinary this wording looks next to the contracts we read. This is our reading of the clause, not a count of other brokers.$1000000The figure this clause puts a number on, taken from the broker's own words.
Предоставените акаунти, баланси, търговски операции и резултати в рамките на програмата са симулирани и не представляват предоставяне или инвестиране на реален капитал на участника.
- Worse together with Exhibit 2Read these two clauses together. Each one costs more because the other exists. The conditions that define the capital as simulated are also the conditions Varchev Finance applied to accounts that were already open.
