One licence is on record for VENMAR. One has been checked against an official register.
Back to VENMARCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
VENMAR has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
Every licence on record for VENMAR, strongest authority first.
Each authority below publishes a register you can search. The name a register prints is often a separate legal entity, not the trading brand — search for the name given here.
FSA's own rules for the firms it authorises.

Put a withdrawal request in writing to support@venmarltd.com immediately, stating the amount and your account details, and keep a dated copy of everything you send along with records of your original deposits. If the request is not met, complain to the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, naming licence number SD188 and the licensee VEN MAR LLC. If you funded by card or bank transfer, ask your bank about a chargeback or recall promptly, because those routes are time-limited. Do not pay anyone who contacts you offering to recover the funds for an upfront fee.
The contact details on record are the phone number +248 250 4628 and the email address support@venmarltd.com. Note that the email domain is the same one whose web server is failing, so message delivery may be affected. No live chat, support portal or social media channel is confirmed.
Not by any compensation scheme. The Seychelles regime provides no investor compensation fund, no deposit guarantee and no client-money insurance, so if the firm became insolvent you would be an ordinary creditor pursuing a claim in an offshore jurisdiction. Only deposit what you can afford to lose entirely.
We cannot say. VENMAR publishes no reachable list of restricted or accepted jurisdictions, and its signup form cannot be opened, so there is no way to establish which countries it onboards. Absence of a published restriction is not the same as acceptance. Treat your eligibility as unknown.
Around 150 instruments are described, spanning foreign exchange, US equities, commodities and energy. We could not verify the instrument list, the individual symbols or the counts against the broker's own published specifications.
Since 2023. The entity named on the licence was incorporated on 3 December 2023, giving the operation roughly two and a half years of history as of this review. That is short: a broker has not yet been tested through a full market cycle or a period of stress at that age, and there is no long record of paying clients out.
We cannot tell you, and that is the problem. No deposit or withdrawal method, fee, processing time or limit is confirmed for this broker, because the funding pages are not reachable. Never send money to a broker whose withdrawal terms you have not been able to read.
Two. Standard is the entry tier, from 30 USD with a 0.01 lot minimum trade size. Professional is aimed at more experienced traders, from 100 USD with a 0.1 lot minimum. Both are quoted at up to 1:500 leverage with no per-trade commission, so the cost sits in the spread. No demo account and no swap-free or Islamic account is on record.
None is confirmed. There is no trading platform on record for this broker, and because the website does not load we could not verify any platform, server name or download link. For a retail broker this is a material gap: the platform is the product, and we cannot show that a working one exists.
Up to 1:500 on both the Standard and Professional accounts. Leverage at that level is permitted by the Seychelles regime but is several times what onshore regulators in the UK, the EU or Australia allow retail clients. It magnifies losses as much as gains, and at 1:500 a market move of a fraction of a percent against a fully sized position can erase the margin behind it.
30 USD on the Standard account and 100 USD on the Professional account. Both figures are the values on record for this broker rather than terms we could confirm against the broker's own published pricing, because those pages are not currently reachable.
Two entities appear behind the brand. The company name given for the business is Ven Mar Limited in the Seychelles, at Suite 3, Global Village, Jivan's Complex, Mont Fleuri, Mahe. The entity named as holder of the Seychelles licence is VEN MAR LLC, recorded as an Oregon, United States limited liability company, number 61658598, incorporated on 3 December 2023. We could not confirm either entity on an official corporate register during this review.
Requests to venmarltd.com are answered with an invalid SSL certificate error generated at the origin server. We tried the root domain, the version without the www prefix, plain HTTP and the language-prefixed path, and every one failed the same way. This is a broken server certificate rather than a block on automated visitors, so a human visitor sees the same error. Until it is fixed, no part of the site is readable.
There is no evidence of fraud, and the licence is real rather than fabricated. But VENMAR cannot presently be recommended: its website returns an invalid SSL certificate error from its own origin server and serves no content at all, so the terms, funding policy, legal documents and client portal cannot be reached. A broker you cannot open, read or log into is unusable regardless of whether it intended harm. Our view is high risk and unverified rather than confirmed fraud.
